Clean place and very friendly staff. There was plenty of selection and plenty of flavor. The pizza tasted great, and I liked how we could see them firing it in open view of the restaurant floor. Their salad was also pretty good, and was devoured quickly. We also got a "Mexican Coke", which turned out to just be a classic glass coke bottled in Mexico with no corn syrup.

My family and I showed up to a packed @harryspizzeria with our baby boy and 3 year old. We had to sit outside which was a bummer. But the place is small and very popular so I wasn’t surprised. But then Michael, one of the managers, without even hesitating made sure we were taken care of, he treated us like royalty. He got us a table inside, and our server Nick was just incredible with the kids. Thanks guys for remembering what true service is all about. @chefmschwartz you have top notch people working for you! I take my family to Harry's often and haven't had a bad meal or experience there. Rare to find that in Miami. Must try pizzas: Short Rib, and whatever is the special!

Great pizza and an incredible happy hour! $10 for any of their pizzas is an amazing deal. I got the Short Rib Pizza and it was delicious. They also have a nice selection of beer and wine. I look forward to coming again next time in the Design District area

I haven’t been there yet but I order online and as a person who is very picky on good pizza this is one of my favorites. The crust is crispy and delicious and whatever you get you’ll be pleasantly impressed of how good it is.10/10 would recommend to try.

While it's menu is a little smaller than before the pandemic, this is one of the only restaurants I know in Miami where the quality of the food is actually better than before. We had a Caesar salad with grilled chicken that was intensely flavorful, and Harry's isn't afraid of anchovies! We had a second salad as well, a caprese salad made with some of the best burrata I've had and perfectly ripe cherry tomatoes. The pizza that followed was made with roasted eggplant and sesame seeds, and the roasty flavors of the sesame and globs of eggplant were wonderfully satisfying. I can't report on the desserts because we were too full. My only complaint is that they no longer serve coffee. They used to have excellent coffee from Panther. Harry's, if you're listening, bring back the coffee!

Best gluten-free pizza the wife has had since moving to Florida. Normal pizza is pretty legit as well. If we're ever in Wynwood again, will definitely be going back.

We Ordered pick up and happened to start eating in the car because my husband was famished. I realized the salad I ordered looked a bit naked. (They forgot to add the goat cheese, which is listed on the menu). When I went back in and told the guy, he appologized, and I said no biggie just was looking forward to that part of the kale salad. He went to the kitchen ordered a side of the cheese and told them to wait to give it to me and went to the back and got 2 cookies and a special card which he then wrote free entree on the back. I told him it was really kind and quite over the top and he then Replied, "it's the least I can do. We dont like messing up orders!" Honestly. I was a bit shocked as I left. And found myself smiling walking out. So long story short.. The food was amazing and the customer service was fantastic. Even if they forgot the cheese.. We really enjoyed the comped choc chunk cookies on the house and will enjoy the complimentary entree for the trouble. Def coming back! Cant believe not rated 5 stars! Did I mention the food is magnificent...

Harry’s ALWAYS exceeds expectations. The pizza dough is one of a kind, with a crunchy exterior and a soft bite. The restaurant has that ‘hole-in-the-wall’ feel with a gourmet dining experience. Every time we are in Miami we always come to Harrys—making sure to try something new. The polenta fries with spicy ketchup are addictive and the mushroom pizza has a cheese-pull that is instagram worthy. We took an order of chicken wings to go for dinner because our lunch was THAT good. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!!

I came into this place looking for some good pizza and they had it here. I was greeted and welcomed as soon as I walked in and I am shy and I was talking to the nice employees because they were so kind and accommodating the boss is lucky to have such great employees.

As a pizza lover since I was a kid, I definitely would have to recommend this place. Their place is so damn delicious. I had the Spicy Pepperoni and I thought the pizza was on point. Try this place out yourself.

My wife and I stumbled upon Harry's on vacation in Miami last week. Adter several fancy dinners and overpriced Miami hot spots we both agreed the $12 lunch special at Harru's was our best meal of the trip. Fresh premium ingredients, friendly staff that was on the ball, and what felt like too good to be true pricing made our lunch a memorable experience. Thanks!

I can't believe I finally got good pizza in Florida, not passable but actually good, pizzas are not cheap and kinda small but totally worth it, I need to go back to this place, regularly and so do you. EDIT: Went back a couple of times and it was still delicious, totally recommended.

Hooooooly $hit, great tasting food! A “bit” pricey but you get what you pay for, right?! Pizzas are traditional Italian size, so just the right amount to split and not get to full! Definitely ordering from here again....maybe right now!

J
Jacopo Marcelletti

When you see an Italian like me giving 5 stars to a pizzeria, it means that pizza must be good. To be fair, I didn't enjoy the starter (eggplant caponata) as there were too many onions in it, but when the pizza came, it changed my mood completely. Absolutely recommended.

The restaurant itself is located right by fashion district, midtown, and wynwood, is average to above average in pricing, and has indoor and outdoor seating. The food is great and the pizzas have original toppings. They are cooked in a brick oven with thin crust. This is a friendly place with helpful staff and a little bar area. I recommend the brussel sprouts as an appetizer!

Just had my second visit to Harry’s. This place is outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about it. It has the feel of a neighborhood place. Service is very friendly. Was visiting my aging pops from up North and wanted good pizza. We happened to spot Harry's from the distant light, I told my daughter, let's try it when I saw the 4 🌟! ALL staff was friendly, Dora was cute, perky and very efficient. Wings? Delicioso! Tried the pesto & Margarita pizza which were amazing! Most def returning next time I'm at Miami Beach. Restaurant was also nice & comfortable! Good place to chill💯

Really friendly staff in a comfortable and cozy location. The pizza is well thought out and executed. If you go during the happy hour the prices are a great deal. We got pizzas for $10 each and deals on wine, beer, and sangria. It's a great local Miami business and is worth stopping in and trying if you haven't.

I stumbled upon this little gem when I was researching for what Italian eateries or pizza joints were near the Design District. This is right on the edge of that area, so not too far from where most of the shopping is and the perfect spot for a lunch break. We parked in the Design District garage and walked over, it's pretty inexpensive to park there. We came around 11:45 AM on the weekend, so it was very quiet. I think there was one other couple dining, but they seemed to have a lot of take out/delivery orders going out the door. We had our small dog with us, so we were looking for a place with outside seating and shade. Luckily they had both! The interior is cute and has a nice, but casual ambiance. We splurged and ordered sangria for $6 each, they offer it as white, red or rose. Hubby and I both went for white, which is nice to see since a lot of times I usually see red and I don't care for that as much. The drink was really refreshing and well made, perfect for the hot day. The food is a tad pricey, but this is a city, so to be expected. I didn't mind spending the $ though since the ingredients were very fresh and seemed to be of a good quality. I had a pizza that was absolutely excellent, I'd describe it as more of a personal pan size. My husband had a meatball sandwich with homemade focaccia bread and he LOVED it. Our waiter was great and very efficient! Total bill was $39 plus tip for our two meals and drinks.

I visited Harry’s last Saturday as it was recommended by a friend, while I do wish they had pasta on their menu, the pizza was PHENOMENAL, I got the one with a couple of different cheeses. the service was AMAZING, I was taken care of by a guy named Juan. Super professional while also conversational. Really seems like they care about their customers. Also, It wasn’t packed. A huge plus considering covid. I’d love to return and would recommend it to anyone who loves pizza!

Good Vibe , simple but delicious pizza. Closest to Brooklyn Pizza you can have in Miami. I would have walked out if they brought me fork and knife like other places do around here but they are on the money. Prices aren't bad can be little cheaper but it is worth it.. Highly recommended,

Great little pizzeria in the Miami Design District. The pizza is full of flavor, with quality of the ingredients, and a thin and crispy crust. Their prices are great for the quality of their food. Also, their staff is super friendly. I strongly recommend this place!

The pizza is great, and they have gluten-free crust which is especially delicious. The polenta fries are my absolute favorite "melt in your mouth" appetizer. The staff have been friendly every time I walk in. The parking can be tricky depending on the time of day, but it doesn't take away from the experience. 5 stars.

Decent pizzeria. Very nice dough and flour. Highly recommend the Short Rib pizza since it was great, and you cannot order that in most other pizzerias. The short rib meat on it was juicy. The Mortadella pizza was alright. I wish it wasn’t slightly burned because that took away the beauty and flavor from it. The cheese on both pizzas was beautifully melting. We also ordered the garlic butter dipping sauce, which was modest. The staff was nice. The interiors and seating could be improved; we barely had space to have two regular pizzas on our table.

This is the place for pizza! Crispy, oven made, flat thin pizza. We always go for the chicken wings and the salad along with the spare ribs pizza. The beer selection is also very decent and staff is great. This is our favorite pizza in the area for sure. A must try!

Maybe a bit overpriced for just a pizza, but the service was great and the location is nice. Pizza is handmade and very flavorful, over all I would recommend them for sure. Pizza size could be bigger in my opinion, but still great food

Harry's Pizzeria is part of a group of restaurants in Miami including Michael's Genuine Food & Drink and Cypress Tavern. Although its main element is the pizza, it also offers salads and other dishes with touches of American cuisine, without leaving aside the craft beers. We could say that it is a genuine and unpretentious place that offers food made with passion.

Well, i would have given this place five stars, but they gave very little sauce with the meatballs i ordered to go last night. The meatballs are only enjoyable with lots of the great sauce - and to our surprise , we barely had any sauce. It was so disappointing. No one serves dry meatballs. I dont understand how they made this huge mistake. It never occurred to me that i had to check my order for sauce before i left. We only ate two as i now have to buy and make sauce to enjoy them Properly. If i had never been here before, i would have given two stars - but they normally are efficient.

O
Orlando Olivo, Jr

The pizza is good, but I notice they like to burn the crust. Neighbouring tables were also getting their pizza burnt on the crust. Is this normal, I'm not sure. All three pizzas we ordered were the same way. Besides that, their happy hour specials are great! Good pizza 🍕.

3.5 stars. The pizza left a bit to be desired. The crust was average and some of the ingredients lacked flavor. Service was good. I doubt I would return with so many better pizza options in the area.

R

Pizza was delicious! The crust is the best and the ingredients are fresh. Parking is hard to come by and food is a bit pricey because the pizzas are really small. And there is no option for a bigger pizza. They only come in one size.

Such great and speedy service. Ordered a medium potato special and it was ready within 10 minutes. As soon as my boyfriend and I got to the car we opened up the box and our mouths immediately started watering. We ate the whole thing between us right then haha.

V

Good pizza spot, fits in well with all the restaurants in Midtown, but is also nothing special. You kind of get what you expect. There are a lot of outside orders, so the place is very busy with serving outside customers and can get overwhelmed with taking care of who's sitting in their restaurant. Overall, good food and experience.

I had the pleasure of going to Harry's last night for the first time, and plan on going again. The atmosphere is inviting and inviting. The menu is simple and complex in it's nature with many selections for any with with a simple palette or a complex one. The pizza is wood fired and the oven adds to the inviting atmosphere of the place as a whole. I didn't actually have the pizza, having read a review on Thrilllist about the polenta fries - which were tasty and unique. Think of a deep fried corn bread, but in thick cut home fry style. I am told the spicy catsup is a great pairing but I actually preferred to pair it with the sauce that came with the meatballs that I ordered. Speaking of the meatballs are excellent - densely packed with meat, no filler and yet they prepared them in such a way that they were still tender and easily cut with a fork. Surprisingly enough, the texture and taste at first sent me back to childhood because they had this Chef Boy-R-Dee texture and flavor, but the more I ate them the more pronounced the other flavors and attention to them came through in the combination of meats used. I highly recommend this place and plan to frequent it again.

I have been ordering thru door dash sometimes pizza arrives cold and I live close by that was the case tonight also the ketchup with the polenta fries was not spicy as usual, hope the ingredients have not been changed. I Would ask that they insure pizza arrive warm at least so one can eat and not reheat.

Best pizza I have had in Miami so far. Have been here a year and came from New York. Good pizza is something I've missed. Only giving 4 stars because it is a little $$$ for pizza. Tastes like top notch ingredients to me! Will be on my weekly menu for certain. Thank you!

After months of following on Instagram we decided to visit. Customer service was exceptional! Mozzarella sticks were the best we’ve had so far. When it comes to the pizza, we had the sausage and peppers and margarita. it’s Neapolitan style but the Margarita was just a little dry and needed more cheese! The sauce was very tasty so make sure you get a side of that! For dessert we had their zeppolis, which reminded me of the little Italy fair in nyc, very good and highly recommended! Overall good spot for a casual dinner! Thank you!

I love the pizza however it is a little pricey compared to some of the other options in the area so it's definitely not something I'd have every week. A cheese personal pizza for pick up was a total of $17 dollars. They forced an 18% tip on a pick up order so there's that to keep in mind.

W
W G

Creative pizzas, tasty seasonal burrata salad, basic decor/atmosphere. Relatively empty on a Friday night, but looked like they had a lot of take-out/delivery orders.

A
Anastasia Tarasova

I won’t go back. Pizza was like a cardboard. Fried polenta is good but served with tomato dip (ketchup) which doesn’t match with polenta flavor IMHO. 3 stars for smelly dirty bathroom.

M
Matan

Burrata dish contains half a burrata for some reason, and can’t say that that type of cheese works with Brussels sprouts by any means. We got the cheese pizza, was very char dusted on the bottom (brick oven pizza will always have charring though this left fingers black). All together fairly mediocre.

K
Khi Turner

C+ | Pizza definitely catered to a specific clientele. It's an acquired taste and at the price you better have the correct wine to pair it with. Overall not a bad experience

D
Dan Taylor

Sadly, Harry's aspires to cater to gluten free, with omission beer on the menu and gluten free crust offered. But halfway thru our first slice we realized we we were not eating gluten free crust. manager swiftly tried to remedy but they were out of gf crusts. I give them three stars for being apologetic and comping our drinks but be sure to be vigilant when your pizza arrives!

M
Mario Roman

Like many other Michael Schwartz’s restaurants, it’s good at the beginning but they fades out to mediocre/ expensive. They have nade pizza for years and they still burn the bottom while other parts of the crust are watery.

a

Drove 35 miles to get a chance to try their special limited time pastrami pizza made from meat of the legendary Katz deli in NYC....Excited The pizza was good a little on the greasy side but my complaint is that there was barely any pastrami on the pizza only a couple of ounces of small scattered strips . They appeared to be more like a light decorative garnish rather than a regular topping that you would normally expect . The undersized small portion of pastrami was completely overwhelmed by the other ingredients on the pizza, Because of that you really couldn't taste the pastrami This heavily promoted pastrami pizza was being sold at the highest price of any of their pizzas being offered on their menu...18.00 for a small to medium sized pie..You would think that at that premium price they could be a bit more generous with their pastrami toppings ....Disappointed

Wasn’t that big of a fan of the pizza but the place was well kept and seemed clean enough. Maybe I’m just biased because I’ve been to New York before and actually had good pizza. Lol I won’t lie, it’s alright here though. I would love to go here again and try other options on their menu.

E
Em Coco

Service was good, the food was terrible. Music was terribl. Only thing that was good was the pizza. Food is not the same as it used to be. The Caesar salad was sitting in a pool of lemon juice, bread crumbs and waaaay too much anchovy. I’m a fan of anchovy but this was too much. The wings were burnt, and again, sitting in a soggy pool of its sauce. The warm Brussels sprout salad I used to know was no bueno. Very sad we had this experience. Looks like they were understaffed there was only one waiter running around and we understand 100%, there should be at lease 3 people working at 3pm.

K
Kurt Trammel

Consistently great pizza. Consistently awful service. It’s like the staff either doesn’t care at all (even by Miami standards) or they are on drugs. To note: I waited almost an hour for a to-go order of 2 pies, a salad and wings - in a practically empty restaurant. One pizza sat for about 20 mins before the next one came out. I was standing waiting the whole time so I know it was there. When I finally started complaining about the wait I was given some story about the 'dough being difficult' (its a pizza shop....). The second pizza was finally ready, the manager gave them both to me and said 'both right out of the oven' even when I questioned why one was cold. Don't get me started on the Harry's Chopped Salad that wasn't chopped and about half the size as normal.

R
Red Blaze

Only had a takeout delivery pizza. Wasn’t impressed with the pizza. I do plan on going to the restaurant to see if it’s better. I hope so. This place gets great reviews for its food. From a takeout prospective only, for me, didn’t live up to the hype.

E
Ernesto Cervantes

Simple looking and unpretentious pizza place that has great pizza dough and great pizza combinations. The chicken wings needed a little bit more roasting and the sweet and spicy sauce was a bit too sweet. We then tried the margherita, the spicy pepperoni and the Short Rib. All three were very good. Just one size which is great for sharing as it isn't too big and large enough to try to or three depending on your party. Service was great, they were very friendly, quick and helpful.

What I like to call "art" pizza or "gentrification" pizza. Located on the very edge of the Design District, Harry's is a place that I unfortunately cannot quit. The pizza is quintessential Miami: expensive, full of itself, flavorful, but not without revealing its insecurities, and terribly addictive. You'll ask, "I had fun, but was it worth it?", and you'll never get an answer. And that might be a good thing. Some of the food is confusingly expensive, but the pizza is nearly worth it. Their salads are great and somehow their soups are some of the best in Miami? (weird flex). Service is usually good; the customers, not so much. If you're looking for the elevated experience of true "art" pizza, then look no further. You may see me there, in a corner, confused, but not displeased.

Service is a little snotty and well uninformed. We ordered 3 pizzas, 1 was overcooked (completely black on the bottom), 1 was perfect, and 1 was raw. The flavors were there but not properly melded. The soup was excellent along with meatballs and 'fries.' Not really a neighborhood feel, more of a wannabe. This really doesn't feel like a pizzeria, just a spin off of Michael's Genuine. The food is very good, aside from the 'I'm too cool service!' The table next to us said it's better to go there after the lunch rush instead of dinner. I'll try again.

Ordered through UberEats. Estimated ETA was about 40-50 minutes. Unsure what the issues were, but I got notifications saying they were having a hard time finding a delivery driver, and the food would be late. After the third notification, saying the food would be delivered 2.5 hours after I ordered it, I called the restaurant to let them know that I could pick it up. They said that the driver had just arrived and was walking out the door with the food and should be here in a few minutes (we were less than a mile away). When the food arrived (90 minutes after ordered), the "warm" brussel sprouts were ice cold. The short rib pizza was also cold. I'd suggest that next time, the food be checked before being sent out. Overall, the food was okay after we had microwaved it. I imagine it would have been much better fresh. The pizza did not have any sauce on it, but we're not from Miami, so we weren't sure if this is a regional thing. After reading other reviews, I would probably try this place again, if they're around on our next visit to Miami. But I wouldn't wait until I'm hungry to order. Being hangry sucks.

Pizza'a were burned, and black, Hostess/manager was dismissive and somewhat rude. I grew up with brick oven pizza, so I was not happy to be told that really burned pizza is a characteristic of a brick oven establishment....meanwhile, the tables to each side of me had un-burned pizza. Keep in mind, we also ordered 6 pizzas to enjoy to sample different flavors. Very disappointing and will not return. Did not expect from a restaurant owned by such a talented and great chef. May have been a mistake, but then it should have been treated like one, the toppings, crust and pizza were burned and black. Simple.

Terrible cuatomer service. they are using coronavirus excuse to treat people poorly. me and another two customers were told I’m sorry you cannot stay here to eat in a extremely rude manner and in order for me and the other two customers to order a takeout they were acting like they were doing us a favor Need to improve communication skills and customer service if you want this business to survive

I just received my order from Harry’s via Uber eats and an extremely disappointed. Pre Covid, I used dine-in and loved the pizza and experience. Today I received my order and my pizza and mozzarella sticks were both cold to the touch, as if they had Ben pulled out of the refrigerator. Again, I am sooo disappointed as I normally love their food.

Terrible. Pizza was burnt, and I got the wrong order. The menu is extremely short and only gives you a handful of options. Only good thing was the fast service which ended up for us paying 50 DOLLARS FOR 2 SMALL PIZZAS, Ri-di-cu-lous. I could've bought 2 DiGornio's from the grocery store for 3/4ths of the price and it would've tasted better than this.

I only post good reviews in yelp and google but this I felt ignored and rushed to be out of there. What a terrible service! I wanted to confirm my order was completed but the guy on the front didn’t have the patience to confirm. I wanted to confirm because they got my order wrong last time, he just wanted me out of there for some reason. I wasn’t feeling welcome while his colleague smiling in the background. Don’t go during the night shift, especially when the short guy with red t-shirt is there. they don’t have the patience for good service. I wished I could have gotten his name.

A lady working there was giving major attitude to my husband because he was simply wearing a trump hat. He came in waiting for the pizza and saw that she politely gave a bag to the customer ahead of him and as soon as he asked for one she said there wasn’t any when CLEARLY there were bags behind her. Once my husband called her out she rudely just tossed it on the counter and said “here”. Doesn’t matter if she has different views but to bring negativity to the work area and giving attitude to your customers is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never be going there and will make sure to tell other people too.

The pizza came completely burnt and 1/3 of the pizza was missing. It's outrageous that someone actually served that. A complete lack of regard for the customer and is way overpriced. Pizza isn't good either. I will never go back there in my life.

The worst service. We waited 2 hours for the pizzas. When we arrived we ordered 3 beers and had to ask 3 times for it to finally get in after 25 minutes. Even though the pizza was ok, the lack of attention and efficiency gave me a bad experience. In the end I cancel the last pizza of the 4 that we ordered because they had not even put it in the oven. I would definitely not go back to the place.

If you look to have a pizza with cheese you should not go to this place. Pizza prentends to be gourmet to justify no chesse on it. I tried 4 different options of pizza and none of them met even close my expectations. Service was so bad and talking with manager even worst. Asked for a beer and sparkling water about 4 times and waited 15' to have them on the table. So, we ate our dinner with nothing to drink. At the end they included 20% gratuity in our check even when we were no happy for the food and service. Never ever again and no recommendable at all.

Went to this Pizzeria and the pizza was Really nasty and dry. It’s just cheap flat bread with no marinera sause on it and dry leafs. Yuck. $17 for this garbage. The bread was hard and burned. The entire pizza tasted burn. The lemonade was also terrible, it’s so sweet you need to ask for a cup of water and mix it. What a Nasty place to eat! I do not recommend this place to no one!

I have had many pizzas at Harry’s since I moved to midtown 5 years ago and have taken friends and out of town visitors there. Favorite neighborhood hangout. Never have had anything to complain about. Always excellent until tonight. Dropped in after getting back to Miami after a few days away visiting family. I arrived in time for the happy hour pizza for $10 which is a real bargain. Ordered my favorite which is the rock shrimp. It was crispy and charred which I love. However the pizza was off and I noticed it right away. The texture of the crust was stiff and tough. Nothing like the many previous pizzas I’ve eaten there. I like to eat pizza with a fork and knife but I couldn’t even cut through it. Also I’m quite certain that the shrimp was not rock shrimp. Mayb they were out and substituted the tiny pink key west but someone should have mentioned that. I let the waitress know about the crust not the shrimp. She explained that the pizzas can come out charred because of the oven but that wasn’t the issue. I’ve had very charred pizzas with a tender crust. After she came back with the check I stressed that something was wrong with the dough. She said she’d tell the chef but I wasn’t convinced. After I paid the check she mentioned that she’d given me a cookie to compensate. Nice gesture but I didn’t want a cookie. A discount would have been more appropriate especially as I’m a regular customer for years and have never complained about anything.
