Had a pleasant meal here. The place was very clean and organized. The staff was very friendly, prompt and quick, I got my food out in a timely manner and they would come pick up the finished plates & also wrap up my food in a box to-go. The colorful dumpings were my favorite, very tender, juicy & flavorful.

Best dumplings I have had so far; they seem authentic, but then again, I'm no foodie to know for sure. What i do know for sure is that I absolutely love Dumpling World. The restaurant is small, so it's usually crowded, but it feels cozy, not cramped. Also, the restaurant is located in a convenient location with plenty of parking. Try it sooner than later.

After literally visiting every other spot on Sugarland and Missouri City, we have this one a shot. It's a hidden gym with amazing food and pre-COVID prices. The place was so packed that it's a hit or miss whether or not youll find seating!

Soft opening // food was delicious. We tried a little of everything and it was all fresh and well done. 4 mains and a starter and you’re spending about $70 which is a bit much. They kept it at 80 degrees so it’s warm in there. Their tables are pretty tight as well. Go for the food and temper your expectations on the atmosphere for now. Update: 08/06/25 It’s been a bit since we’ve been back but we’re pleasantly pleased with all the menu items. The beef noodle soup was fantastic with a bunch of braised beef.

Atmosphere was nice, staffs were friendly, the fried chicken was juicy and crispy. The new beef noodle dish was amazing, the meat was tender the dish was a perfect spice level for me I highly recommend coming here! Will come back soon!

I recently visited this dumpling spot and was genuinely impressed. The Pan Fried Bun was fresh, juicy, and perfectly cooked — you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The eggplant noodle and You Po Mian were both very delicious too. Their menu has a wide variety options of dumplings, noodles and stir fry dishes. The staff was friendly and attentive. Prices were very reasonable for the quality. If you’re craving authentic Chinese dumplings, this is definitely a place worth trying. I’ll be back soon to try more from the menu!

Excellent soup dumplings. Pork was the best, followed by the pork and shrimp, and then the mushroom and pork. The pork and chives pan fried thumb dumpling was also good. Garlic green beans were amazing too. Probably won't get the passion fruit cucumbers again though lol

Everything was so tasty! All of it came out steaming hot. Service was quick but not rushed. Definitely recommend the crispy pork and scallion thumb bum (only available for dine in). Will definitely come back!

Dumpling World is truly a gem in Sugar Land, TX. Came here go try their soup dumplings and they definitely did not disappoint. We had to come here twice in a row because I could not stop thinking about them. We tried their soup dumplings, steamed dumplings, pan fried dumplings, and spicy and sour dumplings. The dumplings were all cooked to perfection and well seasoned. I would recommend the pork soup dumplings, the red bean sesame balls, and the sautéed shredded pork in sweet bean sauce. All employees were friendly and attentive to their guests. We went here on a weekend and all their tables were usually filled in the restaurant during lunch and dinner so I would head here early. The employees try to seat you as fast as possible, however. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re in the Sugar Land area.

Nice little dumpling shop in Sugar Land! The soup dumplings had a good amount of soup and didn't tear like some restaurants. The pan fried dumplings had a nice crisp and chewy texture. The hot and sour dumplings could have been a little more sour for me and my wife, but adding some vinegar was enough for us!

My favorite Chinese restaurant to satisfy my cravings for Peking noodles and chives dumplings. Authentic speaks volumes here. String beans were also delicious. Parking is easy but there might be a bit wait as this place fills up quickly; and thus the service might also leave something to be desired too.

A group of us went here for lunch. We ordered dishes to share: dumplings, green beans, chicken chow mein, and eggplant with minced pork and dry noodles. The eggplant dish was surprisingly good since a few of us don’t like eggplant. The chow mein and green beans were good too. The dumplings were okay, nothing spectacular. We’ll come back to try their other dishes.

Go when they open because they fill up fast during lunch rush. Food: Wood ear mushroom appetizer- this was good! Beef and onion spicy sour dumplings- my favorite and I would get these again. Spicy tofu pan fried pot stickers- these are not spicy and need more work for sure. Not much flavor here Green beans- very good
