This is a good Bagel Street location. The one in Redwood Shores is better. We came around 1pm and the selection of bagels was depleted. We got our usual bagel dog and a bagel with cream cheese and tomato. It didn't taste as good as the ones at their other locations. Service was fast.

I’m from NJ where we have some of the best bagels + bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches and this place was delicious! Perfectly toasted bagel, salt pepper ketchup, and great customer service.

I got the lunch special, pastrami with everything on an asiago bagel. I should've bought 2 because it was SOOOO GOOD! Also it was reasonably priced.. The other pictures are pulled pork with jack 🧀 😋 😋 😋 and the pizza bagel.

Millbrae may be a long way from New York, but the bagels here are superb. Highly recommend the Millbrae special on an egg bagel with the scallion spread and sprouts!! ❤️❤️❤️

I want to try new things, but not just for the sake of trying something new. Like I've never thrown a crayon at my car before. I haven't done this because I haven't seen the value in it, but maybe I'm being too close minded. Throwing a crayon at my car could give me the perspective I need. Maybe I'm not throwing crayons at my car because deep down I'm scared about what I'll learn about myself if I do. Or I'm not doing it because I'm scared about what others might think. It's not common place to see a grown man throwing crayons at his vehicle. Anyway, when I saw that this place had an oreo cookie bagel, it felt a little like throwing crayons at a car. It would have been a new experience for me, but I don't think it would have added value. I could be wrong, maybe I'll try it next time. I ended up getting what I always get, a veggie breakfast bagel. It was really good

Traditional style bagel cafe that you should not miss out on! Been coming here for many years and they are still consistent with their service and bagels. Friendly employees. Only downside is that recently their bagels have gone smaller in size- shrinkflation :( in the past, one bagel could be shared between two people and they load up on the fillings, kind of miss those days!

I and my friend ordered bagels from Too good to go app. Before we went there, I thought they would give me a random bag as we got a big discount using that app. But when I asked the staff if I could choose flavor, he let me choose some and I'm grateful for that. I don't think I was supposed to be choosing flavor but anyway they gave us a favor and the bagel tasted so good!

As soon as you walk in, the friendly employee will smile and be ready to help you. If you're familiar with downtown Millbrae, you will learn how blessed we are to enjoy family-oriented businesses. These kinds of small businesses The ambiance is effortless and casual, but very clean. I made a small clip to share with you all. This place closes at 2 or 3pm. I’ve had a sandwich and I also have ordered a bunch of their bagels, which are very tasty. My favorite is the pepper nickel, and the atmosphere is great.

Staff was friendly and even though it was a bit busy, they were pretty efficient We got a lox sandwich on a Parmesan bagel and a honey corn bagel with Strawberry crème cheese. The strawberry crème cheese was a bit too artificial but the bagel was good. For the lox sandwhich, the bagel was under toasted and could have done without tomatoes.

I used to like this place, but unfortunately the quality is gotten worse. The tuna and chicken melts r basically a LOT of big chonks of celery w a little bit of tuna n chicken. And to make things worse, I found a suspicious hair in my order of chicken melt 🤢 I won't be going back ever again.

I was really disappointed with the customer service at this location. I had to stand and wait for over 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and not once did I receive a simple greeting or apology for the delay. It's frustrating to feel completely ignored, especially when you're trying to get assistance. A little courtesy and respect for your customers' time would go a long way. I hope they improve their customer service approach in the future customer.
