Ristorante Alpi

Chi avrebbe mai pensato di mangiare così bene in questo ristorante trovato per caso durante un giro in moto sperduto al confine con la Liguria. Strepitosi i pansotti e gli gnocchetti verdi con castelmagno e speck. Buonissimi e freschissimi i dolci fatti in casa. Cortesia e pulizia. Complimenti!

Che dire ... ogni volta che vengo a mangiare da Morando e' un TRIONFO... piatti fantastici e buonissimi.. prezzi nella media ..personale di sala molto professionale e gentile... Il ristorante MORANDO è diventato tappa fissa per me e la mia famiglia... NON DELUDE MAI !!!

Siamo stati a pranzo oggi con amici per noi la prima volta tutto ottimo dal servizio al cibo e location immerso nel verde ci ritorneremo sicuramente

The restaurant is a gem nestled in the greenery of Mongiardino Ligure... The staff, like the owner, are very helpful, friendly, and always available to satisfy any request. All the dishes were fantastic (ravioli del plin with roast beef sauce, caponmagro, cheesecake, etc.), so much so that a few weeks later (on Easter Monday) we returned. A place to spend a day with friends or family... Highly recommended!!!

Quiet location surrounded by greenery, no traffic or noise, lovely clean pool with plenty of loungers. Excellent food, and very friendly and helpful owner/staff. No air conditioning in the rooms.

I've been eating at the Morando restaurant in Mongiardino for years now, and I must say I've always had a wonderful meal. A beautiful location surrounded by nature, with ample parking, a well-kept garden, and a swimming pool. Suitable for families with children, weddings, disabled guests, and groups. A spacious, bright dining room, a relaxation area with a TV, and bathrooms with no steps. Excellent quality food, meticulously presented dishes, a wide selection of wines, and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Gu Ma

Dinner with friends on Saturday night. We had appetizers, first courses, second courses, dessert, three bottles of wine for eight people (including an exceptional Nizza Epico from Pico Maccario), and coffee. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented, all for €50 per person. The portions were generous, but despite the gluttony, we didn't feel weighed down! The only downside is that if you don't live nearby, it's a bit inconvenient; especially coming from Liguria, the road has seen better days.

I had lunch here on May 1st. The restaurant is very large, with rooms available. The location is beautiful, with a lovely garden and a pool. I really enjoyed it, the quality/price ratio is good, and I'd definitely recommend it for a few days in the summer.

We visited this restaurant a few weeks ago and still think about it! We had truly wonderful appetizers and first courses, full of flavor and carefully prepared. Every dish was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was friendly. We'll definitely be back!

We visited this restaurant in a very large group, but despite this, the service was quick, precise, and flawless, so I wanted to compliment the staff. The appetizers were varied and all delicious, especially the cheese puff pastry, which was a true triumph of flavors. Among the first courses, the pansotti with walnut sauce were simply perfect: soft, delicious, and served in generous portions. The dish that won me over the most, however, was the fried lamb, undoubtedly the best on the menu, cooked to perfection. The beautiful day certainly helped, as the view outside the restaurant was also very pleasant.

Beautiful place to stay in the mountains, close to Borbera Valley. Excellent service and excellent breakfast, everything perfect. On top of that a lovely outside pool, and price very reasonable.

Antipasti was unique and special. Delicious house made pastas. We enjoyed our dinner thoroughly and I’m dreaming about going back for their amazing ravioli and gnocchi. Tiramisu was delicious too. Wonderful, cozy meal and friendly service. ❤️

Ristorante ampio, ottimi la pulizia ed il servizio. Buona la tagliata di vitello coi funghi, non entusiasmanti i pansotti con il sugo di noci (troppo cotti e sugo praticamente di panna liquida) il fritto misto non si livelli di eccellenza dei fritti piemontesi. Gradevoli e curati gli antipasti. Si può migliorare. Mancano i prezzi sul menù e la carta dei vini, peccato perché il ristorante è dotato di ottime marche di vini.

A restaurant with a nice menu, polite staff, and a good wine selection (though they offered me a Prosecco at one price and then overcharged me for another). I was called an idiot in public, who knows! I wouldn't mistreat a customer who's traveled 100 km to eat at that restaurant for the third time. A gentleman in the restaurant, probably someone in charge, first insulted me, and then, after I explained the mix-up, invited me back with the promise of a free bottle of wine. Fair enough. See you next time.

Lunch consisting of an appetizer, two first courses, two desserts, a coffee, a half-liter of Dolcetto, and a mineral water: €58. Very attentive and friendly service. Good food. The menu doesn't list the cost of each course (about six choices for each), but we can only trust the restaurant owner's good faith. It's a good thing that you can skip some courses, whereas restaurants often have a fixed price that includes everything, which works out to be more than what we spent if we skipped the main courses. It was very crowded, with cars parked along the street as well as in the parking lot.

Good restaurant looking familiar but with an impressive menu of territorial and classic piedmont-liguria dishes. Good selection of primary brand quality wines. Missing a star because of noise (some sound-absorbing barriers hanging from the ceiling would help).

Cambiamento radicale. Da tantissimi anni conosco l' albergo ristorante Morando, qui abbiamo festeggiato matrimoni e comuninioni e ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo. Cucina ottima, e dal gusto delicato. Mi sono sempre alzata dal tavolo, super sazia. Ultimamente mi sono recata per il pranzo di Pasqua. Mi aspettavo il solito pranzo, invece ahimè sono rimasta delusa. Porzioni ridottissime, piatti gourmet, belli alla vista, ma insufficienti per il mio stomaco.... Mi sono " saziata" mangiando pane e bevendo acqua e vino. Ho pagato 45 euro. Troppo per non aver mangiato nulla. Mi
