I ordered online and came maybe an hour late to pick up my food, and I believe someone might’ve either stolen or taken my order by mistake. The person at the cash register saw my time slot of when it was supposed to be finished being prepped and told me that they were going to give me my order right away. When i came back to my car, I noticed that they filled the box up to the brim and gave me extra chips on the side. I’m quite grateful for the service here as they were both time efficient & kind when addressing to me. 10/10 would definitely come again
The CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS HORRIBLE. It’s a lot of kids working. You never know who the manager is. NO ONE IS MAKING FOOD BUT THERE IS 4 people in the store …. Make it make sense. They keep walking back in fourth . One person is always cutting meat. The person who is ringing up orders is the person who is making food and the ONLY person making food. Everyone else in the back is lost in the sauce. The line is getting longer and longer and people are waiting. This is the slowest chipotle I ever been to .. I keep comming back cause it close to my house but I make sure I have nothing planned for the next hour because I WILL WAIT!!! And why do they have a now hiring sign up .. I see the same people in there every week.
Chipolte has really changed, and not for the better. I went on a Sunday before and the service was very slow and the lettuce was wilted. So, I intentionally went on a week day. Very disappointed. The food was very oily and they didn't have enough fajita vegetables. In the past, when they were low, they had some available to switch out, but not anymore, and this was at lunch time. Maybe it's just this location. Either way, I won't be eating there again.
Staff was rude and it showed that they didnt want to be there. Our server was upset with the girl at the register and the girl at the register didnt have a clue what was going on, the other girl was refusing to help her or even talk to her. It was very awkward. Then $70 for 3 bowls that hardly had anything in them. For the price & the experience, we will we taking our money elsewhere as this isn't the first time we've had issues with the staff here.
never met a group of people so annoyed to be at work. how do u have an attitude at a place u signed up to work???? the girl who started my bowl was sweet but the other 3 guys going down the line talk to u like your inconveniencing them by placing a order
Gave this Chipotle multiple chances!! Cannot wait for a Chipotle to open closer to Sienna and if they don’t then I don’t mind driving to the Sugar Land location but I will not be visiting this Missouri City location anymore!! The establishment is absolutely disgusting! Work station nasty!! Garbage can full!! NEVER have ice!!! The chips were literally crumbs!! Enough said.
This chipotle is the slowest!!. This is my second time coming and this time I literally had to walk out. It was horrible.. food was all over the counter(easily falling into fresh food), the food was old definitely looking like in the wrong temperature zone and the rice was undercooked. Everyone was just running back and forth and couldn’t tell who the manger was ( I was trying to help and leave a little a review). I was so excited to have chipotle near me but I’ll go little ways away to the other one.
I haven't been to this chipotle in awhile cause of the one that opened in manvel and cause freebirds has better flavor and spice. (Worse chicken, can't take that away from chipotle). I went here recently and it was awful, like worse than school lunch food. Where did the spice and flavor in the guac go? Wasted 3$ for plain avocado. I'm kinda surprised manvel has such lower scores, they taste so much better and fresher.
I’m a DoorDash driver and had a frustrating experience at this location on Monday around 7:00 PM. I understand restaurants get busy. I understand short staffing. I worked in restaurants for 12 years and served in the military, so I respect customer service environments. That’s not the issue here. When I arrived, I checked the self-service pickup shelf where customers are supposed to look for their names. My order was not there. I then approached the counter to let staff know I was there for a DoorDash order and waited. The order was eventually completed and placed behind the register, not on the self-service shelf. From where I was sitting, I had no visibility of it unless I repeatedly walked up to the counter and interrupted staff to ask if each bag was mine. No one said a word. I was clearly visible the entire time. Multiple employees saw me waiting. A simple “What name are you waiting on?” or “Your order is ready” would have solved the issue immediately. Instead, I had to keep watching every bag that moved and guess whether it was mine. When I followed up, I was told the order had “just arrived,” which was not accurate — I had already been there watching the process. For delivery drivers, time is income. Poor communication directly impacts our pay and delays your customers’ food. Consistency matters. If there is a self-service shelf, use it. If orders are placed behind the register, notify the driver. This is not about special treatment. It’s about basic communication and operational consistency. I hope management addresses this so it doesn’t continue affecting drivers and customers.
Haven't been here in over a year and wanted to see if there was any improvement. The answer is no. Your sofritas has meat in it. Tell your workers to be more gentle instead of aggressively banging the spoon, flinging meat in other bins. Your portions also suck. I should not be able to see the bottom of a fresh bowl. Rice is cheap, stop being stingy with it. Pro tip: more rice means full customer, happy customer, will return fat customer. Same goes for beans. Giving more of the cheap stuff will go a long way.
I simply wanted to use my reward points, and the young lady at the register was beyond disgusting. Her attitude was beyond nasty. I told her it scanned she said “it didn’t”. Ok I had more than enough to redeem close to 800 points worth. Needless to say after dealing with her, I have 37 points. She did not acknowledge her mistake. She did try to tell the manager what I was trying to do however, her attitude was so bad we were going back-and-forth because I was telling her before she did it that it had already taken it. There was continuous back-and-forth. The manager had no idea couldn’t understand, or comprehend what was going on, even though he was standing there the whole time and I explained to him. I asked him what was he going to do. You’re charging me, but yet you’re taking all my points what’s the point of the reward system. She was being immature and childish sitting there laughing in my face she went to the back to talk to her coworkers so they could giggle more. Most of them (the staff) shouldn’t be working with public. I asked her her name she refuse to answer and said “no” he gave me his name Louis. I asked him to give me her name. He refuse as well. The fact that I still see the young lady who served my food today and someone else wrote a review about her prior goes to show that Chipotle literally does not care. People have been telling me to stop supporting this chain and today is my last day. Their service sucks across the board. It’s not just this location. I truly wish that this company wasn’t around because they do not know what customer service is!!!
I'd give them less than 1 star if it was an option! This location will not offer a walk in customer a large chicken quesadilla unless it's ordered online. They would rather turn away business than give the customer what they want! The customer service was so bad that I would never go back! It was so empty and now I know why. Boo 👎 #nochipotleformeanymore Anyone else feel like they need to offer the same online menu as in store menu? Leave a bad review please.
Hi, I visited your restaurant last night around 7:30 PM and had a really disappointing experience at the cold toppings station. The employee helping me kept rushing me, repeatedly saying “what else, what else” after every ingredient I asked for. He also gave extremely small portions, and when I asked for more of a topping, he put it in a separate cup — something I’ve never seen Chipotle do before. I then asked for the new sauce, and he completely ignored me and moved on to the next customer, as if I was asking for too much. I should be able to get my bowl the way I want it without feeling rushed or dismissed. This experience was unprofessional and frustrating. I’m hoping this can be addressed so customers feel respected and heard. Thank you.
The absolute worst chipotle I’ve been to. The service was horrible, online order took 30 minutes. I was in line and said I had a mobile order in front of 10 people. Guy said it’s to the side and all the people after me went. Waited another 20 minutes. This place is a joke.
DIRTY, they don’t clean anything. EVERY single table had leftover food on them, trash on the floor, condiment section is sticky with soda spilled everywhere, our foil and plates had old rice and guacamole on them before they even took our order. None of them bother to clean any of it. Even the forks are sticky and spotted. They’re disgusting. Not to mention some of the employees don’t even acknowledge you or look at you when you speak to them. Worst location I’ve been to.
This is what it looked like at 10:38 p.m. They were looking at me like I was crazy when I walked in, as if they didn’t want to serve anyone else. They tried to give me the small amount of rice that was left in the container, and the girl went to the back to “get more rice” and took forever. I eventually walked out. This location is terrible, and somehow even with all the complaints, nothing has been done. I will be reaching out to corporate, as this is only one of many problems. I will drive to another city over for now on.
I ordered online, we pay $10-14 for these bowls and there never fresh! My meat was old and COLD! Full of fatty pieces they don’t give us enough protein after we pay these expensive prices. But after tonight I’m done with chipotle Cold old chicken of what little it was! WHERES THE PROTEIN
Ordered online at 12:55pm. App said it was ready on shelf, it was not. I asked this girl about it and she shrugs her shoulders. This girl purposely kept moving my food down the line to make me wait. I waited until 1:34pn. This girl doesn’t deserve a job. This girl is not a people person. This girl folds poorly under pressure. This girl did not prepare herself for the Chipotle rush hour. This girl needs to work on herself as a person. This girl needs to know you can do a lot of things but DO NOT PLAY WITH PEOPLE FOOD. This girl is angry. This girl shows what the manager of this location thinks is a good fit for the company. Hair in my food because NOT 1 of them have on hair nets. Health department needs to go here. Have you ever seen the trash can outside? Imagine inside. This location needs to do better.
Do NOT eat here! This location is disgusting. If I could give it NO stars I would. The customer service is terrible. The line is always long due to them doing online orders and having their in store customers wait. They eat in the back, throw food in your bowl, trash piled up everywhere, trash and food all on the countertops and tables, uncooked chicken sitting out for a period of time in a bag (as you can see in the photo), and the list goes on. I’ll let the pictures speak for itself.
We arrived at 9:20 PM. The restaurant doesn't close until 11 PM and they already had chairs on top of tables. The cleanliness of this restaurant was very very bad had full trash cans. The floor was extremely dirty with old food. Definitely needs to relook their management here and they're training for their employees. No one wants to come eat in a dirty restaurant. Employees were on phones chitchatting with friends and were not attentive at all.
