The Best Domino's Pizza in Modesto / Ceres. And I say this because I've been to each and everyone, and they're the best by far so if you want really good pizza that's made by Domino's know that this one is the best one.

The staff know us when we walk in at this point from how often we order the same pizza 😂 It's our go to "I don't want to cook today" food.

I have been waiting an hour and 15 minutes for my pizza. I'm not here to complain however. As a customer I understand that businesses get busy it happens. I'm here to commend the employees at this establishment for handling customer complaints in a positive manner. They were empathetic even when customers were downright rude. They were dealing with a ton of orders at once, the phone ringing off the hook and every customer was demanding answers as to why the "tracker" was way off. Even after hearing the same question from the customer before, they for some reason felt that they would get a different answer? Come on guys. Get a grip. Only 4 stars because that tracker is awful. Alma, the manager was doing the best she could.

Their app helps ordering pizza quick and easy. You choose your crust, toppings, and can schedule a convenient pick up or delivery time. You even have the option to set a favorite order and text a pizza emoji to their number for quick re-ordering! I ordered two of their two-topping pizzas for pick up. We were greeted, tended-to quickly, pizzas were out of the oven on time, and tasted great. As Domino's says, EZPZ.

UPDATE I just talked to Alma the General Manager and she heard my complaint and was understanding of the situation and understood my disappointment. She did take care of me as a customer and was very pleased. I will give them 3 stars based on her taking care of the issue. I will state why my rating. I ordered my pizza using the online way, it went smooth even saying that it would text me that the driver is on his way which I got at 1:53 PM. I then called after 35 min of waiting and I presume he was the manager Steven. He said my pizza would be there in 7 to 8 min. We waited 15 before calling again and then at this time Steven stated the driver just left which was confusing after that same person said he was going to be there in 7 to 8 min. Awhile ago. It took over an hour to get a pizza in which was supposed to be delivered in 35 min. And the manager Steven was nine chalant about the whole situation as if it was no big deal. I have been a manager for a long time and for customer service he rates what I believe is a low standard for a manager in his position

Pizza is very oily but good. Ranch is always extra which is fine but is always hot ( I don't think they refrigerate it which is disgusting). Staff was unfriendly and took forever to give change. Disappointed.

I went to purchase some pizza, and I asked the guy that worked there.Will they be using gloves?the worker said no. We do not use gloves, and I was shocked. I hold a food handling certificate. I also visit company's restaurants that are adhering to the food handling rules. The guy did not use gloves.And I would never have purchased any food from this establishment anymore.No hair net, no gloves or beard mask for his beard.

$80+ for 2 medium pizza and 12 boneless wings from dominoes??? Get real. This is cheap, fast food quality. Why would anyone pay that much for less than average quality pizza ingredients? I'm good. I would pay for their deal prices, but when I called in, they didn't even offer that deal unless you go online. No thank you. I'll go somewhere else.

Frankly the pizza sucked. Delivery was good, using the app easy. But paying for extra toppings just to barely have any on there is criminal. Get rid of your quality check person cause they don't care. Probably won't order from here for awhile again.

Like I was lying to my just try to get free pizza or extra pizza. Any other company just says sorry. It's not like they are giving the pizza to homeless or hungry people. Chances are, it's going straight into the trash can. But that doesn't really matter. Just tried to make me feel like a scam artist or something. Just take a moment and make things correctly the first time and no one would have to call you and drive down there for the correct pizza. Maybe next time I'll just get delivery. That way they have to make 2 trips because it's not properly made.

This place has gone downhill. Placed an order online at 11:30pm like ive done in the past. The store called and said they were cancelling my order because their new policy was to not make anything after 11:30pm. Website says theyre open. I suspect Lazy fricken employees. Never going here again and if i can reach the franchisee or corporate i will let them know that not only did they lose my business but also i will tell my family and friends to never eat here. I hope they go out of business and employees can go look for another job. So much for that $20/hr pay

Although I like your pizza I give one star because every time I come in your bathroom is always out of order. Basically you don't want to allow customers to use it and this causes a disservice especially when we're paying customers and that's a customary service that should be provided. Just basically shows that whoever runs this place is very inhumane. Why put a public bathroom on the outside if you're just always going to close it down. Bad business practices.

I placed an order for my pizza. They called me to inform me that it would take a while, which I didn't mind. After about an hour, I received another call saying they couldn't deliver my pizza because it was past 10, and they don't do cash delivery past that time. why they even bothered to answer the phone. I'm extremely upset and disappointed after waiting for an hour and a half only to be told it's too late to receive my order don’t even offer delivery past a certain time if you’re just going to cancel peoples orders.

Worst place to ever go I'll never come back to this location and almost makes me want to never go to another Domino's Organization ever again the manger with the green hair at this location was rude didn't want to give me her name and I waited over 2 hrs at this location for my food. As I watched people walk in and out with there orders. Told me take it up with corporate and hung up in my face. I recommend Not even my worst enemy to go to this Location.

I ordered delivery from this place. They made the one pizza that was to be hand tossed a thin crust. The small was to be thin crust and gave me hand tossed. Both were cold when they finally arrivef. The bread sticks were warm. This is the second time I ordered in a week. First was cold and late but tried again and sorry I did. Very bad operation.

So what happened was I was going to get some pizza and they told me a two hour wait and I was like I was going to order online but she said the card wasn’t working but it was and she told it going to be only 35 minutes wait so I was like I will just go in store and I wen’t they told me a two hours wait I even told that it said 45 minute online but she said we can’t do anything but I even drove 20 minutes for nothing I thing they should just close or hire more people that so dumb I can’t even believe this it is so stupid

10 out of 10 wouldn't recommend... you most likely will get talked down to when you call to inquire about an ETA on your pizza that you ordered after waiting almost 2 hours. I had to cancel my order because the girl didn't know when it would get delivered.

Called to ask what the largest denomination of bill they accepted in the store would be. Wouldn't give me a straight answer and said the manager “said it depends on the size of the order.” I politely said, “I know this, how much in dollars does the order have to be?” “Well it depends on the size of the order.” No answer given. Made the extreme mistake of ordering here anyway. Worst decision ever. Pizza was ordered at 8:16 PM and online confirmation email said 9-19 minutes. Arrived after 20 minutes and was assured pizza would be ready soon. Pizza wasn’t ready until 8:58 PM, 42 minutes later. Pizza was cold. Zero stars.

I put in an order at 4:50. App said it would be ready at 5:05. I showed up, order had not even started yet. My order was ready at 5:20. All they could say was the app was wrong but wouldn't take any responsibility for the order being late. Really rude and unaccountable. Now I know why they have two stars on Yelp.

Called at 11:15.... they close at midnight. The store is 3 miles away employee said they do not deliver across highway 99. Offered a 20$ tip to driver. Was told to ask manager, would have paid cost effective price and manager turned down any offer offhandedly. We order pizza at least once a week happened to be a little bit later this time because we work emergency service! I understand the “”“computer””” would not allow order to be processed but how can you turn down an open bill 3 miles out 45 minutes from closing That’s ok our $110 order from Buffalo Wild Wings and DoorDash was Great!! I'm giving them 1 star because I specifically requested NO bell peppers on the pizza. The order was taken correctly and it was stated on the box. Should have checked it before leaving the store because the person who made the pizza put bell peppers all over it, it almost seemed like extra bell peppers.

Blacklisted after forgetting tip. My 16 year old son forgot to hand the delivery driver a tip and the woman claimed we had cussed her out the previous time we ordered . I had called Dominoes and told them that the order was canceled for some reason and they said We were blacklisted for cussing the deliver driver out had ring footage of that never happening and the guy on the phone switched his story saying now that it was over the phone that I had cussed him out. What a complete joke

Damn, I should have read the reviews before even spending my hard earned money on this horrible customer service and even their product. How can you deliver a pizza that has not been sliced???!!! This is my first experience with Domino's and I can assure you that it is my last! I hope they take these reviews into consideration. Some improvements should be made.

Orders here are notoriously late. 1. In the same parking lot, delivery in over an hour. at about 45min the tracker said delivered. 2. Walk-in online order. Tracker said order done. 20 minutes later, I am still waiting for the pizza to be ready. If you want the pizza on time, go elsewhere.

Double charged my credit card. However my receipt only shows the 1 purchase. Went back in a few days later when i noticed it on my online banking. They took my info and said they would look into it. Called me the next day and asked for a pic of my bank statement which i text to the manager. A week later still no word back on how they are going to fix this. I even told them to give me store credit to make it easy but still no resolution. Take your business elsewhere because they obviously are untrustworthy.

Order wasn't correct. I ordered 3 pizzas online, they made 2. I had to wait an extra 10 minutes. Then after I waited they would not break my $100 bill so I had to go find change. When I came back tgey gace me no apology, no discount for my trouble, nothing. They were not friendly at all.

Service was horrible. No one greeted me when I came into the store. They didn't ask me my name and I was waiting around and my pizza and wings were sitting in the warmer so it wasnt fresh. I told the guy the tracker didnt work and he didnt say anyrhing like he couldnt care less. The pizza was horrible. 1 leaf of spinach on each slice and 1 or 2 pieces on each slice. Hardly any sauce or cheese. My experience was terrible and I wont return to Dominos. You dont deserve 1 star. I suggest you teach your employees customer service

If there was a zero star rating this would be it. We ordered pizzas last night and waited 45 minutes. They had not even started making them so we in person told the girl to cancel the order. We left and went somewhere else to eat and made it home. The they called asking if we were coming to get our pizzas. We explained that we had canceled order in person and then we were blocked from commenting on our experience.

WOSRSE CUSTMOR SERVICE Ever!!! She was so rude! She talked like ai. The pizza was cold when we got it. They forgot the toppings also. I also asked her nicely if I could pick it up at 7:10 and she demanded 7:30!!!! RUDE! NEVER AGAIN NOT HAPPY AND NEVER COMING BACK! She also forced me to buy things and kept asking, like reading the whole menu almost!! RUDE!!!

Twice toppings missing from online orders. Not ordering from them again, which sucks because they have been really good until now. Replacement pizzas won't be eaten as most of us knows what happens when you complain and food is replaced.
