Been here three times already and every plate i’ve had is a 10/10. Both the Brie and Goat cheese smash burgers are excellent and the breakfast platters are extremely filling. The green aoili they give with the potatoes is outstanding and the Cod croquetas are probably the best in Miami. They’re making magic happen in that kitchen. Good food every time

Smash burger is top shelf. 🎖️Got the smash es mas burger. Egg was cooked just right. Yoke ran just right on to the patties. 🤤 Setting is a vibe and the service was the cherry. Definitely going back!

What an amazing burger joint! The hamburgers are absolutely delicious. My husband ordered the lunch special, and it was a very generous portion—quinoa, grilled chicken, a fried egg, and a fresh salad, plus a fountain drink—all for $11.99. The prices and customer service were outstanding, and the restaurant was spotless. We’ll definitely be back!

I’m a Redondos customer for life. We’ve been back at least 6 or 7 times now, and after trying out the full menu, I can confidently say Redondos offers phenomenal food at an exceptional value with fantastic service in a very clean & stylish atmosphere. Most recently we went for breakfast and left feeling great. Like on most of our visits, Philip was our server - he’s extremely professional, very friendly, and always happy to see us! Anything off the breakfast menu is great. I also love the burgers here - each one so flavorful and creative. It takes a lot of restraint to not order the churros every time, too. And best of all, the coffee here is always on point. Bonus point for Estrella on tap! We’ll be back many more times for sure and it’s the first place we want to bring friends when they visit.

I recently checked out at this new restaurant in Miami, and I was honestly impressed! The atmosphere was super inviting.. stylish yet laid-back, with a cool, modern design that made it feel both trendy and comfortable. The staff was amazing, super friendly, attentive, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. You could really feel the good energy from the team. Nice music. The playlist was on point, great mix of chill and upbeat tracks that added to the overall experience without being too loud. Prices are surprisingly affordable for the quality and you can enjoy a great meal without breaking the bank, which is always a plus in Miami! Definitely a great spot to visit, eat well, and enjoy good company. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Located just at the beginning of Bird Road sits REDONDOS, a quaint casual restaurant with great service, great food, and very reasonable pricing. We had the Lentil soup and croquetas as appetizers. The Lentil soup was very light and flavourful. They have four different croqueta flavors: cod, ham, manchego cheese, and chorizo. The portion is eight croquetas, so we had them give us two of each flavor, and we honestly couldn't even pick a favorite. Next, we had the Goat Smash Burger, and it was honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had handsdown. To top it off, we ended with a delicious oreo shake that was just right. Not too sweet, not too bland. 10/10 we will be frequent customers.

Everything about this place was great. Wonderful ambiance and music. I had the goat smash and it’s one of the best smash burgers I’ve had in Miami. The meat was thin and crispy and all the add ons of the burger really blended well together. The pretzel bun was unexpected but fully necessary. I also had the crispy potatoes and they were very crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They gave comfort fries. My friend had the fried mahi mahi burger and said it was very solid. Adding that the aoli sauce really brought out the flavor. If you want to try a solid smash burger and you’re in the gables area definitely try redondos 🤍

Last night they had me try a new sandwich (sorry, forgot the name!), and it was excellent as well. Reliable spot with great food and service - definitely recommend!

You can totally tell the owners put a lot of care into the menu, food, and look of the restaurant. It was so fun inside without being over done. The food was delicious. I had churrasco with rice, salad, and egg. It was cooked perfectly. My husband had a smash burger that was made so well and the flavor was great. The French fries were crispy and tasty. The service was excellent, kind, and caring.

Opens at 8am but many times, they are not. Please stick to the schedule. Burgers and coffee are nice but pricey. Location deems the price though so hard to complain.
