My first visit and it became my favorite breakfast spot in Monclova, whose food options are generally very limited and poor (I'll be back later to try the food). The dining area is very clean, you can see a bit of the kitchen and it looks clean too, and the staff wear hairnets and masks. The dishes are well-prepared and well-presented, not greasy at all. One of the few places in the city that serves good coffee and not weak coffee (besides Starbucks and Kókoro). They have vegan and vegetarian options, as well as gluten-free bread. Affordable prices. Clean restrooms. Parking is limited, there are few spaces, however, it's easy to find a spot on the street. I will definitely return.

The food is a "healthy" fast-food place, not exactly fitness-oriented. The ingredients are decent, but some things just don't work. They have smoothies sweetened with stevia and monk fruit—two sweeteners, for what?! Oh, right, so they can charge a lot. The food is actually a bit bland. But the worst part is the staff—not all of them, but most of the preppy girls who work there as waitresses and cashiers, etc. They're unfriendly. They make faces if you ask to change an ingredient or if you ask them for something on the menu. If they could improve that, I'd honestly give them 3 stars. The other two stars are because their billing system is terrible; it crashes a lot, and we're back to the customer service issue: when you request an invoice, they DON'T ANSWER. 4/10

This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time, I thought it was just an accident that can happen with delivery orders. Once again, it took over an hour and a half to arrive. Once again, my drink arrived poorly sealed and half-full. I ordered chilaquiles, and the food was not only cold, but the tortilla chips were like they were old—you couldn't even chew them, they weren't crispy at all, completely inedible. I ordered them with chicken on the side, and the amount was so small it was like I hadn't even paid for it. I hope they take more care with the packaging of their deliveries and with the quality of their products.
