Food was average. Tasted a lot like Olive Garden. The bread served at the table was so bland. The inside of the restaurant however looked very nice. Probably wouldn’t come back.

Our server was a little slow after we got food. We weren’t checked on again. What frustrated me was I could see talking to a girl in plain clothes not paying attention. I ended up asking someone else for help. Appetizers were great!!! Chicken parm a must have. But the pasta needs some seasoning.

Whether it’s a lunch meeting or, dinner for 4 or multi family gathering , this place is the perfect fit for all Its our go to place when all else fails When we drive around looking for that perfect Italian meal and can’t find anything , Macaroni Grill comes to the rescue That is why 4 stars But that should not be the case It would be 5 stars if we saw some brilliance ( it’s very good but not great ) There seems to little effort from the kitchen , maybe a post Covid phenomenon There is no effort at brilliance or attempt to expose us to Italian cuisine and culture beyond the decor In the right hands , this chain could do wonders , they have the kitchens , they have the floor size , they have everything needed to bring Italy to America . But they stop just a little bit short

Food was surprisingly great. Can't believe chicken parmesan can taste this delicious with tender chicken and fresh tomato sauce. Service was friendly and nice. Will come back again.

Food was great. So five stars for that. Atmosphere was great too so 5 stars. Service was not great because there was an unwelcoming person at the front desk who didn't smile, asked us to wait. We waited for 20 minutes she didn't call us and was taking in other customers who came in after us and were 6 in numbers just as us. When I went to ask her she said 'you have to wait for our manager to get you seated'. Not sure why this special treatment was given to us. The start of a Friday evening was definitely not great. Other than that we got a great server called Ricardo. He was just amazing. Helped us out to choose the right food item. Was wonderful with kids as well. The food was great too. Kids loved their menu as well.

The worst possible experience we could have. We had pleasant memories of this place. We went after many years. The food was not great, and the service was awful. They had only one server for the entire restaurant. The server was rude, didnt even care and had airpods in his ear. Many times we tried to call but he wouldnt attend to us. He didnt get many things on time. The worst part was in the end when he brought wet plates for dessert. When i complained he said it won’t kill you. Completely ruined our experience, we went their for my dad’s birthday. I would never go there again. And they charged 20% gratuity by default because it was a party of 10. I feel like we deserve a refund for the gratuity.

My co worker suggested that we should try this place for our Christmas dinner. She failed us. Their food choices were limited and very common and when the food came it was cold. Their appetizers were small. We finished it maybe because we were just starving. We could've gone to Giorgio's or El Toritos. Worst Christmas dinner but I enjoyed my co workers company though. They delivered the order without any sauce on both our Chicken Marsala and Fettuccine Alfredo. Just bare pasta and bare chicken. I know we ordered on a Friday night but whomever was cooking just punked us. We paid a good price for inedible food, obviously was done on purpose. We also had a side of mashed potatoes and broccoli that didn't show up. Would be 0/0 if possible.

Updating July 19: really had to force myself to do this and I absolutely hate to.. changing my 5 star to 1, not for the place but for the kind of server we had to deal with.. rude, insulting and totally ignored us while being nice to others.
