I recently visited Duck Donuts, and I was really impressed with the location! It’s strategically placed in a plaza with plenty of parking spaces and surrounded by restaurants, making it a convenient stop if you’re looking to grab something after your meal or while out shopping. However, it’s worth noting that they don’t offer sugar-free options, non-dairy alternatives, or ice cream/yogurt toppings, so if you’re looking for those, you’ll need to plan accordingly. That being said, the donuts are freshly made to order and generously coated in a variety of toppings, so there is a bit of a wait, but it’s absolutely worth it. The quality of the donuts is amazing, and the variety of flavors is fantastic! Definitely a place worth visiting for a sweet treat.

The donuts here were so yummy ! I was so surprised to see them made and fried right infront of me. They came out warm and delicious. I ordered a strawberry milkshake and the strawberry glazed donut on top and it was so delicious !! The duck concept was also really cute and the kids seemed to love it. It was a new and clean facility and the service was great and friendly. I recommend this place for a sweet treat !

The owner, Ed, is incredibly accommodating—he's personally delivered to my business meetings, and the donuts and empanadas are always a hit with my clients. I’ve been to Duck Donuts twice now and both visits have been amazing! The donuts are made fresh right in front of you, so they’re always warm, soft, and absolutely delicious—truly out of this world. Today, the gentleman behind the counter went above and beyond and upgraded my coffee since I mentioned I was about to hit the road. Such a kind gesture that made my morning! I recently picked up a few boxes for a client meeting because I know Duck Donuts always makes an impression. The quality, taste, and service are consistently top-notch. Highly recommend!

This place is honestly the cutest place in the world. We started coming here because it was right next to my kids doctor and he loves donuts, and loves rubber duckies. This place is the perfect location to bribe my kids with when they leave the doctor LOL! My son behaves so good when I tell him we’re going to come here on the weekend. It’s my third time here and everyone is always so friendly, the donuts are warm and fresh and even the owner is so nice. Samuel is the nicest cashier ever, he made conversation with me while I waited for my donut, and Kideja was also so sweet. I highly recommend this place to everyone I know. Perfect location, perfect donuts and my son gets to leave with a little toy as a reward. I know this place is brand new but I hope it sticks around forever. 💕🫶🏻

Hermoine was an excellent employee who took care of my order of a dozen donuts, unfortunately, two of her coworkers were extremely rude and UNWILLING to do their jobs to help Hermoine fulfill our order. The immaturity with those two white girls was completely ridiculous and the fact that she was willing to go back and forth with Hermoine in front of customers is absolutely disgraceful. It’s the first day of black history month, get it together. I had to intervene when the other female employee was in the back next to another (male) employee, and was talking back to Hermoine, WHILE IM WAITING FOR MY ORDER. Unfortunately for her, the bacon was for MY order, why are you arguing about NOT DOING YOUR JOB? Being a decent human being is EASY, those two children were doing the MOST to be rude to Hermoine and it must be addressed. Thanks for the donuts Hermoine and HERMOINE ONLY.

The donuts here are delicious! They make them fresh to order, and they melt in your mouth. The coffee is great as well. I loved the cinnamon sugar, the plain iced, and coffee cake. There is no other place like that in this area, I will definitely be coming back here and highly recommend you try it. Nothing compares to a fresh hot donut with a good cup of coffee, and this place does it right!

Donuts are made fresh in front of you and are out of this world. Traditional cinnamon sugar and Bacon in the sun are my two favorites. Maple glazed with bacon bits and caramel drizzle mannnnn. Served warm with a side scoop of ice cream!? Can’t go wrong.

Duck Donuts is like a donut fever dream where you play mad scientist with toppings, and I’m here for it. Rolled in solo, and the staff—absolute MVPs—acted like I was picking out a new car, not a pastry. They were all smiles, tossing out wild topping ideas with enough charm to make a DMV clerk jealous. I went rogue with a hot-and-ready double chocolate donut, dripping with fudgy glaze, and an original glazed that was crispy, fluffy, and basically a hug from a carb god. Paired ‘em with a cold brew—smooth, bold, and the perfect sidekick to my sugar coma. Every bite and sip was so stupidly good I almost forgot my own zip code. Pricey? Sure, but gas station donuts are just sadness disks in comparison. Big regret not sharing this with my wife and kid—they’d go feral over the topping bar. Next visit’s a family raid. Duck Donuts, you’ve ruined me. 5/5—send more chocolate.

It was our first time going to Duck Donuts. The moment we walked in, the employees greeted us. The smell of freshly baked donuts hits you instantly. The place was clean and vibrant. The cashier was very friendly. We explained to her that it was our first time there. She pointed out their top donuts and explained that all donuts are cake base and are made to order. We ended up ordering 3 donuts. Bacon in the Sun, Blueberry Pancake, and Cinnamon Sugar. Let me tell you! These donuts were SO GOOD!! They brought us back to the fresh cake donuts they make at the Youth Fair, which is our favorite! They were warm, soft and not sweet at all! The Bacon donut had the perfect sweet and savory ratio. It was our absolute favorite! The Blueberry Pancake was on the sweeter side but still very delicious! The cinnamon sugar donut had the perfect amount of cinnamon sugar to donut ratio. Amazing! With them making the donuts to order makes a HUGE difference!! They are on the smaller side but for someone who just wants a small treat, it’s the perfect size. Each donut was $2.50 and you can create your own if you do not like their set combinations. We will definitely be back!

The donuts are the perfect blend between soft, fluffy and chewy. They’re a little smaller than normal donuts, but definitely 10000% better. This place feels like a warm hug. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, the decor makes you feel like a child again and the doughnuts are unmatched. I crave the doughnuts regularly, my daughter’s teachers love when I surprise them with a box….this place is amazing! Definitely try them out! My little ones received a coupon at school for a free donut so we went to check them out. Super cute spot , not too big but it had a few tables outside and a high top counter inside. Donuts were fried to order so we had to wait until getting home to eat them as they were too hot when we got them. I did enjoy the bacon one and the snickers, however the family weren’t a fan of the ones they choose. I do think is cool they make them right there but I feel they should be sweeter. And hold a little better as they broke easily.

Once you walk in the door, the place is beautiful, and the service is pretty friendly. The agent that helped me was named Lia. She was such a sweet girl and told me what she recommended, which is always a plus. They have so many ducks of every sort all over the place—a cute little place to bring the kids.

Love the concept. Good doughnuts. Staff was super friendly. Overall very happy with my experience and very good prices too.

The donuts are very delicious hot and fresh and very moist.The strawberry milkshake on the other hand was disgusting for it to be so expensive and they didn’t have whipped cream that also may have played a part. I would definitely recommend anyone for there donuts. Also the service was excellent the the young lady and young man was very polite and courteous.

The family and I wanted to try out a new donut shop, rather than the same old Dunkin and Krispy Kreme. Duck Donuts is small, but decorated nicely. The atmosphere is pleasant, whimsical, and feels fun. The rubber ducks around the shop are adorable and sure to draw the attention of your young ones. There is a clear glass divider that allows you to watch as the staff make your order. Ollie, the mascot, is adorable and a fun photo op. The donuts are fresh and made-to-order, a huge plus compared to stale donuts that sit on display in other donut shops. They have signature flavors, but you can build your own donut as well. I ordered one of their signatures, the Chocolate Caramel Crunch, and created my own donut with strawberry frosting, cotton candy topping and marshmallow drizzle. We also ordered one chocolate milkshake, one cotton candy milkshake and one cookies & creme donut-topped milkshake. I personally enjoyed the cotton candy milkshake, and while I didn't love the Chocolate Caramel Crunch, it was still a fine donut and better than anything sitting in a case. The donuts were melt in your mouth and amazing while hot. I recommend getting a hot cup of coffee while enjoying one. It took around 45 minutes to get our entire order. We received the donuts after 15 minutes and the two plain milkshakes after 20 minutes. Here are where the complaints begin. The donut-topped milkshake took the entire 45 minutes we were there. Our order was skipped over by staff. A simple mistake that we are willing to overlook since they immediately got it out to us after I asked. The donuts were boxed a bit messily, but as they're made-to-order and it was beginning to become a bit packed, I'm willing to look past this. Just something to keep in mind. The staff wasn't impolite, but obviously unprofessional. The staff member who was managing the fryer didn't have gloves on. We witnessed her licking underneath one of her fingernails multiple times and scratching her head before going back to handling the tongs over the fryer. She then went on to open up boxes for fresh donuts, without washing her hands or putting on gloves. Not only is this unsanitary, but dangerous. Although I've given the overall restaurant four stars, this was a major problem for us. While we weren't given the contaminated boxes as far as we watched, someone else was, and that is unacceptable. There were also flies inside of the establishment around the toppings and frosting area, which made our skin crawl. Overall, Duck Donuts was a delicious new experience on the donut scene, though the service isn't the best and they clearly need better training for staff on hygiene practices. A solid 7/10 in my personal opinion, I would recommend it and plan to return.

Really nice concept, the doughnuts were very unique in flavor and texture. Unfortunately once again a good brand that lacks good management. Service was really bad. If you have a new person who is asking which one is the best, explain your brand and make an honest recommendation. Owners, I know this industry is hard but hire better people who at least pretend to want to be there. You can have the best concept but service is not going to let you succeed.

This was my first time here. They offer a great variety of fresh made to order donuts along with milkshakes and coffee. They even let you modify the ingredients they put on it if you want or just create your own donut. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I ended ordering a half dozen and I can honesty say all were fresh and tasted delicious. They also carry a cool variety of mini collectible rubber ducks. Now, the only issue I had here (and the reason they didn’t get 5 stars) was more of a health related concern. The store had a lot of flies, that were touching literally everything - food, ingredients, and even the employees. I mentioned it to them and they said they have informed their manager and that they were working on it. Well I hope they do it fast because thats disgusting.

The problem here is customer service. Not sure if they speak English or not but the donut makers both female, only spoke amongst themselves. How can you get a tip or a five star when you do not greet the customer or unable or unwilling to communicate what the hold up is or what it is you are doing. Love the donuts though.

If I wanted cake I would have went to a cake shop! The texture of these “donuts” are very boxed cake like. It taste like baked then fried cakes shaped like a donut. I have them two stars for graces. It’s definitely not my style of “donut”. And they are small! I ordered the glaze and s’mores “donuts”

I went last week 9/8/25 around 5-6pm to try the new doughnut holes & it was terrible !!!!! they gave me my doughnut stale and dry and cold.. don’t let lazy employees ruin this nice business smh very disappointing!!! Especially when you haven’t been opened that long.. don’t think I’ll be back 🤮

Saturday evening 2/8/25 at approx 6:01 PM. Looking for dessert after our late lunch so we decided to try Duck Donuts. We placed our order online for pickup and customized the donuts we wanted. Upon arrival, I entered the store... Noone greeted us upon entry. We approached the 'pick up here" sign to get our donuts. The young lady by the donut making machine looked at me and didn't say anything. Another young lady who was next to her preparing donuts also looked at me and didn't say anything. You can see another young lady in the back eating.  Since no one greeted me, I sat down and patiently waited by the "pick up here" sign.  Approx 10 to 15 mins later I am still waiting. No greeting, no may I help you... Nothing.  You can tell by the body language and faces on these three young ladies how unhappy they were and obvious they didn't want to be there. They were moving like zombies....no smile..no gestures. It was odd. Then finally one young lady approaches the counter, calls my name and passed me my order. I said thank you and my kid says to her  "have a good evening." She stares right at him and doesn't acknowledge or say anything. Folks, this was my first time in this store and that was my customer experience. One very important factor in any business is customer service.  It is so simple yet some fail to accomplish it. To the owner: I highly recommend a conversation with the three young ladies working tonight. I don't know if they're all collectively having a bad day or what. But they need to be educated on the importance of hospitality. The donuts: they may look good but it's just a donut. Nothing that would make me come back. Based on the overall experience and the product, I cannot recommend.
