Place was straight fire. I got the chicken and carnitas tacos and they were awesome. 4 of them cost 16 bucks but I’d say it was still pretty worth it. The meat is tender and the tortilla has a nice corn flavor. I liked that I was given a lot of limes and the hot sauce was ACTUALLY hot and tasted great. The vibe could be better with more seating as there’s only one small table, but I understand there’s not much space and it’s also a little grocery store. Lady at the counter was very nice.

Best tacos in Middletown. Street taco style with onions and cilantro. They often don’t have lengua (my favorite) but the carnitas is also very good. Mild salsa (green) is a true mild, for anyone worried about spice, with good flavor. Service is friendly and very quick.

What a find! Food was delicious and so fresh. Unbelievably generous portions. Lovely staff. Only one table if you want to stay to eat. Bonus is a small grocery of Mexican spices, sauce, tortillas, etc.

Super 5 stars*****!!!!! Service is exceptionally friendly. Chorizo tacos are fantastic. Al Pastor are great also. The homemade taco shells definitely make a difference. Flan is very authentic and tastes great. Tres Leches cake is so so. Would easily recommend and no doubt go back.

First of all, I want to thank La Placita customer service for always greeting me with a smile. The food on La Placita is outstanding! I’m vegetarian and don’t eat meat and they are always available to customize my orders to not include meat. I just have about a month that I started visiting this place and I love it! I strongly recommend this restaurant! From tortas(sandwich), quesadillas, burritos to tamales everything is delicious. I also buy the Oaxaca string cheese that they use for their corn quesadillas and other recipes, waters(juices made from fresh fruit), fresh mangoes, guavas, and more! If you haven’t order from this place I recommend you give it a try!

I decided on three tacos. 1/bestec 2/pollo. Also chips and guacamole. The tacos were amazing. Guac was fresh and added perfectly to the meal. Would recommend to anyone who's in the mood for Mexican.

We stopped for a quick breakfast. Delicious authentic food. Also its a little grocery store. Very friendly woman who cooks everything from scratch.
