I don’t come to this location often, but let me tell you the crew today has me wanting you to come back every single day! The young gentleman who greeted me the minute, I walked in amazing! You don’t get that very often anymore. The lovely lady Barbie, who helped me took my order chitchatted with me and made me feel like I was in a local coffee shop. And then the gentleman who was heating up the food who also was chitchatting with me. I absolutely love seeing this type of stuff. We need more workers like those three!! I wish I got the names of the two gentlemen!

A great spot to meet with friends and clients, and to get some work done!! Located at the Rheem Shopping Center with plenty of parking, this Starbucks can get very busy though, especially during morning hours, or weekends after practice etc. I felt the staffs are overwhelmed by the amount of orders coming from walk-ins, online, and drive through. I usually walk-in to place my order if I see a long line at drive through, and vice versa. Your experience will be much better if you know your way around and to avoid the crowds. Overall, this is a great spot with indoor/outdoor seating and great ambient.

They changed store hours again. Now is 6am to 2pm. Ordered with reusable mug and saved ten cent. Quick service, clean restrooms and some magazines for relaxing.

This time around Eva was very responsive to my needs. I asked her if I can get the table for 4 wiped in the back. Not only was she quick , she was fast to fill my order ....a chocolate chip Frappuccino. Eva actually recommended it...Yummy! Thanks!

I swear this Starbucks drive-thru is the fastest in the entire world. The people working there are so friendly and have your drinks and food ready before you even pay. I don’t know what kind of magic is going on in there, but it is incredible. I go way too often but every time - their drive-thru never fails me. I love you!!!!

The store itself has lots of seating options and very roomy with nice decorations. The restrooms are large and always spotlessly clean. There’s loads of parking outside so very accessible.

The coffees are great, but what I really enjoy are their cakes, cookies, and sandwiches. Expensive, yes, but so good! They used to sell some absolutely fabulous lemon tarts - haven't seen them lately, but I hope they'll be back in spring/summer.

It seems that every time I go here (which isn't that often) the trash cans are almost over flowing and the area that holds the napkins, etc. is kind of a mess. Drinks are always good though.

Great coffee. Have plenty of seating inside and outside. It has a comfortable and cozy environment. Rest rooms are clean. Usually a busy place.

i used come here all the time back in 2014-2017. recently i was passing the neighborhood and they had such great renovations. so many new faces. everything looks beautiful. the kholee kardasian popcorn is so good.

To be fair I am not a huge Starbucks this one is in a great location for the town. The drinks come a little slow, but the coffee shops of old baristas would never let you run in and out. A good coffee shop is where you want to sit and take a breath. This Starbucks is just comfortable enough to stop, breath and have a cup o joe. The drive through is really helpful too-parents whisking kids to and from sports or other activities

A good coffee shop is where you want to sit and take a breath. This Starbucks is just comfortable enough to stop, breath and have a cup o joe. A nice respite from the bargain town atmosphere of the strip mall. Recently remodeled and quite big, if very cold aesthetically. Indoor and outdoor seating. Has a drive-thru

It's ok Service was slow and my coffee was not hot. It took 25 minutes to get thru the drive thru line of 7 cars.

Ordered 2 drinks and waited 20+ minutes for them. They had 5 people behind the counter during that time. It seems there should be a better way.

This is worst drive thru I have ever experienced. Waited nearly 30 mins for an order with only maybe 5 cars in front of me. Either change the system on the drive thru, or don’t offer a drive thru service at all!

This store needs to hire someone who isn't 16. Behind the counter is chaos here. 25 minutes for an iced tea? Sweet Jesus.

Drive thru takes over 45 mins consistently they need more staff.

Not sure what is going on with this location but they have lost my drink order threw visits in a row. My wife had her hand burned due to the Starbucks employee just placing the lid on a cup of very hot coffee.

There are five people doing stuff behind the counter. Waited 15 min for someone to take my order. Online orders are more important.

Super super slow. You can wait in store 30 minutes before you get your order that was ordered 20 minutes before using the app. Your items are also could be missed.

Hands down the worse Starbucks I have ever been to. I first went through the drive through and it took forever. My card was taken and then it took awhile before she came back. As a matter of fact she was surprised that I was still there. She gives me my drink and I was on my way. Took one sip and couldn’t believe how gross tasting my salted caramel cold brew was. I get home (in Lafayette) only to realize that I was not given my card back. I call and yes, they had it. So I have to drive all the way back, so I thought since I had to go back that I would ask for another drink. The cashier helping me was nice, courteous (it was her first day). So I order a iced Carmel machiato. Take one sip as I am waking out and throw it in the garbage. I can’t believe how disgusting it was. Again it tasted like old burnt coffee. Such a waste of my time and money.

I came late afternoon on Saturday, I have been order 3 drinks that I have been waiting 18 mins with no customers in line, and there was 5 workers not doing anything. But that’s still not done yet! Then I ask the stuff where’s my drinks?? Then they start to do it. When I got my drinks, they made one of them wrong(B&W Mocha Cocoa but they gave me normal hot chocolate) :(

If you go here, do not go inside. I waited for half an hour for a single coffee that wasn't even on the order list it turns out. Severely understaffed.

My wife regularly orders from here even though we live in the hills. The place was slammed and I get that, but lately I have been arriving 5 minutes past the expected order time and have had no drink for 25-40 more minutes. I’m just not willing to do that. Try another location.

I typically avoid Starbucks due to its reputation for subpar coffee. However, today I tried a Matcha latte, and it was disappointing. The predominant flavor was just the milk. I hope Starbucks considers refining the recipe.

Waited 45 min for my drink and it never came. Staff would not even acknowledge me when I tried to ask about the status of my drink. No way for me to cancel my order and get my money back. They stole my money.

Tends to be the location where all the slackers work, constantly forgetting items and prolonging wait time unnecessarily for customers. Would recommend another location. Out side of that it has a nice patio area.

only open on drive through that takes 30+ minutes? that’s ridiculous. Starbucks and their manager need to do better than that. That’s incompetent.

Not sure what takes so long......s....l.....o...w..........service. Asked for crushed ice.....was told there was none.....but clearly this is a store with multiple blenders and are able to crush a cup full of ice.

Not sure what takes so long......s....l.....o...w..........service. Asked for crushed ice.....was told there was none.....but clearly this is a store with multiple blenders and are able to crush a cup full of ice.

It took them an HOUR to get 1 drink I was in a rush and had to leave but I figured it wouldn’t take them an hour to make one drink. They served both online and drive through first. For every 10 drive through drinks they made one, in person order.

Then she returned without washing her hands before handing me food items!! In the food service industry there has to be some level of respect when handling food items for others, this wasn’t it. On top of that I felt she wasn’t very polite, so it’s just a huge turn off and I will be unlikely to return to location if these are the standards.
