We were in the neighborhood and decided to stop in to check this place out. The first thing that caught my eye was the variety of options on the menu. I ordered the Wakame special and Jose ordered the Cambodia salad and we each tried eachothers. Both were fresh and full just as they looked on the menu screen and each one had a totally different flavor. The variety of items in each was the right amount and not too much where flavors would get lost. The fish tempura was nicely combined with the freshness of the salad, and the wakami had a bunch of shrimp salmon, snow crab and fresh avacados and the sauce was nice and spicy but not too spicy. The service was quick and everyone was nice. They were creating a new desert for the weekend and they offered us a plate. It was Thai doughnuts and vanilla ice cream drizzled with condensed milk, Nutella and cookie crumble. It was so good and the perfect end to our lunch. We're going back again and I'm going to try the sushi tacos. And I have to try the Thai doughnuts again to make sure I wasn't imagining it. We have a new favorite place, and I highly recommend it.

Fusion at its best sushi pizza, sushi tacos, dynamite on tostones. They have same and an Asian beer selection most items are fresh and made to order. Place was amazing.Fried rice and beef coconut thai was the best.

Tried this convenient spot after seeing positive Google reviews. Didn't want to eat at overpriced, tourist traps like fusion restaurants Doraku and Sushi Samba where your bill is triple anywhere else.Tried tuna tataki, coconut curry with chicken and shrimp, salmon and tuna hand rolls with brown rice. EXCELLENT! The tuna tataki was a great size and the ponzu sauce was not salty. Salmon and tuna hand rolls were a good size - I'd recommend 2 at minimum. Clean restaurant, fresh hot food, prices are fair for Miami Beach whereas other Japanese places rip you off and target tourists. This is a locals place. Waiter did advise they're changing the menu and adjusting prices, which likely means raising them. Great quality here. Try it.

I am so in love with this place. The tropic roll made with maduros and avocado is so unique! A delicious fusion of Asian and Latin American flavors. The food is so fresh and the people are so nice!

Great spot in Miami Beach, a wide viriety of plates to choose from in the menu from wok plates to great sushi options! Also they made a new dessert for the week and gave us to try which was great only topped by the Mongolian beef wich is a most in this great new place!

My Son has delivery while @ Mt. Sinai Hospital & stated good was outstanding, especially the Pad Thai & Thai donuts were both absolutely delish! Must go to or have there amazing food delivered!!

Delicious little place really close to Lincoln Rd. I really enjoyed the tuna tartar with tostones is a muy get !! The rolls are to die for and can’t complaint about the staff they were very friendly and attentive.

Food assortment is great. If you like creative sushi combinations as well as mouth-watering desserts, must try! Order the Sushi Pizza, Dynamite Tostones, and the Cookies & Cream tempura!

I look for sushi close to me, I see this get 4.8 stars!!! I tell me husband we have to try! This is not cheap sushi but worth it!!! Fresh fish, fresh sewed, great!!!! We enjoy it a lot and not even sit in the restaurant

Sukothai catered my husband's birthday party. I had never eaten there but trusted all the good reviews. When I went to speak with the manager regarding the catering, Alexandra and Ramone were extremely helpful and assisted me to order the right amount of food for my 25 guests. They delivered it on time & our guests raved about the food. Thank you for exceeding my expectations and helping to make the party a success!!!

Amazing sushi and Thai food. I recommend specially the south beach roll and Dragon roll for sushi. Kung pao beef and pad Thai chicken for the classic wok. Don't skip (Thai donut with scoop ice cream for dessert) it's just the best. Nice staff and moderate prices at well located south beach miami. ;)

Excellent Sushi rolls. Service was fast and friendly. The garlic and chilli edamame was amazing. For the first time we tried sparkling sake and it was fantastic. For those not into sushi you can also get something from "the work" , i.e. stir fry. Not a fancy place but really good food

Americanized sushi joint in a no frills spot. Staff is friendly and attentive. Portions are pretty generous for the price. For the sushi lovers, there is cream cheese in every roll except maybe the rice-less ones, so this place may not be for you. Do recommend the sushi pizza with salmon! It’s massive and delicious

Service is suowe super slow. They have maybe 3 tables at a time there so reason for that. Food isnt always consistent. The first time we went it was great food even slower service today was still slow service and the food wasnt on point

The food was ok but on the reciept tax and tips was added automaticly. I would like to have this more clear in the menu as the dinner was more expensive than I expected.

This place was average to good thai food. The California roll was bland. The pad thai was tasty but it had absolutely no spice and I ordered thai hot. Also, the pad thai had whole peanuts in it which was too much for one bite. I've eaten thai all over the world and have never seen whole peanuts, always crushed. Not sure if they were just trying to be different or lazy. Also I ordered water expecting the dish to be spicy and they served me a bottle of Nestlé water and charged me $2. That's a $43 profit on every $5 case of water. Masaru Thai one block away on Alton is much much better food, atmosphere, and service. It's fairly new but amazing.

I’m not sure if any of the other reviewers of this place were paid or simply haven’t eaten at any other Thai/Japanese Restaurant. This is NOT a restaurant that should have 4.9 stars. The menu is on a plastic sheet, and that’s the caliber of food you’re going to get here. It’s barely okay. Rolls are mediocre, the amount of actual Thai dishes on the menu is minuscule. It’s an “okay” restaurant and is deserving of 3 stars, no more. Food tastes “okay.” We had 5 people in our group and spent $250 for dinner, without any alcohol. Definitely not what you’d expect to spend at an average restaurant. If you’re in a hurry and you don’t want to try the other amazing sushi places within minutes (sushi samba, doraku, etc) then this is your spot. Just expect to pay 5 star prices for 3 star quality. Enjoy!

Slow service. Curry had barely any curry sauce and wasn’t flavorful. Pad Thai was average. Happy hour (BOGO apps, sake, & cocktails) was fine - got edamame and steamed gyoza. Wouldn’t come back based on service and lack of flavor.

I think that they should improve the tone of voice of the employees, they do not talk, they communicate with shouts, a lot of scandal, laughter and relaxation. very unpleasant atmosphere.

Spent $70 on a few things for my bf and I to share. Neither of us could finish any of the food which never Happens. The greens in my salad were partly rotten/old and Serving size/quality was very poor. I almost threw up because of the old spinach or whatever was in it. My bfs noodles were fine- avg Chinese food. Def not $17 worth tho! Was hoping to redeem my decision to order food from here with desert. $8 for 3 moshi balls. Better off just buying them out the frozen section at Publix. Overpriced low quality food overall.

I was really hungry so I walked in and sat down and a server greeted me and gave me the menu and I looked through it and she quickly came over to tell me they only had sushi. All I wanted was sushi but the server never came back and their sushi bar had no fish on display. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone that enjoys eating out or is very hungry. The service was horrible even though the restaurant was empty. It's best for employees to prep the restaurant before they open and if servers are just hanging out in a corner not doing anything when they have guests, you can't expect to be able to expand your business. Hopefully no one else has to go through this.

I really enjoyed the first time I ate here, but after a few more visits it painted a different picture. One of the most annoying things about this restaurant is there pricing online versus at the store. It’s just not consistent. For example, an egg roll cost $2, but when you order 2x it’s $5? Where’s the sense in that? Overall, I enjoy eating lunch here, just wish they would hear their customers opinions. I voiced my concern plenty of times throughout this year and every time I bring it up they remind me there’s nothing they can do.

Wasn't nothing to brag on really. I ordered a shrimp something was to much sauce didn't taste good.

1. The sashimi that I ordered wasn’t fresh 2. Ordered sushi and waited for 30 minutes, for sushi? 3. Pad Thai was good tho

Terrible service, the waiter never even noticed that someone in our party didn't receive their dinner. By the time we said something it was too late, because everyone had gotten there food already and we were almost done eating. Never checked on us for drink refills and we were only 1 of 2 tables, so it wasn'tthat busy. He also added gratuity to the bill when we were only 4 people. Not sure if they normally do that or if he was just afraid he wasn't going to get much tip, due to the terrible service.
