McDonald's

I am not sure what happened in 2 weeks time. My previous visit to this location I got exactly what I ordered and it was quick, standard McDonald’s experience. Today, the guy taking my order in the drive through cut in and out of conversation, kept posting the wrong order, and kept adding additional sauces that I didn’t say. After finally getting through it (1 spicy deluxe meal, large, with a Dr. pepper) I pull up and get my food I discover no salt on my fries, a diet Dr. Pepper, and sauces I didn’t order. Again, I don’t know what has happened in just 2 weeks time. Luckily, with so many McDonald’s around I won’t ever need to come back to this location to find out. You don’t need to come here to find out you wish you had gone to a different one.

3 separate times in a row my order was wrong going through drive through. Also I don't appreciate the half a piece of bacon that I got on my sandwich

Couldn't tell you about the food as we waited at curbside for 20 minutes only to have them lock the doors. Didn't come out an say anything. Very unprofessional. I would give them a negative number if I could. They took my money and I haven't gotten my food. They all should be fired!!

The male working the first window in the drive thru yelled at me to be patient after I had been sitting for 2 minutes while him and the car in front of me carried on a personal conversation. I could hear most of the conversation and it wasn’t about food.

I live in Salina ,Kansas I had a dr appointment mission Kansas. As I was heading back home to salina I stopped at McDonald's. I ordered a fish sandwich light TARTAR SAUCE.it was fill of sauce this French fries were hard. And I order a sweet tea. They give me an unsweetened tea.... I left 2 or 3 phone calls. Nobody would call me back. Sent two emails no response. Corporate had to fix it for me .. That's the worst McDonald's. I've been at I did 2 feed back update and no one responds back This is 3 week old I have left 5 feedback and I still don't get a response. And I never did get my refund.

What’s the point of offering an iced latte if you’re just going to give me an iced coffee each time? I’ve ordered the latte several times and only once was it not the nasty iced coffee….just take it off the menu if you’re all too lazy to make it. That’s probably why you work at McDonalds, too lazy for a real job

A woman working the window today and is there right now wouldn't give me a sauce packet until I proved i had bought a happy meal even though they were the ones who forgot to put the sauce on my tray. She was rude and incredibly unprofessional for no reason. She has thin bangs, wore a bun, glasses, overweight abd was wearing a blue shirt. my sandwich was dry and overcooked and my fries were barely warm. Never coming to this location again.

It’s the second time a order at this restaurant and bouts has been a horrible experience with the rude staff. Today order in the app and at the time of pickup up my order the man at the window was extremely rude just because I didn’t provide the code at the order station so I have to park my card and pick up my order inside the restaurant. I ask for a manager and the lady at the cashier told me wasn’t a manager so she was on charge. I let her know about my experience and she told me was my fault. I never received at least an apology for the bad behavior of this guy. Extremely disappointed about the service of this place

It says on the sign on the door it opens at 5am. The doors were locked at 6am. So if that is not the correct business hours you guys need to take your signs down, that clearly state your dining room opens at 5am!!!

Whoever decided that the employees need to charge more for a large drink on the $5 meal should be fired. No other McDonald's in the area does that and you can even order on the mobile app and get a large drink for no charge, so the manager/owner is deliberately trying to screw over people that order from the store.

I have asked them multiple times to turn the music down or get there speakers replaced. The atmosphere is awful they blast music with broken speakers. It’s like when a microphone gets too close to a speaker. They won’t do anything about it! I use to go there 4 times a week now go down the street
