Never been in a cleaner fast-food-restaurant. However, I‘m from Germany and we only have Burger King, McDonalds, KFC and Subway over there. Anyways the food was Great and the staff super kind. Thank you!

Second time here , all the way from SG. Clean and spacious. Food was excellent with succulent fried chicken. Would give a miss for the grilled chicken nugget though, the grilling doesnt do justice to the juicy meat, making it drier. Special shout out to Amanda for excellent service, great smile and checked on us if we need refill for drinks and even offered to clear our tray.

Drive thru was quick for a Chick-Fil-A. Servers were friendly and the food was hot and made correctly. Not much to complain about.

The Chick-fil-A near the Arcadia Pasadena area is exactly what you expect from a well run Chick fil A. Service is consistently fast, friendly, and organized, even during busy meal times. Orders are accurate, food is hot and fresh, and the staff does a great job keeping things moving without feeling rushed or chaotic. The dining area is clean and well maintained, and the drive thru operation is efficient compared to most fast food locations in the area. This location clearly has strong management and training in place. Whether you are grabbing a quick bite while traveling or stopping in locally, this Chick fil A is dependable and delivers a consistently good experience. Would absolutely stop here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Absolutely love this place, the food is delicious, but most importantly the staff is amazing kind and warm welcoming. Some places fake it but everyone here is passionate and wants to be here and it starts with having great leadership. I've had the privilege to meet Lamar and he is the owner, love how involved he is with staff, procedures, and guests, then you have Beatrice being one of the friendliest people you will ever meet, and cashiers Rebekah, and David always kind and detailed oriented making sure the order is always right. Welcome to Arcadia, CA. I ordered sandwiches, a wrap, and fries. All was great but fries.... my favorite item at Chick-fil-A is definitely the fries, so when I got crumbled bottom of the pile pieces of fries, it was very disappointing. I hope this is just a rookie mistake as you just opened. Some small pieces of fries wasted inside your kitchen isn't worth losing customers. The wrap was the best out of all my Chick-fil-A wrap experiences for sure thou. Keep it up!

Because I wanted to eat more vegetables, I ordered two orders of lettuces, but when I got the sandwich, I was surprised to find that there was less lettuce in them than in a normal chicken sandwich. Additionally, the chicken patty in the sandwich was very thin and dry. I've eaten a lot of Chick-fil-A sandwiches, and this was my most disappointing experience.

I didn’t bother looking at the salad and hopped on the freeway, which was a huge mistake because when I got to my destination I found the salad was covered in chicken and bacon bits. Upon checking my receipt I noticed that the drive-through did not take my order correctly. Therefore, the kitchen did not prepare my order correctly. I would have easily blamed the kitchen staff for not following my request of no bacon and no chicken, but that request was not translated to them by the boy who took my order at the drive-through. I’m so disappointed to have wasted my money. Some of my family members eat chicken but NONE eat pork so the salad unfortunately had to be thrown away as the bacon bits are too tiny to remove.

Worst experience ever at a Chick Fil A. This is at 8 PM on August 6, 2025 Awful service. They got more than half our order wrong. We had to park the car and go inside to get it fixed. They were rude and acted like we were trying to run a scam on them. They couldn’t bring back up my order from two minutes before and insisted I go back out to the car and get the receipt they stuck on the side of the bag. It was impossible for them to look it up in their system. It then took them 10 minutes to correct the order. (That’s after we waited in a very short line in the drive-through that took an excessive amount of time) The only thing worse than the service were the people who caused the bad service. Worst experience I’ve ever had a Chick-fil-A.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this Chick-fil-A was truly awful — especially the bathroom situation. First off, the paper towel dispenser barely worked. It would only let out a tiny bit of paper at a time, making it impossible to properly dry my hands after washing. When I went into a stall, there was pee all over the floor and absolutely no toilet paper. I had to go into the next stall just to grab some but since my hands were still wet (thanks to the useless paper towels), the toilet paper kept ripping and I could barely get any. As if that wasn’t bad enough, when I finally finished and stepped out of the stall, I almost slipped because the floor was soaked. It was seriously dangerous and completely unsanitary. This was one of the worst restroom experiences I’ve ever had. Really disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and basic maintenance. Chick-fil-A usually has higher standards, but this location completely missed the mark.
