I love Pollo Loco but this place blew my mind in it's delicious food with the flavor we expect when eating . Amazing taste and prep, Congrats to that crew.!
This Pollo loco on Central Ave. Is tricky, they usually will try and slip you chicken that is smaller then the dine in pieces, because they figure you won't take the time to return and complain, I always ask for take out on my order every time in, this way they don't scrimp on the sides and I can check my order because they are mistake prone, and they try to slip the smaller pieces of chicken.
You can't beat their combo specials with come with chips or tortillas And a drink starting at $5! Even their full price entrees are reasonable considering the amount of flame grilled chicken, and beat their competitor Chipolte, hands down in value.
Great place to get good grilled chicken. I like the fact that there is a drive thru, and if you want to purchase chicken only, you can.

The restaurant was short one cashier. So the small But Mighty manager ran around and was trying to do several jobs at once. The restaurant was really busy, and she was under a lot of stress, but she did everything professionally and had service with a smile. Plus I had a special order, and she got it perfect. My family and I usually enjoy el Pollo Loco, this time and this location was the worst after all times. Food, service, atmosphere was terrible. I will try another location at a later time, if my experience is the same I'll be done with el Pollo Loco for good.

All the dishes I have tried have been tasty and fresh, and have always left me satisfied. Also, I like that Pollo Loco prides itself on using fresh and healthy ingredients in its dishes, and that they offer vegetarian options for those who prefer to avoid meat. The customer service at Pollo Loco has also been excellent on all of my visits. The employees have always been friendly and helpful and have gone out of their way to make sure my food is prepared according to my preferences. Overall, I would recommend Pollo Loco to anyone looking for a tasty and healthy fast food option. His dishes are fresh and delicious, and his customer service is exceptional. Ordered 3 chicken tinga tacos and they were amazing. Flavor was on point and mixed well with the lettuce and cheese. The manager who I think is new helped me figure out the kiosk and was extremely patient as I tried to figure it out. I recieved my food fast and accurate. Great place to stop on a long drive home after work and begin to feel peckish and don't get me started on there chips and gauc so very good !
Last night I was craving something hot and healthy, so I decided to go eat at El boy local. Does El pollo local always has perfection? Thank you. The chicken was delicious.Can't wait to eat again tomorrow
My husband and I have been frequenting this particular El pollo loco restaurant over others in the area for years now because of their great food and great service. I have seen the staff come and go but the people that work there have always remained friendly and with customer service at the for front of your experience. Today I was very much reassured of the reason I choose this restaurant over the others in which I have had bad experiences. I have been made aware of the difference between corporate owned and franchisee 🙄 and corporate seems to be managed a lot better. Well yesterday I had purchased a fiesta family meal online and went to pick up from the store. When I got home the gravy had spilled over everything. Melissa the store manager was very sympathetic, compassionate and understanding about me having to return to store for an unfortunate situation which could have damaged my opinion of this restaurant and ruined my experiences now and going forward. Thank you Melissa for maintaining your brand and I hope that you, ur crew, and the rest of the employees at that restaurant have a very merry Christmas.
Drive thru, ordered Chicken only 2 chicken breast, 1 wing if I knew the chicken was going to taste that good I would have brought more. It was not dry it was moist. This location chicken taste great. Other locations are not the same.
Place is so good, been in multiple times on my way home from work and the customers are very rude to the employees. Never understood why there just trying there best with what they can do in there control.
We used the catering service for our Halloween party. This is the second time we have use this location for our catering. Everything was perfect and on time. I was late and Norma was waiting for me. Everything was packed in seal containers and labeled. The food containers fit perfectly on our metal serving racks. Thank you for the excellent service. We will be back again. I had ordered on-line 2 days before our party. The last time we had called 12 hours before hand and they said no problem we can make it happen.

Possibly the best el pollo loco ive been to, everything was fresh. I didnt like the mashed potatoes so thats why i removed a star but other than that everything was good. This location servers horchata! Bathrooms are clean but one bathroom was out of toilet paper so i feel like they need to be more on top of restocking the bathrooms but other than that i rate this place a 9.5/10

It's chicken! Of course it is going to be good!! Their guacamole green salsa is exceptional. This location is quite busy since it is by the mall and that might be the reason as to why the tables can be a bit dirty at times when you sit down to eat your meal. If you don't mind sitting at a dirty table for a bit while an employee comes and wipes it down for you then your dining experience will be a good one.
I have fond memories of El Pollo Loco from when I was younger and the food was grilled right in front of you and was fresh and delicious. I don't know what has happened but I've been to 2 L polos in the last few months in different parts of my city this being one of them, I ordered the three piece chicken dinner and paid a lot for it and what I got was 3 pieces of over cook dried out chicken salsa that had that little bit of Tang you get when it's been sitting in the fridge a little too long, and iced tea that was clearly a little on the older side. I wouldn't even comment except this is the second time that I've been to this particular restaurant and both times the food has been questionable at best sorry I'll call you You've Lost Your Shine I dream of the days of fresh grilled chicken and amazing coleslaw and fresh made salsa go back to what you're good at instead of trying to do 5,000 other things and ignoring what got you to the size you are as an overall Corporation

Had Issues with the App to place my curb side order , so I ended up walking in and ordering and Mgr. Helped with a discount that was on the app but not coming up . Thanks. Great service and great Food. Live the Pollo Fit Bowl , among other Chicken favs.
Dyana was friendly and helpful while taking my order. Priscilla was rude when I had to return to the counter and ask for napkins (as we weren't given any, nor were there any in the dispenser). Received (maybe) a nickel size amount of Pico de Gallo on my chicken tostada. When I commented on this, Priscilla informed me, "It's on there." Tables were not cleared/cleaned off after guests had left. I always make it a point to visit El Pollo Loco when I visit CA. Definitely will not go back to this location. So disappointing 😞
The food was good. The experience was sub par. The drive-thru was very long, so I went inside. I waited a long time to order and a long time to get my food. This location seems overwhelmed with the business (congrats) and could use more staff or another location. Online ordering and the drive-thru seemed to take precedence over customers in-store. There were lots of frustrated seeming customers inside. Save yourself the time and just drive thru.
Quality and taste of food was good. Employees were very busy. Trash receptacles overflowing. Eating area needed attention, floor and available tables had clearly not been swept or wiped for a several minutes. Makes a horrible impression. (Definitely under-staff restaurant). Visited on 06-05-21
The cashier was very rude. Throw the sauce and said look in the bag. Was more concerned with speaking with the drive thru woman and finishing his story.
The lady that was working the drive thru today was very rude, she aggressively handed me my change and most of it fell on the floor, she handed me my food but it was the wrong order so of course i kindly let her know and she gave me the nastiest face…aggressively snatching the order back from my hand!! She was the bigger lady with black hair. I can’t believe how rude people can be.
Disappointed, food was small portions and chicken had no flavor. No ice for the soft drink and the soda was flat. The meal and drink was about $13. Will not return to this location.
They normally have pretty good chicken maybe it was the time of day that I went which was around 5 ish because it was dry that's why I only gave them three stars for that day
It's been a month and they still haven't replaced 3 of their soda/ soft drinks in the lobby. And the other ones perform poorly. Only 2 of the sodas work properly.
Terrible customer service. I went there for my lunch. Only three employees working on rush time. There were 3 elderly customers that couldn’t figure out how to order their food at the self service kiosk … no one was able to help them order I had to ask 2 times if my order was ready. 20 mins to get my food
The dinning area was DIRTY, NO ICE, THE BATHROOMS DISGUSTING. MUSIC SO LAUD I CAN HARDLY HEAR . THEY DON'T CARE about the customers. Today 05/03/19 came again to this Pollo Loco location, worse ever, today they didn't have CILANTRO, THE HORCHATA DRINK wasn't working. I think this location is the worst.
El Pollo loco is the slowest out of all the fast foods that I've gone to there's always a line and it's not because of their food it's because how slow they are you get up to the speaker and they always ask you to wait. Let's get to the food my chicken was dry. So unhappy I was in line for 20 minutes. It's a shame El Pollo loco used to be the best now it's at the bottom of the list.
I ordered my meal, however it was incomplete. I ordered a family meal with 2 sides of Rice and Mash potatoes and gravy , but missing the gravy. In addition I would of like to order more but the lady dismissed me right away. Food was good, just not the service like listening to customer.
When I walked into the restaurant, my first impression of it was very dirty. I'm from out of state, and I was visiting my sister, who lives in Montclair. She chose to get takeout from Pollo Loco. As I entered the restaurant, the floors had a bunch of trashed it looked as if it hadn't been swept. The tables were dirty, too. The service guy was rude,he seemed bothered because my sister had a coupon, and we took the food home. Come to find out, they gave us nothing but bean juice, hardly no beans, no serving utensils, the chicken was dry, we were very disappointed.
10/1/22 Drive through. Ordered a chicken meal, and 2 avocado chicken tacos. They're my favorite. So I know what's in them. Unfortunately they were half full. Plus they were missing, Jack cheese, Pico, and cilantro dressing. Pretty dry. No salsa in the bag or napkins.
This El Pollo Loco is by my work, but one of my least favorite. It was remodeled within the last few years, but in general it always seems dirty (even pre Covid). But my last order there was the worst. I ordered online pickup at lunch time. I arrived to find no online pickup parking spots (like other locations) and the dining room locked. I get that Covid is constantly changing things, but tell me when I place my order. I then had to get in the ten car deep drive thru line, waiting 20 minutes to get my stone cold food. If that was the case I would have just ordered through the drive thru as I would have got fresh food.
Very disappointed with this particular location. Gave it another chance thinking the cleanliness would improve but no. Not only is the restaurant always dirty during dinner time, today, we were informed there was no corn, no mashed potatoes, and no flour tortillas. I understand if you’re short staffed but whoever is supposed to be managing the inventory and dining room, is not doing their job.
maybe i come on a bad day or time for this location but, i placed on a phone order my food was not ready by the time i got there despite it saying 5-10mins, someone else comes in just places their order and gets it almost immediately whereas im still waiting, when i finally get my good im still missing a soda, i just ate my food and it was pretty bland. Restraunt was also a bit dirty did not feel comfortable taking a seat. Maybe it was a bad day given recent positive reviews but for the most part probably won't come back to this location
Last time we came here we got watered down gravy, beans,mash potato, and watered down mac and cheese! If they wanna pay the employees $20 hr just don't skimp on the food just raise prices and keep it original! Asked the cashier why is everything watered down, she said there is nothing I can do!

Nice enough staff. But... When I I ordered a Pollo Bowl (which comes with a couple of slivers of avocado), I asked for avocado instead of chicken. I specifically asked that they give an equal amount of avocado in place of the chicken. They just omitted the chicken and didn't add the substitute avocado! This has been my experience with every El Pollo Loco that I've visited. One even wanted to charge me extra for the avocado! I'm getting much less and paying the same price! Also, I ordered a Root Beer soda. I don't know WHAT they gave me, but, it was not Root Beer! Either they'd given me a different flavor or there was something seriously wrong with their product or dispenser. I had to drive back to the restaurant and get a replacement. Very disappointing. El Pollo Loco... Please try to better accommodate your customers that don't eat meat.
Why is creamy cilantro sauce, a dollar and eight cents absolutely crazy i remember when they were 50 cents and even back then that was still to dam high the location im Chino Hills don't charge for it.

I am not sure who this manager is however customer service and kindness from your employees is not a priority. I had to ask 4 employees for my order and all 4 did not answer and only gave me a look. Finally one of them said my order was not ready. 10 min later I noticed they are all just talking and having a great time with their personal conversation. I then ask again “how long will my order take, it has been ten minutes”. He turns around and grabs a bag that had been sitting on the counter the entire time. He then hands me the bag and with a snarky tone says ”All I had to do was ask for it”. This place was lucky I was in a hurry or I would have just left the food and asked for a refund.
Unkept Lobby and Dining Room messy and dirty Kitchen looked unorganized and messy Ice Machine out of ice as well I could the employee working the front was doing his best But if they were mystery shopped they would receive a very bad review It could they maybe short staffed or location maybe mismanaged.
The only reason why I'm giving this a 2 star is because the guy running the drive thru had good customer service and was very nice. But other than that, look at the picture.... IS THIS WHAT NACHOS ARE SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE? I paid close to $10 for these. The nachos finally made a comeback so I decided to order the double chicken nachos. and what a disappointment..... Isn't there supposed to be the nacho cheese "sauce" they normally would put on there? And where is the double chicken? 🤔 Not going there again. Ended up throwing half away because they were so dry. To bad. Because these nachos used to be bomb.
I specifically said no pico de gallo on the chicken avocado tacos and the lady taking the order even asked if none on both tacos and I said none on both. My son bit into one and spit it out because it had pico de gallo. Also I ordered nachos, two chicken avocado tacos and a chicken avocado burrito and never got our burrito. The drive thru was not busy and there was only one car ahead of us. So why forget one item and forget to not put pico de gallo on the tacos?
Worst El pollo loco ever. I went here on my lunch for work I asked for a two piece combo and asked for breast and wing I was never given a breast or wing but I was given two wings instead I told her I wanted coke as well she kept telling me if I wanted sprite I said no around 3 times and repeat myself in a nice manner, I have worked fast food and retail and know customs are crazy at times so I make sure to never act like that towards a worker. I asked for chips with red salsa and she asked with I want gac I told her no then she said “so you want chips and gac” and I said “no I am sorry I can’t have gac I am allergic to avocado” she asked me again if I wanted gac and I told her again I didn’t want it because I am severely allergic to it and I will end up in the er and suffocate. I am highly disappointed and It would make it better if they could remake my order but I can’t go back as I have to clock in right now in 2 minutes. I opened my bag with chips and I only have the green avocado sauce , what was the point in saying I am severely allergic and wanted only red sauce to have this worker give me green avocado sauce. If I didn’t check and took it for granted that it had no avocado and ended up in the er that would have been a major lawsuit. I opened the container to smell if it had avocado and now my chest is very tight and I feel short of breath. I have allergies to many stuff even medicines allergies isn’t something to play with. I called the store manager to tell them and explain my frustration and I can’t get ahold of a manager only one of the workers.
Ordered 2 avocado chicken burritos and 3 nacho combos. Both burritos had practically no avocado in them and they tasted bad. The girl at register gave me my paper money change but didnt give me my coin change or receipt. I asked for receipt after i got all my food and it showed coin change due to me . I told the girl and she asked if i wanted the change? I said no keep it its fine. The burritos was the worse part. Manager should be replaced!
This place needs better customer service, I requested for a girl to clean our table and she didn't do it. The salsa bar was a total mess and the trash can was full with trash, as well as the rest of the place. It took so long to get our food and when we got it, it was cold. Wouldn't consider eating here.
Ordered curbside and had to go in to pick up my order because no one came out for 15 minutes. My chips were soggy in my nachos because they sat there so long. Kids meal is served in the same bag they use for chips. Chips were also forgotten on the kid's meal. Highly disappointed.
SICK AND TIRED of them constantly screwing up orders. Ask to eliminate one item out of a bowl and bam 9/10 times it’s in there. This was also a problem pre Covid. No excuses. Employees make the food correctly. Customers check your food before you leave.

Took forever and the worker taking my order that day didn't listen to my order properly leaving things out and making the wrong things. Still had the nerve to tell me I didn't order something decided to let it go even though my girl was telling him I did. Not coming back to this one I'm sticking to the one on holt and San Antonio in Ontario.
This place was horrible. Seriously the soup was so flavorless, the chicken tacos were messy . The avocado sauce had zero flavor. They were so tight with the onion and cilantro. Never going there again.
Literally the worst customer service ever! The little girl in the cashier had the worst attitude ever! I get it it was during peak hour but being rude to customers is not helping! We got our food super late even after everyone after us. Never coming to this location again!

I am furious. Order online, come to pick it up, and I can't pick it up cus the door is locked. So I call to let them know I'm outside waiting. They have me waiting on the phone then say, I'll be right out. So I ask for Chile's and they told me I have to go and hang up on me. Then as I'm telling her this is unacceptable she comes out talking over me. Schism place needs a whole new staff. Unfortunately the only el pollo Loco in the area.
Today 6/11/21, I went to this location in the evening around 6pm. The worker who took my owner sounded very rude. I asked for 3 regular drinks. One being sprite, coke, and sweet tea. I asked for a 8 piece mixed family meal with mashed potatoes with no gravy and rice. Instead I got 3 large drinks being coke, sprite, and unsweetened tea. I got the 8 piece family meal with mac and cheese with gravy and rice. I was looking towards the mashed potatoes and my sweet tea. Also my mom said the mac and cheese was too spicy.
This pollo loco just cannot get orders correct. It does not matter if you take delivery or pick up. 2 out of 3 times the order will be WRONG. They are too interested in being fast and not interested in being accurate. Try another location...it's not worth the frustration! I made the mistake of trying this place again. This time they not only got the order wrong, but the replacement order manager Raul gave me was filled with burnt, black inedible chicken. Again don't waste your money at this place; you will end up sick as I did after consuming a piece of this burnt garbage.
I was disgusted when water was denied to a homeless person, this is absolutely wrong. Shame on all employees. Every Human being deserves respect. Man look at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart. Have fear of the Lord, for He is coming soon.
They need to do a better job training the Managers in charge. I was confused about a coupon on the app and she did not offer to help me. It wasn't until I got home that my wife figured it out in a couple of minutes. I do expect better from el Pollo Loco.
Customer service is usually nice, though they sure like to give you a hassle if you have any issues. It also gets very annoying when they try to upsell at every corner of my order, though I understand they're unfortunately required to. Food is pretty good. Sometimes I get slightly stale tortillas or rice, but I don't mind this part much. So, why am I giving a 1 star? Lets begin with one time where my food came with some grey blotches on it. I took it back to have them remake it, but for some reason they rejected my request and said that's normal and safe to eat while not elaborating what that is. I almost lost my patience trying to get it either refunded or get another made. I come back about a year later to order some mac and cheese with some burritos. There was the usual upselling, which I understand they are required to do. Whatever. When I got to a spot to eat I found the mac and cheese spilled all over my burritos. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to go back and point this out to them, so I had a very messy dinner with probably some melted plastic from the bag it came with. Here's one more mishap: I ordered 2 burritos with no guacamole since my girlfriend and I are allergic to avocados. What do I find in one burrito? You guessed it. Guac. We aren't deathly allergic but it's very annoying having your throat swell up a bit when you're eating a delicious burrito. I go back and ask to get it remade only to be told I can just scrape the guac off myself. I had to tell them I am allergic to it to get it made again. At least when McDonalds screws up they just add pickles or onions (or overcook your burger). When this place screws up it's really bad. Good food when they don't though!
We always go here on Thursdays after our workout. Last time she messed up our orders and then today we went there we order, we paid and after I paid they said that we had to wait for about 40 minutes since they didn't have any breasts. The manager kept telling the cashier that she has to check before she sells something, well is not my fault!!! We are not going back to El pollo loco, we love the chicken and the healthy food but we don't want to get that horrible customer service that we always get. We had to go to another location a wait 20 minutes !!!! Really bad experience they should do something this is ridiculous
Awful. Awful. Awful. Waited in line for 20 minutes, repeated order 3times, including drink order and muffed it up. I love pollo loco and visit upwards of 3 times a week. WILL NEVER (DONT EVER) go to this location. Had my dimentia client with me and she concurs😳
My order does not come out the way I ask 70% of the time...depending on who is working the drive thru that shift. I always choose from the same 2 things off the menu that I normally get: large tortilla soup + extra tortilla strips (otherwise they give the same amount they would for a small) or chicken nachos. They NEVER add the extra strips unless I stand/sit there and double check it. I think the dude that does it, does it on purpose. Today he tried to hide it by putting the strips, cheese, and cilantro bags UNDER the bowl of soup. Like who does that? I reminded him about the strips and it took him literally 2 seconds to turn around and hand them to me...meaning he already had them lol. I've gotten lukewarm chicken nachos. And the one time I got 3 chicken tacos they were out of the fridge cold...disgusting. Never had this bad a service at any other location. I only live 5 minutes aways, but I'll be be driving the 15 minutes to the Ontario location from now on.
The 2 piece meal I paid good money for was like a 2 bone deal for full price. I didn't realize that my coupons were expired until to late 🙄 and I didn't look in the container until I got home the worst part of it. Was that the meal was not for me it was for my Mother that is 80years young. She was craving the chicken all day long she has Alzheimer's and forgets all the time. But that day she kept asking for the chicken😤 the little bit of chicken that was on those bones was dry. The last time I will go to the one on Central above the 10fwy. I only went there because it was close to the house. I should of went to the one on Holt Blvd in Ontario their food is always good and it makes you want to give them a tip!
Went for a quick lunch between jobs, got a cup of beans and 2 tacos al carbon....the beans where just fine but the tacos where disgusting, never in my life have I tasted such a bad taco, the onions and cilantro which is 2 of the 4 ingredients where bad, not just kinda bad but like really really bad, the cilantro tasted like dead grass and the onions where not even edible! It turned my stomach that A. I paid for this and B. that management at this location thinks this is acceptable to do to their paying customers. I won't ever be returning to this location and with El Pollo Locos prices for tiny 4 ingredient tacos...I may not be returning to ANY El Pollo Loco locations, not when I can make it tastier, better quality and cheaper at home. And dont post how "sorry" you are about my experience, if your TRULY "sorry" then CHANGE your poor business practices so you dont potentially poison your customers or serve them bad food while overcharging them for it!!
Two things are consistent at the Pollo Loco Central/Philly location. They don't listen to your order as they are too rushed to get you the h-ll out and if they don't get it wrong there's items missing from your order. If you ask anything when they hand you your food they insist "It's in the bag" only to believe them and when you get home something is missing. So why do I even come here??? While the food is good and prices have gone up, the service really s--ks.
This is the worst location ever. Waited in line about 25-30 minutes. We get to the window to pay, good thing I looked at my receipt it wasn't even what we ordered. Finally got that straightened out. We had ordered a regular guacamole and chips. Turns out to be a small. Our quesadillas were cold. I ordered a coke they gave me diet. No salsa or anything. Oh, and half my chicken was burned. I will never go to this location again.
More than 30 minutes going through the drive thru in a line of six cars, so about 7 minutes per car before i can get to the window, once there another 7 minutes to get the food and pay. 09/28/2021. Drive thru service improved, in/out in 5 minutes 11/23/2025 the owner was in a the drive through window today, requested a family meal but his attitude about scanning codes to redeem points etc was kind of dismissive. Asked for red sauce and he said it was there, it was not when i showed him he gave me some packets and told me he did mot have fresh red sauce, got out from the car and went to the counter and they gave me two. I guess he feels his restaurant is an obligation and he is just milking the cow, not knowing that if someone goes to his restaurant is based on a thinking all pollo locos have a standard. milking the name of pollo loco but could not care less.
Right now I'm eating at El Pollo Loco and honestly everyone looks angry with a bad attitude towards the customers.
Of course my order was wrong. For the past 2yrs they have only gotten my order correct TWICE out of the hundreds of times I've ordered from this location!!! The manager has been nice enough to just refund my money because believe it or not they have messed up my 1 order 3 times!!!!!! I wish I was exaggerating but I'm not . That's why El Pollo loco has loss me as a customer because of this 1 bad Location.
I went Purchase a16piece order chicken meal and the order had missing side and I went back today to get another order and I ask the lady in the drive thru the person had a very nasty attitude I ask for a manager she said there no manager in the store what kind business they running there that they treat customers like shit for a side order owed the person that was charging was very disrespectful way to talk I won’t buy there any more .
Horrible! I use to love eating at the location. Lately I've noticed bad costumer service, they don't want to give you more then 2 sauces even when you ask for more. I would always get a classic tostada salad. Today they made it horrible. Only had 4 pieces of chicken and they did not add pico de gallo.
I go here frequently for lunch since it's right by my work, but the tables are routinely dirty, I stopped ordering chicken breasts because the they are so consistently dry( I order though now instead), and the staff is never very courteous. On one recent visit 3 of the employees were clearly having a heated disagreement about something and we're doing a poor job of concealing it.
Went there yesterday and found a hair in my food. What is so disappointing is that it was a reorder because my prior order was so messed up. Will not be going back ever
Their taco tuesday tacos were terrible, their chicken was mushy some of the lettuce was old, and some parts of the hard shell tacos were burnt, taps on the condiments were not fully put on correctly.Terrible experience
I was just picking up my order and they had both doors closed for whatever issue. I called and asked if I could have somebody give me my order since the drive thru line had 7 cars and the girl that answered said no. I asked to speak to the manager and she said the same thing. Then the girl that answered the phone walked by me. I asked to cancel my order and they said I couldnt because you have to call customer service. Just ridiculous. There’s literally 5 el pollo locos in a five mile radius, this is the last time I’m going to this one.
They need to listen better to the order and remember to give everything. Changing from regular to large doesn't give me back all the time I wasted going back in line.
I asked the manager for help with a coupon I got from completing a survey but she refused to help. She said she was on her break. Manager has poor customer service skills, I understand she’s on her break but someone should able to help me, I left without food. I will not be coming back to this location.
I went on my break to get some quick food. Ordered there at the store, with them having 6-7 employees. And they took over 30 minutes to get my order out, my break was exactly 30 minutes. So I spent my break waiting for food. When you have a full staff of 6 or more people orders shouldn't be taking that long.
Gave me the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I didn’t eat ANYTHING since breakfast (toast and eggs I make daily) and I was fine all day and then got el pollo loco around 7:00pm and then woke up around 12:30am puking and diarrhea violently, projectile vomiting, severe headache and a 103° fever around 10am the next day. Considered being hospitalized due to severe dehydration. DONT COME HERE
