This Popeyes never misses. The chicken is always good and hot and actually seasoned (unlike some places). NOW THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS great even tho I went in a busy day they were patient, efficient, and made sure my order was correct. They kept things moving without being rude or rushed, which honestly made the experience b3tter. Definitely going back.

Best quick fried chicken you'll ever find. Cannot be beat! Good prices and we prefer the spicy chicken. Has a nice little kick, but it isn't hot. Drive thru is super convenient!

Today I feel so uncomfortable because I went in Popeyes chicken and order just beans and rice and it’s still tucked in 25 minutes to get me a cup of beans and rice and I’ll never come to this one, but it was just so happen. I’m in this area And I was too tired to drive to PASADENA I will never stop there again

The service was awesome. The young ladies were very kind and friendly. The chicken sandwich however was awful! It is not worth all the hype. It looks nothing like the picture. Like at all!! The chicken taste was ok... not sure if it had spread... but for all the commotion about it, nope. It is Not all that!

Today My Mom Ordered A 3 Piece BIC Dinner, 3 Pieces Spicy, A Biscuit, Beans And Rice, 2 Pieces BIC Dinner, 2 Pieces Classic, A Biscuit, Mashed Potatoes, And A Side Of Gravy, And Regular Sized Cajun Fries. The Cashier Named Amanda Had A Whole Attitude When My Mom Asked Her If She Could Get Any Ranch Dressing Sauces. She Was Giving My Mom Attitude About What She Asked About The Ranch Dressing Sauces For No Exact Reason. Just Because She’s Having A Bad Day Or Doesn’t Want To Deal With People/Customers Doesn’t Give Amanda The Right To Have A Terrible Attitude Towards A Customer. It Truly Shows How Unprofessional Amanda Is Towards Another Customer Or Several Other Customers.

Ordered on app for later pick up. But the app sent me a message that it was ready for pick up minutes after I ordered. When I picked up 10 min earlier I asked if it was just made and they said yes. It was stapled shut so no way to check but the order was frozen cold. After your review it was more discouraging than I thought. The manager on duty said there was nothing to do and now it smacked different story. I am discussed in the overall issue here. I was told by the manager that I cannot choose a time to make my food. However the food I ordered was made 2 hours a head of time and the manager said that is how it’s done here. 0 out of 1000000000. I didn’t want ice cold food but that is what that gave me and said it’s what is the process. Worst food ever and a manager can’t even fix the issues in the app. 10000000000—————- worst place ever.
