Best experience in an Olive Garden in 🤔 6yrs. I haven't been in 6yrs. Food was excellent server was great. My little cousin loved the pizza he's 9. He said many times that the pizza was really really good. I ask was it the crust or sauce Cheese? He said it was all good! So there you have it!

Our plans were cancelled at the last minute, so we ended up at Olive garden. We had pasta, soup, salad, and bread sticks. Our server Ryan was efficient, pleasant, and kind to our grandsons. He turned a disappointment into a good experience. I can't say enough good things about Ryan!

After being treated poorly at another establishment, olive garden was happy to accommodate our bridal party of 15+!! This was my first experience at an Olive Garden and it was wonderful! We had 5 children under 14 and they were great with the kids and taking our orders. The bride and groom left glowing and our experience was changed by %100! Thank you for turning out night around!

We had such a great time at Olive garden for our big birthday celebration!! We had two servers that were wonderful for our group of almost 20. They kept everyone's order straight and kept the refills flowing. It was a great atmosphere and everyone had a wonderful time. Plus the food was delicious!

My husband and I haven't been to an Olive Garden since before COVID. We used to always get Steak Gorgonzola which, sadly, was taken off the menu. Tried the Olive Garden closest to us and the food and service were definitely sub-par. Well, we stopped in Midland to buy a vehicle when our kids (ages 4 and 6) asked if we could eat at Olive Garden. Figured we'd give it another try. We stopped in around 3-4 pm on a Sunday. Part of the restaurant was half packed but they put us in another section where we were one of maybe three or four other tables. Very nice, clean, and quiet. Our waiter, Gavin, was fairly new but he was extremely friendly. Everyone we interacted with was very personable and upbeat. Though our favorite dish was gone, my husband decided on a Ravioli and I got a Steak Alfredo. Both were great. I probably won't be going to my local Olive Garden anytime soon but if I happen to pass through Midland, I would definitely consider stopping by this one again.

I haven't been to Olive Garden for some time, I have to say it was a good experience here in Midland the parking was good, food was good, service was good. I had the steak with pasta and soup appetizer which was awesome 👌🏻

Not to expensive for good food. The portion sizes are generous, helped by the unlimited breadsticks. I'll find myself often getting more then my money's worth of food, and have it for lunch or dinner the next day. Good food, with it all being surprisingly reheat-able. The server was exceptional (I think his name was Brad or Brandon?), and friendly.

Our first time getting catering and we are so happy we did! Huge portions with everything you'll need, including serving utensils. Very accommodating and helpful from start to finish. Everyone loved the food (even the kids)! The cost was very reasonable, as I would have spent that much getting groceries and cooking myself. This option gave me time to enjoy my family and friends. Will not hesitate to do again. Thank you!!

This resturaunt took more time and care of my husbands food than any other place we have EVER been. We mentioned his shellfish allergy to the waitress and next thing you know the general manager came to the table and introduced himself. Very friendly, kind man (who even offered us a free dessert due to us celebrating our anniversary.) And asked about my husbands allergy. Assured us he personally would be watching over his food to make sure no cross contamination happened so he could rest assured and enjoy his meal. Our waitress was also very attentive and friendly. We didnt take him up on his offer of dessert as we got to full on the delicious food we had. Which was also quick to arrive. Would give this experience 10 stars if i could! Thank you and your staff for an excellent experience. Will return again in the future 😁

Stopped here with my family on the way up north for a camping trip. Good location, not far off the freeway. Service was quick, and waiter was friendly. Our food came out almost immediately. Cups were kept full and waiter checked on us multiple times. Food was typical olive garden as expected. Bathrooms and restaurant were clean. We were in and out in 45 minutes - much better than hitting fast food on the way and not much time lost.

Perfect stop following the Dow Gardens. Always a pleasure to find an Olive Garden. Clean environment and plenty of lighting in the seating area.

Very nice staff always friendly. Food is always very tasty and filling. Never really crowded or loud. Definitely worth $40-$50 and you get all you can eat bread sticks and salad for free. For the price and amount of food (I can't always finish my food) it's definitely worth it. A lot better than any fast-food where you spend the same amount but hungry soon after.

My wife and I came here right after our wedding sendoff. The staff was personable and friendly, the atmosphere was perfect, and they gave us a free slice of cake with our wedding date written in chocolate syrup on the plate. They were sure to tell us how excited they were to have us, and that made us feel very special. ❤️

My sister (and family) lives in Midland. We felt like having a good Italian meal so of course went to Olive Garden for lunch while visiting. I had lasagna and my husband had manacoti with meatballs. I can't remember what my sister ordered. Everything, including the delicious warm breads were the best.

Food was good, got the chicken Alfredo with broccoli. Our server was excellent! I wish I would’ve remembered her name. Honestly the best server I’ve had in years, never once had to ask for a refill on breadsticks or beverages. She was fast and efficient with the whole experience there.

All you can eat. It's great, well priced, and they actually allowed us to take food home, which is different cause most all you can eats don't, usually its eat what you can, they keep what you didn't eat. But this one let us take what was unfinished home with us. Big win.

My family loves Olive Garden! Whenever we visit the US, we always make sure to stop by for lunch, especially for their amazing Salad and Soup. This time, we tried the Eggplant Vegetarian Entrée, and it was fabulous, one of the best vegetarian dishes I’ve had and highly recommended. There’s no rush to leave, and the server regularly checked in to see if we needed anything, which was great. If I’m ever passing through this area again, I’ll definitely be stopping by.

This was a wonderful meal. It was me and a party of 4 we were out and eating for homecoming. I ordered the endless pasta bowl which is 13.99. The endless pasta bowl is delicious and great. You get to choose your type of noodle like fettuccine, spaghetti, angle hair, rigatoni and more. You get to pick your sauce. Meat sauce, Alfredo, and more. And you can also add toppings like meatballs or chicken. This also comes with a bowl of soup and endless breadsticks. I also ordered dessert and it was delicious, it was a cheesecake. My server was wonderful she came by for drinks all the time for refills on them and breadsticks, she came by all the time for the pasta refills too. This was wonderful dining experience with Olive Garden. I will 100% be coming back for this endless pasta bowl. It’s only $13.99 for as much pasta as you can eat and a bowl of soup and endless breadsticks.

Olive Garden has been a family favorite for a long time. For many years we made the trip to Saginaw and were thrilled when a location cake to Midland. My Dad and I dined in the bar area since the dining area would be a 20 minute wait. We did come at prime lunchtime on a Wednesday - 12:30pm. I was happy our server (Jessie) quickly acknowledged our presence and let us know she would be w us asap. Waited roughly 10 minutes, but we were ready to order by then and ordered everything at once. Prompt w beverage refills, everything served nice and warm/hot! Jessie = one of the best servers we have ever had. Not only for this visit, she always delivers top notch service.

Food was good. Are waitress was also the bartender and she was great. Best service I have received in years. The real try to make the food to fit your dietary needs. It would be nice if they had more gluten free options. We eat there more often if they did.

A little pricey for the serving sizes I ordered the shrimp scampi with noodles. When I think of shrimp scampi, I think of garlic and butter when it arrived I could not taste the garlic. I can't taste the butter, but there was a definite over powering amount of lemon and I don't care for lemon. You probably get about 10 pieces of shrimp and about a half a cup of noodles for $21 other than that the other food was pretty good. I ended up with some cheese sticks. They did take it off the bill.

Had a fantastic lunch there the other day. Amazing price for food that was ready very quickly after we ordered and was delicious. The food has been very consistent and good as you would expect from an olive garden and I've yet to have a poor server or hostess at this location.

Went out to celebrate my mother in law for Mother's Day. It was a Saturday night and pretty busy - a 25 to 30 minute wait - but the staff was kind and patient, taking the rush as it went. Our waitress was awesome - constantly refilling our drinks and making sure we had enough bread sticks and sprinkled cheese.

Decent Experience, but Some Hits and Misses Our visit to Olive Garden was okay—not the best, but not the worst either. My spaghetti had a bit of an off taste, which was disappointing. However, my daughter really enjoyed her mac and cheese, so that was a plus! My wife wasn’t a fan of the salad because it had too many onions for her taste, but she did love her soup. The service was fine, and the atmosphere was nice, but overall, it was a mixed experience. We might give it another try in the future, but hopefully, the food will be a little better next time.

The eggplant parmesan was horrible. They drenched it in marinara until it was nothing but mush with cheese melted on it. I didn't even eat much of it the plate went back with the bus boy almost the same way I got it. The last time I was at the Olive Garden it was the same way. If I ever go back, I'll never order the eggplant parmesan again.

Typical Olive Garden environment. Our server was excellent and very attentive. Food was good and what we expected. Calamari was a bit undercooked and cool but salmon was delicious, albeit salty. Other meals included chicken Parmesan and chicken Marsala (both enough for two) and lasagna.

This restaurant is clean, well organized, and the staff was very attentive and courteous. The food was very good although I will mention I ordered the ravioli and it was a little more El dente than I prefer. They were out of a few menu items however due to the shortage everywhere right now that is understandable. Our waitress had patience and seemed to be very kind as well. When we first arrived we were told there would be a wait. The front desk took our name and number and contacted our phone when our table was ready (it took less than 20 minutes). I would recommend stopping into this restaurant and trying it out if you haven’t been to an Olive Garden.

The hotel is very nice! Hotel staff very helpful and sweet. The casino portion is very spacious. Guests are friendly, didn't see to many casino staff. Food prices where high. The web site had boasted a 2 meals for 25.00 but when we got to the restaurant the manager would not honor it. We still decided to order food and the food was great. But to not honor what your web site has posted is not very good business. That's no different than giving me one price when I get there and giving me a different price when I go to pay.

Went in earlier this week for dinner with my hubby and while the food was decent, the customer service was SEVERELY lacking in the form of the hostess. The young lady was unfriendly and after she sat us I overheard her talking to a fellow staff member (I assume) about us and our appearance. It was hurtful and ruined my night. When we left I tried seeing her name tag but I only saw the first letter V. Olive Garden, you need to do better. You will lose customers this way..

Food was amazing. Service was awful! I would give no stars if I could. The server was not friendly, and when placing an order knowing we were on a time limit went over to a table sat down with other customers and talked to them for 10 minutes. We had our call button on and she didn’t even bother to turn it off even after she seen it. Didn’t ask what we needed just walked past. We tried getting other staffs attention and they completely ignored us. 4 different times and employees. Had to ask 3 times for the bread and still didn’t get it for at least ten minutes later. Highly dissatisfied with the service. To top it all off! She flirted with my boyfriend.

Charged my husband for bottomless soup and breadsticks but he was never offered a refill because our serve never came to check on us and he never got a chance to request more, so one bowl of soup. Turned the server light on at our table, didn’t come, had to get up and go to the hostess station to ask for them to find our server. I absolutely LOVE Olive Garden, and my husband isn’t a fan so it is a rare treat for me to have him take me to eat there. I’m extremely disappointed and I don’t think I’m going to come back again.

First time ever a restaurant manager in Midland refused to make eye contact or directly address me. As a long time restaurant FOH manager, I know that my personal preferences or opinions of a family coming to dine with me have no place in the restaurant industry. I even directly spoke to this Individual and she chose to act as though I was not even there. There was no mistaking the sentiment that this manager chose to impart as her first, only and lasting opinion of our group. Despite my fiancées love of OG I will not be returning to the location nor will I be recommending anyone else visit them. Do better with your customer interaction. As a corporate establishment it's your responsibility to ensure that your first point of guest contact is your best contact with them. Retrain or replace. In this competitive market, losing potential lifelong guests is a good way to sink your ship; especially since we can very openly discuss mistreatment for the world to see.

Got raw chicken in my chicken Alfredo on may 4th around dinner time. I didn’t get a refund at all very disappointed. the server did nothing wrong this was the kitchens fault. Kinda wish I was greeted by a manager for help but nothing was heard from them and that’s ridiculous I would have loved to get my 20$ back after getting raw chicken in my food.

Food portion was terrible. I order the dinner portion of spaghetti with meat sauce at 12.99 my husband got the same thing but also he add suggage. He gotten more noodles sauce. I felt like I got the lunch portion. This happen last time and yes they made it right but this time why bother. So I will not come back. I shouldn't have to keep asking too get what I payed for.

I mean this place is horrible. We came with a bigger party so i understand theres going to be delays. But we got food we didnt order. Once we got our food it either sat under the heat lamp for to long or the sauce was over cooking. For the price you pay the food should be held to a higher standard.
