Let's be honest it's McDonald's food, but what makes this place is the atmosphere and the people. Always had great service every time I've been to this location.

This location has been serving the community for as long as I can remember. It's comforting to know that they typically will get the order right and with little delay, if any at all.

Always very clean and the employees are friendly the young Hispanic man that’s the Manager in the morning is very friendly also the black gentleman never a bad experience also going at times at night.

Usually, when I have eaten here awhile back, the food was okay but just recently I eat at this McDonalds my stomach started making noise’s, I really believe the late night cooks are not preparing the food properly or being cleanest on keeping there hands clean without wearing gloves, I just know, if my stomach feels bloated and making noises, then that’s usually the issue.

The new remodel is a very open concept, even the division of the play place and the restaurant. The remodel gave way to more modern order Kiosk and diner space. The open space is a clean modern experience.

This McDonald’s is great. I’ve been to many all around here and this one is by far the freshest every time .I mainly go late at night usually after midnight so sometimes who does take a while to get out, but it’s understandable considering it’s the middle of the night. but every time I pull up to the drive-through window, I can see all of them working very hard

It was a busy Sunday morning but they were able to get us our order fast. There is a Play Place here to bring kids.

It our tradition that we go to McDonald’s or another place every Sunday after mass. Since the new renovation of this McDonald’s in Mission Hills California 91345 and we have been served by a certain young waiter a couple of times his name is Isiah .His customer service is so Outstanding he’s an awesome young man. I see him taking care of other customers with such patience especially with the digital ordering .It’s such a delight to come to this McDonald’s when Isiah is around

Pretty good. Fast service and good food. (My review from 2019) The Mission Hills McDonald's got recently renovated, and it is really different from the building 4 years ago. The new one is really modern, and the staff are really nice, like really nice (other McDonald's should take notes!). They are also having deals for there grand opening. I suggest asking the deal list, I won't post a picture of the deal list because this McDonald's might get really crowded.

When I take my kids to McDonalds I always go out of my way to stop at this location. It is clean, never too busy, and I always receive great service. I made a specific request about a month ago at the last minute for my son's TK class party...24 happy meals and 3 adult meals. Very specific instructions were given on a few meals due to food allergies. I spoke with Brittany and Yusef was assisting us as well as other employees. They did such an amazing job with packing, labeling, and punctuality. Everything came out perfect. I really want to thank these outstanding employees for all of their hard work and professionalism on a last minute request. This is another reason why I go out of my way to come to this McDonalds. We don't usually eat at McDonald's. But this location is always clean, fast and the employees are very professional, courteous and friendly. I have two other McDonald's closer to home but I don't mind driving a bit farther to come to this one here. Always an enjoyable experience. The food has been tasting much better as well. Not bad if eaten in moderation.

They're always fast and the food is always fresh. They even have 4 convenient parking spots for drive thru customer's to wait for longer custom orders. They've been amazing all through this pandemic. Very clean and super careful. Staff is very friendly as well.

Have never encountered a McDonalds with such a friendly and caring staff. Now I know where to stop when we go to the cemetery nearby. Great people. Orders do take a little long to receive here though.

Felt the need to leave a review based on the great customer service I received from Jerrick. This is the second time I've gone inside for pickup during the evening hours and he is always so attentive and courteous to everyone.

My husband, mom and granddaughter stopped to eat at this location. Best customer service received in a McDonald’s by far. Jerrick was so professional, kind, and attentive not just us, but to everyone eating inside. Very refreshing to see that. God Bless you Jerrick!

McDonald’s is my go-to when I’m away from home for inexpensive coffee—especially when ordering through the app. This is the second time I’ve ordered coffee and they’ve surprised me with a free cookie. I definitely don’t need the extra calories, but honestly… how do you resist? 😅 Overall, I’m really impressed with the service!

My husband and I just quickly grab something to eat for breakfast or to drive through since I can't put a lot of pressure on my foot because I have gout so we decided to get some eggs sausage McMuffins which I haven't had in awhile and a small cup of coffee I always love the sausage McMuffins but I have noticed the hash browns are a lot more saggier than they ever have been before

This is a small place and the access to parking can get tricky at times, depending on the time of day. We go there for the grandkids. They enjoy the play area. The staff is very friendly and management very responsive. It’s my favorite McDonalds in the area and travel a few extra miles just to be here. Coffee is somehow, much better than at other locations in the area. Refills are available!

Absolutely recommend this McDonald’s to anyone. They have a great atmosphere. The managers here are amazing. The one that I talked to her name was Ana and she helped me out so well today I had a very bad experience with another McDonald’s on Van Nuys I was told I would be able to switch out a toy if I bought the happy meal because they had ran out of the hello Kitty toys and so I kept the box I kept the toy inside the box I did not destroy any of the box and then they weren’t able Switch it out like they promised so I ended up calling this location and Ana had told me to come in so she can make it right and switch out the toy for me! 10/10 recommend coming to this location for your next McDonald’s visit!

The store seemed to be getting there lunch rush, but the wait for inside pick up was only like 6 minutes and the drive thru seemed to be moving fast. The food was super fresh and crispy and they didn’t skimp out on the fries. One of the workers opened the door for me which was really nice. And another worker named Jania I think was very nice, and welcoming at the register.

Review for August 2021. What can I say, McDonalds is McDonalds. I decided to come in today as I usually do every morning right before I go into work. I usually order the large sweet tea or the large iced coffee. But today I decided to get a large pumpkin spice coffee. It is pretty tasty. And for what it's worth is definitely worth the dollar that I paid for it. I am not guilty, to say that I appreciate the fact that I can order my beverages so close to work right before I go into work. I like this McDonald's and come here all the time. I just wish someone can help them fix the bugs on the app so you can choose pick up as an option so I don't always have to explain why I'm inside the store even though I choose curbside pickup (which is the only option other than drive through)

A good of a McDonald's as a local neighborhood McDonald's could be. I appreciate this location because they always have some sort of promo. Some other locations around the area don't have some of the major national marketing campaigns which is frustrating. This location always seems to have them. Premises is clean. McDonald's is not my regular choice, but sometimes I go for a snack. This time the food was a pleasant surprise: everything was hot, tasty and served quickly. I especially liked the French fries, crispy and moderately salty. The burger was also fresh and filling. The service is fast, clean and cozy inside. Not 5 stars, because it is still fast food, and I would like a little more naturalness, but it definitely pulls 4.5. A great option when you need to eat quickly and tasty.

Before the covid, their dine-ins where okish. Nice play place for kids and the air conditioning was alright. Bathrooms are semi clean. They had a restuarant serving system going on with the use of finding numbers so the staff can serve you food. Most of the staff are young adults as far as whenever I come over. Service is slow and sometimes their order isn't fully accurate especially in their drive thrus so expect to have at least one or two orders missing when going to their drive thrus around 6pm and over. Staff is nice and carefull (covid wise).

Usually, this place is ok. Unfortunately they don't do the all day breakfast and I missed their deadline of breakfast till 10:30am by 2 mins. Not happy about it but understand they need to switch to lunch...just saying come on 2 mins!!!! Atlest have extra.

This McDonald's is hit and miss... some days they can get the order right, other times they are so far off I don't know if they gave me the wrong food... Staff in this Mcdonald does not fail. Fail to disappoint you. Its raining and traffic, yet they continue to forget your condiments. I come every other day and the ratio that your co-worker forget something in my order is extremely high. I guess Im using Wendys Ranch!

I stopped by this McDonald's on my way home to take advantage of the free medium French fries through their mobile code. This mcdonald is not in the greatest area and you'll likely encounter some homeless people here. There was a guy setup next to the entrance and another lady set up where you exit. I used the drive thru option here, they have 2 lanes so hopefully that helps during the busy time. I got a large sprite with light ice and used my mobile code for a free medium fries. They don't show your order on the screen here so just a FYI. My Sprite was delicious like always but the fries had no flavor here and tasted cold. They also didn't fill up the fries all the way but it's usually the case at McDonald's.

Had coupons for buy one and get a coffee free. The manager came from the back and told the girl to charge us separately on different receipts;I had 4 different transactions. I'm okay with that,but the way you say things makes a difference on how the other person perceives it. The look on his face and body language was awful. And not sure if he had vaseline on his nose or if he had boogers. It was ugly to look at.

Staff, including Manager, needs to provide better service and watch for customers' needs. They're inattentive, don't do eye contact amd don't show a sense of urgency that is normally seen in MCD's "DNA". A simple order shouldn't take 15+ minutes

The size of this restaurant is nice although the staff can be childish. I recently visited and purchased the new signature chicken sandwich which not only was underwhelming but had a slightly burned bun so I took it back to just get a classic. I waited nearly 5 min and while waiting the staff was going so fast, they made 2 mistakes on customer drive through orders while I was standing there. Both had to get out of their cars and go into the restaurant to get their orders fixed. The managers apologized but the regular employee handed the customer their food hastily then pivoted and walked away visibly smirking as if the issues were funny or something. By the time I got my replacement sandwich, my fries were cold and after seeing the bad behaviors, I really wasnt hungry anymore. Needless to say, I wont be ordering the new stuff or likely going back to this Mcdonalds.

It seemed like the quality of the product was going down. Today's stop only confirmed that. The fries and chicken nuggets tasted the same. The fries were half full. I asked for medium and they have me large. I'm not a big eater so more than half of the meal went in the trash. Partly because it was too much food and partly because it tasted nasty. This is the second time in a row that ordering through the app and using curbside pickup took over 15 minutes to get the food. Again, I had to walk on and ask if the order was ready, of course it was not. There was NOBODY in the drive thru and it still took over 20 minutes to get our order. When you have three kids in the car, it is worse! The offer to give me sweets to make up for it, was not the appropriate offer. NEVER order curbside pickup from this spot.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I walked over there to get dinner after a long day of work. They were all completely rude. They did not say thank you once. They silently handed me my receipt and food. I come home my fries are half full, my burger I asked for easy sauce on is smothered, the bag had zero napkins. This place had great customer service before the remodel. Have gone since and they always get the order incorrect. Will ask for plain cheeseburgers, which never happens no matter how many times you remind them. Ask for sugar and creamer on the side of your coffee and they’ll put it in the coffee. They don’t give sauce with your nuggets. Will forget your fries with your meal. They’ll pretty much never get your order right.

Since the renovation, this location inside looks like the chow mess hall of a prison or juvenile hall ! It’s absolutely depressing to sit inside and eat. You’re surrounded by grey colored walls, tables and chairs only ! You can’t see into the kitchen where the food being made, you can’t get your own refills and determine how much ice or flavor soda you want. The play place is surrounded by tall windows with no tint and the play area is burning hot as the sun barrels down on the children playing. I swear, you feel like you’re on an episode of 60day lock up inside this modern McDonald location. Get your food to go

I recommend not to go to this location they over charge you when you ask for a combo and the charge you the drink regular price and it’s supposed to be only 40 cents because it’s with a combo, check your receipts and you’ll know and then I asked for my money back and the manager did not want to give me my money back he made me park to the side and wait but since the manager was taking so long I went inside and asked for my money cause he was still taking order they have horrible customer service too. If I can give them 0 stars I would and penalties I would.

The food was good employees are not great. Debbie was extremely condescending after I told her it’s not good to talk about the customers. She was even laughing in my face. I had ordered a large iced mocha and they gave me the small at the window. It’s not my fault they don’t pay attention, all gabbing in the back. I overheard Debbie or another crew member say “she didn’t! She ordered a small” I never order smalls because to me the price isn’t worth it. I even offered to pay the difference and they just parked me instead, continuing to talk s#it. If I offer to pay the difference why make a big deal? Back talking while the customers can hear you? And then smuggling me when I tell you I overheard you guys talking bad? Great customer service huh?

There goes another couple weeks where my money is going somewhere that doesn't nickel and dime their customers. Lol, they just lost an easy forty bucks a month for the sake of a ten cent bag fee. They make the burgers very well. However, there is much left to be desired regarding their management.

McDonald's has an asinine policy of refusing service to anyone who chooses public or human-powered transportation over a fossil fuel conveyance after 10pm. At a 24hr McDonald's, I could not order at the drive-through while on foot. Car was ok. Motorcycle with both of my feet on the ground was ok. However, no carbon polluting engine under my arse translated into no food service. This policy is reckless, environmentally unsound, and prejudicial against those of us who strive to hold ourselves accountable for our presence on this planet. Shame On McDonald's for creating and enforcing such a shortsighted and destructive policy! I will not support such a company with my hard earned $$ and hope that all of you will ban them too.

I ordered through DoorDash and all they sent me was a bag of bbq sauce. They literally threw a bunch of bbq sauce in a bag to fool the dasher into thinking there was food in there and sent it home to me. Clearly a funny joke to someone.

I just had my daughter pick up some food from Mc Donald’s in Sepulveda blvd. Mission Hills. Don’t know if they changed the way they do their fries. But my god they were so hard and stale. All our fries were disgusting for some reason. This particular location my food is either missing or the food taste like it’s old, crunchy or stale. If I pay for food I at least want to enjoy it not throw it away. Of course you can’t even call them. They never answer the phone. My tooth chipped from biting on s French fries. Don’t waste your time with this location.

Front counter service was very poor. I had to wait 5 minutes before I was able to order. It wasn't even busy. On top of that she was very rude. If you are not a morn8ng person or you are not happy do not displace it on to your customers.

They always take really long with simple orders. They always get my order wrong. I usually leave this location frustrated because of their slow pace and many times, wrong items.

The food is never fresh my quarter pounder was cold my fries where hard and the happy meals nuggets where cold the cheese burger was missing cheese all the happy meal fries where cold the big Mac was missing sauce not sure what's happening here we always choose McDonald's for the fries but it's not worth the money I be taking my business to buger king

I went in to grab a $5 breakfast deal McGriddle and L Ice Coffee, the kiosk scans my code, let's me select what I want, let's me view my order, but doesn’t display button to pay when I'm ready to insert my debit/credit card. The kiosks are unstrategically placed near the entrance which is far from the cashier instead of being conveniently close by the cash register so the cashier can quickly help teach the customer how to make the payment. I go to the cash register, the cashier enters my code and rings me up for something completely different and more expensive than what I originally tried to order on the kiosk. I ended up leaving frustrated and upset since I was rushing in and out, not here to play the waiting game. The architectural design of the kiosks are blatantly stupid, and an employee should be stationed by the kiosks further away from the cash register in order to help customers entering in a rush to order and pay quickly!
