The best Mexican food in morgan hill! Chili Colorado and chili Verde are just simply awesome! Be ready for a little bit of a wait because they are very popular, but well worth the wait!

We always have a great experience every time we're here. Caldo 7 mares is my go too in the evenings. Everything is delicious!

Great place to go for Mexian food. My husband and I have been trying to find a good Mexican restaurant and I think we have found our new go to restaurant! The chile verde was amazing and the pork was so tender!

Overall: The food here is great, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food: Great! I personally love th Carne Asada Plate, my wife typically gets the chicken enchiladas. Staff: Always friendly, fast, and helpful. Atmosphere/space: There's plenty of space. We sometimes come with a party of 10 + 2 toddlers without any issues.

Super authentic birria de chivo. Normally it can taste gamey and be very greasy but this restaurant mastered it. As soon as I walked in I knew we had made the right decision. Don't let the location fool you. The servers are super nice and attentive! We will be returning!

Best Mexican food I've ever had! There are many delicious choices on the menu. Everything is delicious from the complimentary fresh chips and salsa to my favorite, the chili relleno. A simple but nice homey atmosphere with beautiful Mexican decorations. Very friendly staff. HIGHLY recommended!!!

My father in law recommended this hidden gem. We went for breakfast and I wished we returned for lunch and dinner too. The restaurant is beautiful inside. They had traditional Mexican music playing. It was calm love ballads that let you relax and enjoy your coffee. The service was excellent! The server was extremely helpful and polite. The food came out quickly and was delicious. The recipes are traditional and the flavors are exactly what you expect to taste from authentic Mexican food. The food was good, I forgot to take pictures.

The staff is very friendly and the service was great! Our orders were ready in about 8 - 10 minutes and the prices were decent. My dessert was Flan. Yum! So delicious!! Very, very good!!

Great food, relaxed atmosphere, moderate prices

I love going to Jesus', it's been a family dinner spot since before it moved to this location. We really enjoy the food, but the service is sometimes lacking. And the atmosphere is not as good as the last location.

This place has become a staple when we are in town. Depending on the day, it can get a little busy but overall the selection and portions are worth the wait in our opinion. Recommend when your in the area.

I give it a 4 out of 5. Food was okay not the best I've had but the amount of food you get is way worth it. My kids liked it. The people here are nice they replaced the food I did not like with something different and came out fast. Good service!

The service is good and the waitress was friendly. Chips were crispy but salsa was bland and watery.The food was filling, but the tamales were very dry, as was the rice. Refried beans were very tasty. I was very disappointed, it's hard to find a good Mexican restaurant.

Went here for dinner with 4 adults and 3 kids. Food was good, but the staff was slow and not very friendly. If you are looking for some good Mexican food then I can recommend this place, just be prepared to wait longer then you would think.

Will not go back. Food wasnt horrible but far from the best I've had like these other comments suggest... heads up to anybody eating there... 2X CHECK YOUR BILL... they tried overcharging us by $30!!! We pulled the menu, rounded everything up, added 10% for taxes and was completely wrong. My wife asked the waitress to explain and she could not and said she didnt add gratuity. Probably trying to get tipped twice. Not one person in our party was even given a refill on our drinks

The atmosphere and decor is out dated and has not changed in 20 years. Got a chili 🌶️ rellano and cheese 🧀 enchilada. Small portions and old left overs , the breading was a flat sloppy mess. I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Real bad. The floor was so dirty. To top it off the waitresses just walked over it for 35 minutes I sat and looked at as I was sitting on my table. They never bothered to clean it up till I start staring at it and making comments . Had to ask for my own water . Waited for that too. The food was so salty and my salad was drenched with so much Italian dressing . I just could not believe how bad it was. What a wast of money . They never even clean the Floor . I say there looking a a dirty floor . What a wast of time. They act like it was normal. Even the booth I sat I. Was ridiculous . If I sat back I could not reach the table so I had to sit on the edge of the booth to reach the table . The table was precision so far away from the booth . I will tell everyone I know to stay away. Went on Sunday about 2:30

We placed a to go order over the phone and the very nice gentleman said it would be about 40 minutes. We waited about 35 minutes and then drove over. When we arrived to pick up, the waitress at the cash register would not even look at us. She looked right around us and asked the next people that walked through the door if she could help them. Then another couple got up from their table and came to pay their bill and she served them and still would not look at us, we were standing right in front of her. A man came out of the back and I asked him if he could check on our to go order, he asked did we already order at this point we had been waiting 7 more minutes. I told the man that we had called it in about 40 minutes ago. He said oh it's not ready it will be out in a few minutes. 15 minutes later the girl brought the food to the front counter and shoved the bill at us. Not even a word came out of her mouth. We paid and left. Came home and could not finish the food it was so bad, The carnita's tasted like they had been re-heated five times. the beans were old, and the rice was the worst ever! I will never go back here, I can't understand why some people love this place , they are Rude and the food is really bad.

It doesnt even deserve a star, it was terrible! My husband and I walked out! We were there for over an hour waiting for our food. The waitress sat us down and wanted to know if we were ready to order without a menu. Then she said I'll give you a couple minutes, 20 mins later she came back to get our order! We asked for more chips and salsa, another 20mins. Then almost an hour later she comes to ask "what was it that you ordered?" A family of ten came in 25 minutes after us and they were getting their food before us! That was it! after sitting there for over an hour we were done! We had to get up and tell the waitress we are leaving. She didn't even bother to apologize! We are very disappointed Jesus Mexican restaurant!

Waited a whole hour after they took our order, watched other customers receive their food. Finally asked where our food was, they brought it out and my taco was cold to the touch, still frozen. So disappointed and this on my birthday.

Gross place, I have caldo the res, the meat was propably from an old cow, I spend like 5 mints just chewing it. Caldo has no flavor just salty. I am giving up in this place, tried to give it a change but no appreaciation.

Horrible service, the waitresss are so rude. I came in around 8:30 and to my understanding they were closing and we wanted to sit in the booth but she made it clear that we couldn’t because she was already cleaning. Then they were pressuring us to hurry up and order our food because they were closing and I understand but in my defense it’s still 30 minutes before they close. The food is decent. But they need to work on their hospitality. I will no longer be coming here because I am very passionate about customer service regardless the situation. I know my review probably won’t make a difference but hopefully they really work on their waitresses. Remember without customers there is no business.
