I just ate here earlier today and the staff was super friendly. The person taking our order was very prompt he also made sure to ask if everything was fine and brought everything to the table. The food tasted like a home cook meal. The cook came out and served us and also thanked us for our business. I was walking to get my nails done and could SMELL how good it taste in there I had to stop by before I left. So clean! The staff is so nice like welcome to the family style. Fresh off a 5.5 hour red eye from Seattle, Juan and Alejandra made me and my friends feel right at home with amazing empanadas, insane croissant paninis, and some of the best eggs that can be cooked. No hype - the owner mom and her son are kind and pampering. Two of us thoroughly enjoyed their custom-made oat milk mocha cappucinos and both empanadas - chicken-onions, and spinach-feta - which both were fresh and the best we’ve ever had. We’d be there all the time if we lived nearby. This is a gem of a chef-owner cafe, where the Argentinian-style empanadas are made with love you can taste, and many other treats which await your visit.

This place was such a great find! We wanted delicious brunch/lunch and they delivered! We had a steak sandwich with grilled onions and a chicken milanesa with ham and bacon, both came with roasted potatoes. Service was incredible and the cappuccino was delicious. We called ahead as we wanted to make sure about parking and also we had a small dog. We received a very warm positive response. We came for brunch and were greeted very warmly. It’s just a very nice place, coming from downtown Miami. It’s still in the artsy district with lots of activity, but not right in the chaotic part of Miami. Juan greeted us upon arrival. He made sure we were comfortable and took drink orders. Then the food. ( our dog was royally taken care of). We found the empanada to be excellent, the breakfast sandwiches delicious from bread to cheese, eggs and meat. It was a wonderful experience and we’d come back in a minute! PS the bathrooms were absolutely wonderful and clean too!!❤️❤️

I have been ordering from La Bottega for several years now and have been in love with their empanadas. For those who can tell between the real thing and the fake, this place made homemade empanadas including the dough. I bought a dozen empanadas today and am very disappointed. I ordered a dozen last week, and the dough was rich - you can always tell when a dough is fresh because it’s flakey and has a good amount of fat. These details matter and you can taste it in the final product. Today I ordered a dozen and unfortunately it seems they’ve used frozen dough or the dough is just more dense. Of course they’re edible, but they are very different from my batch last week. Please bring back the homemade dough. Until that happens I’ll be trying other Argentinian bakeries nearby.

Very overrated. We chose to have breakfast there because of high rating but waited for half an hour for breakfast while there was no other customers and when we finally got it, it wasn't what we had ordered so had to wait again. their breakfast is overpriced compared to a lot higher quality restaurants. Inside is like a grocery store but their patio was nice.

Ordered Uber eats and they sent me two burnt bagels that are so hard I cant eat, food went straight to the trash, & also forgot to give me my beef empanadas.

They have taken to harassing customers over parking spots. You get approached by a security guard to check that you are going to the restaurant and then a lady while you are INSIDE. Asks which is your car. It can’t be so serious or help with the business if you can’t even sit in peace.

Interior was basic. Food was not good, I didn’t finish it. Service was slow. Wouldn’t come again
