Marco's Pizza

I placed an order through the app and I think I made a mistake on the order. But it didn’t matter. The guys working there fixed my order for me even though I think it was my fault and they were all pretty cool about it. Will eat there again for sure.

Best pizza I can remember having. They were generous with the toppings. It was my first time having their pizza, it won't be the last. I hope the next time is as good.

The pizza is thick, savory and hunger satisfying. The breadstick aroma reminded me of my parents cooking fresh yeast bread in the oven. I ended up breaking into the breadsticks on drive back to room. I will stop by again.

I highly recommend getting extra ingredients added to the top of the pizza. If you love and exceedingly stacked pizza like I do. I was able to add extra mushrooms, extra sausage and extra sauce and the pizza was so good

Always comes hot and fresh. Prices are comparable to other major pizza brands however the freshness of ingredients is higher here. My deliver driver Collier was very polite and well mannered. My delivery time was under 30 minutes. No complaints.

The team at Marcos went over and beyond for their pizza box fundraiser. It was hard for them to find my kid’s box and they wouldn’t stop until they found the right one. Pizza is delicious too!!

This location is top notch, way better than the Hwy 90 store in Stafford. Orders are always perfect, food is always exactly how I order it and the staff is very friendly! Definitely an A+ in my book. They don't cover my delivery area, but it's absolutely worth the drive.

Great pizza's.. Must try the Original Pepperoni

Stopped by Marco's and grabbed a couple pizzas to go: Meat Supremo and White Cheezy on classic crust. They had us at first slice. The extra cheese on the Supremo makes it a great choice for a pizza-pizza and the mix of toppings on the Cheezy made for a good "gourmet" option. Service was fast enough and prices are competitive considering it is non-stock pizza at stock-pizza quickness. Hope this place sticks around.

First off, my family has ordered Marco's a lot. We often have parties, or just don't want to cook, and Marco's is always there. The recipe has changed from when they first opened, so no more everything falling off before you bite it. We usually get it delivered, and they make our pizza fast and fresh, so props to them! With most pizza delivery people, the slices may not always be cut all the way, but with Marco's? Its ALWAYS cut perfectly. I dont know if some of the triangles aren't fully cut, but the squares sure are! [It's okay, wouldn't recommend it to people if you want a pizza that wouldn't fall apart before you even take a bite out of it. We ordered online and when we went to go pick it up the guy who was giving us our pizza tripped and almost dropped the pizza, then when we finally got it, the pizza wasn't even cut all the way so we had to rip it apart which messed up a lot of pieces which was irritating. Pizza tasted weird. If you ever get coupons in the mail for Marcos Pizza, don't use them and throw them in the trash.]

The pizza was ok. I appreciate the fact that they put a good helping of toppings however the crust is super bland on its own. Was also disappointed with our first visit as the pizza had obviously been turned on its side and one of the pizzas was practically folded over in half. We were able to salvage but hoping for a better experience next time.

It is kids pizza. Bought it for grandson's birthday party. Kids 11-13 yrs old seem to like it. Edible, but very bland

Tastes like domino's in a Marco's pizza box. They messed up my order too.

Tried Marco's for the first time and it didn't have any flavor, it was bland. I had to doctor the pizza with garlic, salt, oregano, basil and crushed red pepper. I ordered the extra pepperoni extra cheese specialty pizza. It's not the stretchy gooey cheesiness I'm used to eating when I order from Pepperoni's which has flavorful sauce and toppings. I'm not a huge pizza Hut fan but even their pepperoni lovers has better flavor and cheese.

Food was terrible, had hair in it. The service was terrible as well, the owner had an attitude. Atmosphere wasn’t great either. Would suggest eating else where. employees touch there phone then make food, without washing hands, stay long enough and you’ll see it. If you want privacy don’t come here either. Definitely needs new management….. and they charge you more on purpose.

We had been regular customers @ the Hwy. 6 location for several months until recently when we had the most unpleasant experience w/ a young woman named Ashley who is unfortunately employed there. This young woman obviously has no customer skills what so ever and had the nerve to tell me the paying customer that I was the one who had miscommunicated my order. I went back the very next morning and spoke w/ the manager Hillary who @ the time seemed to be very understanding. I had dealt w/ Hillary many times when ordering our food and never had any problems. She had informed me that she had indeed had problems w/ this young woman before herself when trying to correct her, but yet, she she still remained employed in their establishment. I had even met the owner of Marco's @ one time and he had informed me that if I ever had any problems w/ his employees to please let him know of this. Yet, this evening when I called to make an order for take out, I asked if Hillary was working, and was informed by the young man who answered the phone, that she had just left for the day, but the owner, or Ashley was there. I asked to speak w/ the owner because I was going to place our order w/ him instead. The young man asked for my name, and I told him that I was a customer, he placed me on hold for a moment, and when someone returned to the line, it was no other than Ashley, who asked if I was the lady she had problems w/ the other day. I simply took this as retaliation for me complaining on her the other day so I simply hung up and sent Hillary a text message. She told me that she couldn't just fire someone, it was up to the owner. I didn't ask her to fire the woman, I asked to speak w/ the owner instead of her to place my order. I can honestly say this is very poor customer service and when they allow an employee to retaliate against a customer for complaining, it's appalling to say the least! We won't ever go back there and I certainly won't ever be tipping anyone out of the goodness of my heart ever again, especially when I drive to the store and walk in and place my order there and pick it up myself. I feel sorry for this business owner, I hope that he will have a business left hiring people like Ashley and keeping her as an employee. I was in the restaurant business for years and my family even owned a restaurant back home and I guarantee, this kind of behavior was not tolerated. Very sad to see how customer service has gone down.

Do not order on line if you are having lunch and only have 30 mins I ordered 1 hrs ahead of time for this reason. And my wings where not ready. Management didn't do anything never again will I come here.

I live 3.7 Miles from the store, near first colony mall. They have a corporate policy of 5 Mile radius. Refused to take my order and the manager refused to come to the phone and explain why they won't deliver. .

Ordered the new Pizzoli sandwich. Part of the dough was not cooked all the way and part of it was not cooked at all and this was was them making it fresh. Sorry I did not post the picture of the food for proof as I did not find out until after I had put it in my mouth and I don’t think anyone wants to see that anymore than I had to taste it and almost throw up. Do not eat here. You WILL get sick.

Awful customer service. Marcos used to make fresh, tasty pizzas. Lately, our pizzas have been over-baked, dry and tough to chew. Management is not professional and not willing to rectify the issue. Their oven needs to be thoroughly cleaned so as not to continue over-baking pizzas and cheesy bread.
