I want to recognize the manager at Dave & Buster’s ISRAEL for giving us one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. They were friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. You can tell they care about their staff and their guests — the energy in the building felt fun, welcoming, and well-run. It’s not often you meet someone who can juggle customer service, problem-solving, and hospitality with such ease. Thank you for making our night incredible!

It's a fun place to take the family. there is plenty of staff to ensure games are working properly and are clean. The place is clean and have not had issues with staff when reporting out of order games. Restrooms are well kept and clean. If you are eating there, food does take a bit and it is chilly so being a jacket.

We usually come here on Wednesday for half off price on games. Food here is decent if you combine with the game/play options, turning out to be roughly $14 for salmon dishes which are very fresh and well seasoned.

Dave & Buster’s is always such a fun experience! The atmosphere is full of energy the moment you walk in — lights, sounds, and games everywhere. It’s like being a kid again but with grown-up food and drinks! I had a chicken burger during my visit and it was honestly really good — juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The fries were crispy, and everything came out hot and fresh. The service was fast and friendly, and the staff checked in to make sure everything was right with my order. The arcade area is huge, with tons of games for all ages. You can easily spend hours playing — from classic games to the newer high-tech ones. I loved how clean and well-maintained everything was, and the prizes were actually worth saving points for. The overall vibe was upbeat but not overwhelming. It’s a great place for families, date nights, or just hanging out with friends. Between the good food, friendly service, and endless games, it’s definitely one of those places where you can eat, relax, and have fun all in one spot. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

We hosted my son's birthday party here and it was a hit. Both our server, Christian and the manager were amazing. They made sure everything went smoothly, that we had everything we needed. The food was delicious. The kids had a ton of fun.

Fun experience overall! I was able to enjoy it with some passes provided by friends. There are lots of variety of games from basketball, racing, reflex tests, coin pushers, etc. They have other things like augmented reality and VR, though I didn't try those at the time. The food was walso great. The pigs in a blanket had a nice, smokey flavor. The cheese sticks and pizza were melty and savory. The Caesar salad was pretty refreshing with fresh ingredients. The pasta was creamy and delicious as well. The smores cake was great as well, though it was a bit too sweet. The prize shop has a very nice variety of gifts ranging from small kids toys to souvenirs to candy and even headphones and gaming systems. Definitely a great experience and located around Baybrook mall which contains lots of other great amenities. Go check it out!

Words cannot express how impressed I am with the whole team at this location. Everything is very clean and you see the staff sterilizing and cleaning all of the games all day long. The food by Chef Miguel had so much flavor. It was all delicious. Ally is a great Event Planner that can help you create an amazing experience no matter how big or small your party is. The Manager on duty when I visited was full of information and accommodating to my needs. He explained how they test every game once a week to make sure they are maintained and in good working condition for their guest. They also have several new games on the floor and continue to update your experience. IMy daughter thought it was cool that they have an interactive cotton candy machine. I was at this location a few months ago and was so Impressed by how many new options of games they had. This is my go to location for birthday parties and events with very competitive prices and of course lots of fun for all ages. Job well done team!

Recently renovated with all the latest games, including the human crane! I’ve been to this location over 40 times, it’s clean, safe and they are always adding the latest games. Games are well maintained and the times I have had an issue with a game staff quickly fixes it and reimburses me the lost tokens all with a good attitude. The food is consistent, drinks are good. I really don’t have anything negative to say. One rule they strictly enforce is anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

If you are looking for fun while you eat this is a place for you. If you’re looking for a Sports Pub atmosphere you can find that here as well. Excellent food, lots of TVs, lots of games to play, and excellent drink selection. An awesome place for you and your children to spend an afternoon. So much here to do and not too expensive.

I wouldn't say I'm a huge Dave and Buster's fan. I'd been few times, and enjoyed myself, but always felt like most arcades were the same. Not only that but, living 40+ minutes from one has always been a small resistance to visit. That being said, when our 8 years old asked for a Dave and Buster's birthday, my first question was, why there? He said he saw it on YouTube. We have local arcades, but it was quite a simple request. So, we said yes. Now, though I had been to this location years before, the place definitely enhanced my experience since my last visit. Not only were there arcade cabinets featuring the coolest new mechanics and titles, they also had this really cool LED room, called The Arena, that has truly convinced me to revisit the place in the future. The only that could have been better, about our visit, would be me remembering to get the names of the employees that helped us. The crew and manager were amazing, and they made sure to make our Birthday Boy's day feel special. Truly grateful for them all. Food was great, prices were what you can expect from any arcade. The prize selections are way cooler than I was a. kid. Would recommend, and will be back.

When I wrote this review, I wrote it for the wrong location. So I ate here last month, and the food was delicious, our waitress was pretty nice, the floors were clean, the music were awesome jams, and my game card even had a smiley face drawn on it! Even though it’s kinda crowded and loud, I had a blast! Got a chance to play some Mario Kart Arcade GP Deluxe which is my favorite game here. (I’m not lying)

Had a great time. The server was missing in action a lot. We were there for happy hour and we were there for 2 hours and got 2 drinks each from happy hour 3 drinks total. The drinks then would take a while to get to the table. She kept on pushing the dessert and we kept telling her were there for drinks. She was polite we just wished we could have enjoyed the Happy hour more.

Great place to go out and have fun at an arcade. I think $60 go a long way here. They have drinks and lots of different games. I do wish there were more shooting games. The only thing about this place keeping it from getting 5 stars is the restrooms. They were filthy and the men’s one a friend said it was flooded.

While the games can be fun, we had a frustrating experience. Sometimes the games don’t work properly, and when that happens it’s difficult to get the issue remedied or resolved in a timely way. On top of that, during the card games, I tried to sort out only the cards needed for the bonus, but the cashier told me to just hand over the entire stack instead. Because of this, we likely missed out on a potential 2,000 bonus when we completed the second set. Overall, the lack of clarity and support took away from what should have been an enjoyable experience.

Not a great experience with server Kenyatta. We had a party of 10 and she over charged 3 couples with the meal deal that includes game cards. Then when we were asking for a refund tried telling us if we wanted to refund the money or include that in a game cards. Spoke to us as if we are toddlers. Making it seem like it’s our fault for her mistake. Mind you one person at our table also got their food when everyone else was done with ours. When sever was getting the refunds the managers that seemed like managers were just standing and not helping.

The reviews prior to this do not match the service we received last night from our server and the bartender. One bartender Jasmine (a Caucasian/there was 2 bartenders) met us with a nasty attitude and over charged. How is it that we got 3 shots after the 2 shots we ordered and the 3 were cheaper, the second bartender was much nicer. People like her give bartenders a bad rep and I'm certain she would not like to be approached in the same way she approached us. Our server was hispanic with long hair and we could not get her name because she never came back. Her section was at the far right next to another room. She came back one time in 25 minutes, and by that time we just wanted the check. It was at this point she jokingly said she was happy we're leaving (something you never do in hospitality). She could speak spanish and I guess for that reason she felt comfortable touching my father as they are both spanish speaking, it is never okay to touch anyone, even if it is friendly. It's unprofessional and we were all adults, it should be common understanding to keep your hands to yourself. Despite this we still tipped our server and bartender 20%. Our table had to send back the Philly cheesesteak because the bread was rock solid. She asked if she could touch it and once she was shocked and agreed to call a manager she told us to keep it to show said manager. You never ask to touch anyones food and have them keep it, at that point take it and show him yourself. She was unprofessional, could not handle multi tasking and should be reevaluated. We spent $40 at the bar and dinner was $164, we went for a birthday and had to get a manager just for some plates, forks and refills, our server saw this and at this point made it back to the table. Prior to this she was never able to make it back to the table TILL she saw her manager. It was very evident the server was struggling even though the servers do not have to run their food. She stated she had tables all over, in the front and the back, which if that's the case management should be aware she cannot handle big sections like the one she had last night. Or made aware that she lies. The two managers we had to speak with last night were the complete opposite of what we had encountered with these two employees. The managers were friendly and quick to help us, it's sad to see and experience their staff working against the cause.
