We’ve been here almost every weekend for a month. The steak and eggs is amazing. The steak is usually perfect. The potatoes are so creamy and delicious. The toast is done on the grill and doesnt need anything on it, but i usually get a side of jam because it’s so great. The coffee is strong and the mugs are big. Antoanela is very friendly and makes us feel taken care of. The place is never busy when we go around 10:30, but I don't know why. It’s nearly the same price as Norms for steak and eggs but the experience is far superior.
Can’t say enough good things about Bossa Nova! Since moving to the neighborhood a few months ago, it has quickly become my go-to spot. I’m hooked especially on their salmon and shrimp! I’ve tried many things on the menu, and not one dish has disappointed. Everything is fresh & flavorful. The other thing I love about it is the team. Everyone is always friendly, Alex the manager and Pedro, they always make me feel at home. It’s one of those spots that instantly feels like a favorite! p.s. you have to try the truffle fries.
Been coming for their brunch since September, started with the steak and eggs, but now my favorite is the classic. The roasted potatoes are so good, creamy and delicious. The coffee is excellent. Like the sourdough toast with jam. Place is always bright and staff is very attentive.
Really worthy for proper Brazilian food. We had chicken with 3 sides each. We decided for the Cajun chicken with roasted vegetables, fried sweet potatoes and power grains (all delicious). The other dish was traditional chicken with rice, beans and plantains.
I came here for my birthday dinner and the service was fantastic. The portion sizes are huge! I got the chicken plate, it comes with 3 sides. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely evening.
I ordered the Feijoada (for two), and it was plenty of food, affordable and delicious! I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be coming back to try their other dishes. There’s street parking available, and the restaurant stays open late.
Someone told me and my boyfriend to try this place while we were visiting and we loved it so much. The margaritas and food were great and tasty. The customer service was nice and cool. Their pasta was so yummy and filling to the tummy. Portions are great.
I’ve been coming to Bossa Nova for over 12 years, ever since I moved to Los Angeles, and it’s always been a go-to spot for solid Brazilian food. I’ve dined at the original location on Sunset & Hollywood countless times, and I even used to visit the old West Hollywood location when it was across from The Abbey. Now, I’ve been to this newer WeHo spot about three or four times, and while it’s decent, it just doesn’t hit quite the same as the originals. Let’s start with the positives—the food is always good. I ordered the Cajun Fire Chicken with three sides, and as expected, it was flavorful and delicious. The pasta? Absolutely on point! The menu remains consistent across locations, which is great, but something about the execution here just doesn’t feel as polished. The service, unfortunately, was a bit off this time. Our waitress seemed either new, exhausted, or just not that engaged, which made the experience feel a little lackluster. One highlight of this location is the bar—it’s a nice touch if you’re just grabbing a drink. But if you’re coming purely for the food, I’d recommend sticking to the original locations for better service and overall experience. Bossa Nova will always be a staple in my book, but this spot still has some work to do before it matches the magic of the originals!
What do you mean I can order a steak on the side of my lasagna?? Is this heaven? Hell yea. Solid service, super fair prices, very delicious food. Was there last night but I will be back again probably tonight. Shout out to all involved.
Bossa Nova is my favorite Brazilian restaurant in Los Angeles and I go there all the time. The flavors are super authentic honestly, it’s the closest taste to real Brazilian food you’ll find in LA. My go-to dish is the Filé à Cavalo. It’s always cooked just right and tastes like home (excellent choice if you're super hungry). A great way to start is with the soup of the day it’s always fresh and really hits the spot. If they have Bolinho de Bacalhau, definitely go for it. They don’t always have it available but when they do, it’s a solid choice. The Dadinho de Tapioca is also a great option and always on the menu. If you feel like getting both, even better. And of course, to drink, you have to get a Guaraná Zero a true Brazilian classic. If you’re going, I highly recommend the Sunset Street location (the one closest to the west Hollywood area). The vibe is nice and the service is always on point.
I really enjoyed Bossa Nova! The food was delicious and very satisfying — the portions are generous and full of flavor. The staff is kind and attentive, and the location is excellent. Definitely worth a visit!
On Sunset boulevard on the West Hollywood portion side of things, this Brazilian casual restaurant would be a good place to fix your cravings for stewed slow cook black beans, grilled meats and yummy plantains (they actually also have quite a varied menu like sandwiches and pasta all with a South American or Brazilian twist). I had what’s called power bowl which I thought was a very good portion. Their other entrees from what I saw from other tables were quite huge for you hungry peeps. For pricing it’s fairly typical for this area so not bad. My Feijoada power bowl was $21 and I had a side order of plantain for $6 plus big bottle of sparkling water for another $7. Overall not bad and very yummy happy in my tummy! Hahaha.

Wonderful service with an extensive menu Delicious dishes Full bar Fun vibe Recommended
Had a great lunch today. Always liked the food but I think it’s getting better! Portions were bigger and the taste was perfect. The service was amazing. Our server was Carl and he couldn’t have been more attentive, pleasant and accommodating. Wish all servers old be this good. Great restaurant!
Noeline is so nice! He was a delight!
Enjoyed the patio atmosphere and food. Ordered the bruschetta and carbonara.
Noeli, Abraham, and Andrea were absolutely amazing with their service, attention to detail, and great attitude. It’s this type of customer service that many restaurants should strive and deliver. Definitely coming back for the Brazilian cheese bread, chimichurri picanha, and of course the staff. Thank you Bossa Nova!
If you’re looking for an authentic Brazilian food this is the place you should come, they had amazing coxinha, feijoada bowl is really yummy 😋, their caipirinha reminds me of Rio this place is just incredible, the outside view it’s just amazing, Zeke was an awesome server and bartender!!
Rolando was incredibly nice and attentive. Great service. The food was exquisite and made me speak Portuguese
I love this place. The food is always consistently the same, the service is very good and the staff is very attentive. The ambience is free of clutter, you have people that mind their business and you just feel a sense of relaxation while you’re enjoying your meal. All in all this place is a great value for the quality of the food and I continue to come back here after year.
Service was on point, food was on par for price point. Love the spot on Brazilian dishes that are not common elsewhere.
good food without being overpriced and none of the attitude of the neighboring spots. just warm friendly service
Amazing atmosphere and tasty food. Tried the special flan and the cheese bread they are very delicious.
It was a slow Saturday. Food delivery was slower. Food was ok. To management: The brunch was served at your restaurant by your servers. It was not delivered to my home 90 miles away!
The food was amazing!! Rolando was so kind and an amazing server!
Igor was amazing! Super attentive and very sweet!
We began with the Picanha and Salmon Ceviche. The portions were generous, but the quality never faltered. The Picanha was perfectly cooked to a medium-rare, with a flawless seasoning. The Salmon Ceviche was fresh, tangy, and balanced with just the right amount of citrus. For the main course, I had the blackened chicken, which was sizable and incredibly flavorful. Highly recommend. Just a word of advice.. don't over-order like I did.
I’ve been coming to this restaurant for at least five years now, and there has been no better place to get food in Los Angeles! It’s a great place to bring all my friends and family, and I specifically seek out Noelī since he’s the best server at the restaurant. I highly recommend the Coxinhas and the Calabresa!
The food here is incredible and the portions are very generous for the price! Marissa is my favorite server! She always remembers me and my order. They seem understaffed most of the time, and she and other servers here are able to handle a lot of tasks. The ambiance is great here with a nice view on the balcony. I definitely recommend this place!
My Brazilian took me, and I loved the dish I ordered. We walked in with no reservation and got seated right away. It was delicious. The price was decent. Our server was friendly but disappeared for a minute. My dish: Stroganoff (Most Popular! / Spicy!) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO TRY! I chose Chicken instead of Beef with French Fries & Plantains | With Mushrooms, Onions, and Pink Sauce. Served With 2 Sides: Rice, Power Grains, Mashed Potatoes, French Fries, Or Plantains. My friend ordered: ESCONDIDINHO DE CARNE SECA, a Brazilian Casserole, Made With A Combination Of Dried, Salted Meat And Smashed Yucca.
Great place if you go out late. Open till the wee hours with a huge menu and reasonable prices. Easy parking if you go to the one in Sunset Plaza.
Great restaurant to try out dishes from different cuisines. The location is perfect with a free parking lot. We went on a weekday for dinner and ordered Mushrooms appetizer, Manuella’s Penne (Cajun chicken and shrimp Penne), and Fish of the day Risotto (lemon and cream with cheese l). All dishes were perfect. My favorite was the Risotto. I’ll definitely come back to try other meals.
Firstly I'd like to thank the waitstress and waiter ben, including the manager who provided great customer service and assistance. They were very professional. The food was unique and had a twist with california style but maintained the Brazilian affect to the dishes. The dishes were absolutely delicious and I would definitely go back to try the amazing selection of dishes they have to offer. I highly recommend others to try. The restaurant was decorated nicely and had a good vibe and was busy but not too busy on Friday. The dishes had been cooked to perfection and very fresh meat and ingredients. The timing of it being served was on point and I have nothing to fault about this place. Thank-you for the opportunity and keep it up.
Bossa Nova Brazilian Cuisine Restaurant & Bar, 8630 Sunset Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069, United States. This Brazilian restaurant has place for about 60 people. We we’re happy that we were able to get a table. The service from the main waiter was excellent. 90% of the tables was filled the lead waiter managed to have small conversations, come with the drinks and have our food ordered within no time. Sorry for what we ordered in a Brazilian restaurant. We had spaghetti seafood and lasagna. Yes we must have been walking to a Italian but we did not have energy to walk so far 😎. The food was excellent when it comes to presentation, taste and temperature. We recommend this restaurant, besides Brazilian also good for other dishes
Dined here on a business trip. Close to the hotel. So happy we decided to eat here. Did the Brazilian food - we ordered the Churrasco! Absolutely delicious! Kudos to the chef! We enjoyed the beans, rice, fried plantain (gosh so good), the grilled steak (no flavourful and tender - we did medium) and the grilled chicken (also tender and juicy). Amazing Brazilian food and would definitely be back when we’re in LA again! Service was also superb!
Let me tell you, if you love Brazilian food, this is a must, if you don’t, it will not disappoint. Caipirinha was on point! Medallion is plenty for 2 to share! Stroganoff was delicious. I had to take some brigadeiro to go and OMG just sooo good! They were short staffed but running around to tend to everyone with care and attention! I’m really glad we didn’t give up, just phenomenal 💝 Take it from a Brazilian, it’s authentic. Muito Obrigada! Amei 😍
I had an Alexandra Steak salad and a mushroom truffle pizza - very tasty!!!😋 Loved the food, the service was good, and the waiter Igor is very friendly. I will definitely go back! 🎉
Amazing experience last night, during my dinner visit nice environment, great staff , food excellent I will definitely come back Alex Miranda 5 stars ⭐️
Finally, some real comfort food on Sunset! Bossa Nova has an amazing menu with a huge variety of dishes — lots of healthy, flavorful options with vegetables, plenty of different pastas, and grilled chicken prepared in many styles. I was honestly so tired of the same repetitive spots on Sunset where it’s always fried chicken, burgers, and fries. Here, you can actually enjoy food that tastes homemade — simple, comforting, and delicious. I work nearby, and this has quickly become my favorite place because nothing else in the area comes close in terms of both taste and price. Sweetgreen is terrible, and the spot next door The Butcher's Daughter serves heavy food with strange flavors. At Bossa Nova, the spices and marinades are fantastic, everything tastes fresh and balanced. I’m completely satisfied and can sincerely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for wholesome, flavorful, and comfortable food.
We were so fortunate to be able to enjoy a late night coffee and dessert at Bosa Nova. Freddy was such a great server with a wonderful personality. The coffee was fresh and the desserts were amazing! The caramel cheesecake with a little chocolate in the center is divine! Highly recommend for their food and atmosphere and great service!
Had the best time there and my waiter noeli was the best he took care of us in the most fabulous way I definitely am going back again
I’m new to the area and suggested this place for a nice dinner out with my husband. We went to the West Hollywood location. I cannot recommend it enough, from our deliciously seasoned steaks to the private back patio overlooking the city. But the best part was the service, our waiter Ben was the best! Savvy, informative, and thorough, with a welcoming spirit. I couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. This is for sure my new favorite spot, and a big shout out to Ben from us both!
This place is so good! We ordered Chicken Stroganoff with rice and French fries ($14.00) , pão de queijo ($6.00) and to drink caipirinha ($10.00). Everything was very good, we liked especially the Pão de queijo, the flavor was identical to that of Brazil. Great service from Elise.
Amazing place, with amazing food and service. If you are Brazilian, that’s the perfect place to fell like home (eating the original Brazilian food). If you are not from Brazil you definitely should try it, because their menu has a lot of delicious options. I always recommend to all of my friends, because this is my brazilian favorite restaurant in LA. Shout out to chimichuri & picanha na parrilha, one of my favorites of the whole menu ♥️
I’ve loved Bossa Nova for years, but we only recently started dining at the W Sunset location. Our first time here, we had Ronaldo as our server. Not only is he attentive, but he's also friendly. It’s evident from an outsider perspective that he's sometimes swamped, yet he makes sure your every need is taken care of and does so in a friendly manner. Dinner, and especially date night, is very special to us. A classic meal we had monthly has become a weekly ritual because we know we will have a great experience! Who doesn't want to be catered to whilst eating? I had to leave a review because I hope an exemplary server like him doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you, Ronaldo! You are the best.
Had an amazing experience . The atmosphere is beautiful and elegant, with great energy and a very stylish design. The food was excellent, fresh, and full of flavor. The service was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire evening. It’s a perfect place for a date night or a special dinner. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended.
I've been in this Brazilian restaurant and overall, I had a pretty good experience. The food was tasty and definitely worth the price – you get a good amount for what you pay. One of the best parts was definitely the amazing balcony view; it really added to the atmosphere. I also liked that they had both indoor and outdoor seating, so you can choose what you're in the mood for. The service was friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the salad; it was really great. The pizza was okay, nothing spectacular, but it was fine. What really stands out is how affordable everything is. For a decent meal with a nice view and good service, the prices are definitely right.
4.3/5 for the food. Got the chicken sandwich, slow roasted beef pasta, and the worker omelet. Everything was good, chill vibes and good service.

Went early Friday evening. If you read a review that mentions parking behind the restaurant, there is NONE. Plan on street parking only, I had Martin as my server, and he was THE BEST!! He gave me amazing suggestions on cocktails, appetizers, shrimp and beef entrees. My date and I wanted a quieter table to look at my vacation pictures on my laptop. Martin got us seated in their lovely patio area just to visit and enjoy my photos without the usual background noise of a busy popular restaurant. Instead, we had an intimate setting with some mellow background music that added a great ending to a First Date! So, ask for Martin! He will treat you well.
Pretty good overall! Service was a tad lackluster but not terrible. I 100% recommend the truffle fries. Don’t get the pizza- it’s average but not at all memorable. My boyfriend ordered the burger and he said it was just okay as well. It’s a nice place with ambiance on Sunset lots of shops and eateries to walk around after, not exactly the greatest food but cute nonetheless. I will try their drinks next time. Oh, and free parking in the back was awesome.
Great was ambience! Food is good but beware that they follow your instructions. Unfortunately service is below standards. Server never came to check in on us once until everyone was done eating. Half of the table wasn't offered drink refills or were asked for new drink orders. But nonetheless we enjoyed ourselves and had a great time despite the deficiencies. On the plus parking in the back was great especially for Sunset.

Fried Yucca 3 deep fried thicker fries Salmon Bowl 2 salmon slightly dry, don't like the sides Chicken Bowl 2 chicken not flavorful, don't like the sides BBQ pulled pork sandwich 3 juicy, not a big fan of BBQ sauce Margherita Pizza 4 cheesy vegetarian pizza, large pieces of fresh mozzarella and tomatoes
They really screwed up the paella, even though the shrimp was done quite well, the rest of the paella was as if some inexperienced child took a box of Zatarain's jambalaya mix to make paella but simply screwed it up; the rice was WAAAY undercooked. Everything else was OK, and the setting and this West LA community very nice.
A quick and pretty good restaurant to check out for some Brazilian style foods. There are multiple locations around LA so you'll find a place convenient for you. They have a mix of Brazilian dishes and some American ones as well if you have some picky folks. For apps, we went with the Coxinha, which is like a fried mashed potato ball with shredded chicken inside. A pretty comforting starter! For the main entrées, we went with the Calabresa Pizza and Fire Grilled Chicken Plate. The pizza was good, but ended up with a soggy dough. We did add pineapple to it so that's probably why, but not sure. It is possible to have good crust with pineapple. The Fire Grilled Chicken Plate was pretty good. We chose Sweet Potato Fries, Roasted Potatos, and Sweet Plantains. The chicken itself was okay and on the drier side. Not bad overall, but nothing outstanding. Good to share though! For dessert, we couldn't resist the Coconut Bread Pudding! Definitely best part of the meal. Very well-balanced and not too sweet. A good way to end our meal!
Was my first time dining in, hostess couldn’t find our reservation, had to show proof via text. Everything took a long time, water, drinks, food, check. Then when we finally received our food portions of each plate was cold. I think it’s smart to plate everything once whatever took the longest to make was done, instead of plating and waiting for 1 item while the rest went cold. Food was delicious though, per usual. Would definitely recommend for takeout or via food delivery app. I always get good deliver/pickup.
I recently dined at Bossa Nova in West Hollywood, and my experience was a blend of highs and lows. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the service; our waiter was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome right from the start. However, the food did not quite meet my expectations. The steak, a centerpiece for any meal, was disappointingly chewy, lacking the tenderness I anticipated. The vegetables accompanying the steak were overcooked and dry, diminishing the overall enjoyment of the meal. On a positive note, the rice and beans were well-prepared, delivering the comforting and flavorful taste one looks for in such staple dishes. Additionally, the Caipirinha was a delight. This classic Brazilian cocktail was mixed to perfection, offering a refreshing and authentic taste that partially made up for the shortcomings in the main course. In summary, while Bossa Nova shines in its service and certain aspects of its menu, there’s room for improvement in the consistency of its culinary offerings. The restaurant has the potential to offer a fantastic dining experience, provided they pay more attention to the quality and preparation of their key dishes.
Waiter Miguel is not good. He never checked on us. Plus my friend payed a $17.00 bill with a $20 and Miguel brought back the receipt without the $3!!!! When I told him he never brought back the $3.00 change, he didnt say anything. Not even "Im sorry". He was also a bit rude too. I tried to get his attention and he waived me off. Bad service.
Food was okay, steak was a bit chewy for my liking and they charged extra just for a spoon of chimichurri which shocked me. Service seemed a little confused at times.
This is a doozy ! We went on Monday night 3/24 Food & service not worth the prices. The one girl that was there was SO overwhelmed & was receiving little help. This was a highly anticipated place for me and I left so disappointed. For a place that is supposed to specialize in meat , the meat was tough and the chimichurri had a bitter taste to it that I have not experienced with other Brazilian restaurants. It is not worth the 35$ I paid for it at all. The shrimp dish I ordered from my friend can easily be found at any seafood spot in the city and taste 100x better. The shrimp was clearly over cooked and for the price ? You get 5 small shrimp as pictured below with a MOUNTAIN of fries. On to the drink, what a joke. For a 15$ “specialty” cocktail I should have felt some kind of buzz or tasted the alcohol but didn’t. And trust me , I ordered an alcoholic one. Again highly anticipated but left highly disappointed. Wont be recommending & won’t be returning.

This has to be a joke. Last night I’ve received basically a dish of minced garlic instead of Chicken Piccata (yes, I know the recipe calls for garlic but this was probably a whole head of garlic if not more). I couldn’t taste anything but garlic. Does your kitchen staff ever taste the food they send out? Same thing with Stroganoff that you have on the menu: you don’t taste anything but garlic. Managers, chef or owner please look at the video I’ve attached and make some adjustments.
One of my favorite restaurants and this was the first time I was disappointed. Been to Bossa Nova many times but first time at this location. Great place, different look than the others. We were greeted immediately and had the options to sit outside patio in front, inside or out on balcony. We chose to sit out on balcony which we had to pass a semi-private section where a graduation party was being set up. We had the balcony to ourselves and the view of LA was amazing. The server we had was nice but not very attentive. We started with their signature margaritas, which were very tasty. Then, he took down our appetizer order which was our favorite, chicken bruchette, and received it 10 minutes later. Much time has passed and then we finished our appetizer. While looking for our server, he was preoccupied with the graduation party next to us. (this party was rude too, they constantly slammed the sliding door that was next to us). I understood the situation with serving a large group, as I was a server myself years ago. I knew big parties like this, need full attention. I gave him more time, I even walked up to the bar area and asked him to put in another drink order in since he did not come to check on us after our first round. An hour later, HE NEVER CAME BACK TO TAKE DOWN OUR MAIN COURSE ORDER. our server was so occupied with the big graduation party (about 18 people). At this point, we lost our appetite and was already ready to go, we had been here for two hours. It did take time for our check to come as well. I walked up to the bar area again and to pay our bill. One appetizer, 3 drinks -- $74. Terrible service. Total would've been $100 flat if service was better. My advice to Bossa Nova: please assign a different server to cover the back section of restaurant rather than a tabletop of two and a huge party. Servers easily neglect the smaller party of two because of the responsibilities of the larger party. OR do not have the balcony available to be seated when there is a private event.
Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered the pasta, and it was so salty it was completely inedible. It tasted like someone dumped an entire salt shaker on it. I couldn’t even take more than a couple bites before I had to return it. I never return food, but this was just that bad. No apology, no care from the staff either. Total waste of time and money I won’t be coming back.
Was ignored for 30 minutes after being seated, while the crew laughed at the bar. Finally when I got up to see where my server was he noticed and attempted to take my order. I left, but I saw the hostess explaining to the server how we had been there for a half hour. No communication here, it used to be tolerable now it’s become insufferable.
If I could give zero stars, I would. My meal came out long after everyone else at the table had theirs, and when it finally arrived, it was cold—and the waiter knew it but served it anyway! On top of that, they barely checked on us and forgot most of our orders. The lack of attention and care was shocking. Horrible service—never coming back. Save your time and money!
Over salted pasta. Piece of leather steak (ordered medium rare) abysmal server. They brought out drinks one time and never checked back for refills, the steak was flavorless a tough. A complete waste of money
I was excited to eat here again after coming back to LA. Staff is so rude try asking for anything without getting eye rolls and rude responses. Food is ok though . Bartender is the worst
I've been a regular for over a year and I could always trust Bossa to serve a good meal. Fast forward to this evening when I ordered a salad to go, only to find a literal dead bug inside my salad!! Thank God I noticed it but this is completely unacceptable for such a restaurant. Highly disappointed and will never eat here again.
I don’t normally write reviews but the way I was treated by the manager Isidro and Alejandra was unbelievable. I order from this place at least 2 times a week I always get the chicken Cesar wrap and it’s delicious. Last night I decided to try a side of mushroom risotto for the first time and I ordered it on post mates. The order took over an hour to get to me and took about 45 minutes for them to even put the order in the coco delivery box. It was late so I understood that because I ordered late they had to put it in coco because there were no delivery drivers available apparently which was fine. I finally got my food and the Cesar wrap was delicious as always but then I started eating the risotto and there was a big chunk of plastic in my food. I immediately was gonna call but it was too late so I figured I would call them the next day and let them know because I was gonna get the Cesar wrap again that’s how much I order from here. I threw the risotto away. Next day I order my wrap and tell them what happened with the risotto. She said she couldn’t find my order I said no problem I will show it to you when I get there. I get there and they start talking at me telling me it’s impossible that a piece of plastic could of been In my food I told them why would I lie about a side of risotto it’s not that serious I order from here multiple times a week mind you were talking about a $10 risotto. They start going back and forth with me about this and telling me basically that I am lying but they will make an exception this time but moving forward there’s nothing they can do. They were being so rude to me and I told them to cancel the whole order and walked out. I will never in my life spend another dollar here because of the way I was treated when I am a loyal customer and I’m the one that found plastic in my food !!!! Not to mention not once did they even apologize. Disgusting customer service.
Terrible Experience at Bossa Nova Sunset - Unprofessional Manager Eduard I used to love Bossa Nova on Sunset (8630 Sunset Blva) and came almost every day, but after my recent experience, I'll never return. The manager, Eduard, was extremely rude and unprofessional-raising his voice and treating loyal customers with zero respect. The atmosphere felt chaotic and poorly managed. If you value good service, professionalism, and respect, avoid Bossa Nova Sunset. There are plenty of better restaurants in West Hollywood that actually appreciate their customers.
I have been here literally dozens of times over the past 4 years but they keep messing up with ZERO acceptable recovery. Today I had 2 orders delivered of Salmon with MASHED POTATOES, Rice and Black Beans (entered properly in online order system). The restaurant; however, sent some nasty looking fried bananas instead of the mashed potatoes. When I called the restaurant to report it, after they kept me on hold for a long time, they finally admitted their mistake but their answer was to send me a side of mashed potatoes for "free." So i am supposed to be grateful they are going to send me in like a half hour for "free" something I already paid for with my order and the bonus of waiting for that to be delivered? Huh? I told them that my food was already cold and would certainly be like leftovers by the time they sent the potatoes. They said that was all they were willing to do. So now I have to dispute the credit card charge and wait to get my money back because they are screw ups and now I am NEVER going to eat here again. Making a mistake is one thing but make it right when you screw up.
