My Sister and I were running errands and decided to go to one of our favorite places where we know the food is GOOD and the Customer Care/Service is ALWAYS, ALWAYS on point! We were greeted by our Favorite Server and yesssssss, she seated us at our favorite booth. Okay, usually my Sister gets Original Buttermilk Pancakes, Eggs, Bacon and Hashbrowns and I would get the same except my pancakes would be Blueberries in and on top with coffees.....well this time she got the Sirloin Tips(Well-done) with Sauteed Onions, Scrambled Eggs and Hashbrowns...I got Onion Rings along with their Famous Cheese Burger(Well-done) with Red Onions, Lettuce, Pickles and added Mayonnaise, Ketchup, Mustard, Fresh Grounded Salt, Fresh Grounded Pepper and Yesssssss some TEXAS PETE HOT SAUCE!!! EVERYONE, PLEASE HEAR ME....We All Know That a Messy Burger Is A GOOODDD BURGEERRR!! YESSSSSSSSSS...IT WAS VERYYYY MESSY! But seriously....Always a GREAT place for a GOOD meal within reason$....so if it's for some Delicious Pancakes, a Great Cup of Coffee, Sirloin Tips or one of their Famous Burgers topping it all off with Fantastic Customer Care/Service...this is the place (IHOP, Mt. Pleasant) to good! Enjoy!

Great experience, great service, food was good and hot. My family enjoyed their meals. These people know how to make travelers feel welcome. We don't live here but if we did... we'd be regulars at this location. The staff was attentive and kept the coffee cup filled. Thanks for your hospitality!

The waitress was a super star serving many including a large group, but was very attentive to our needs. The omelets were so big we had enough for the next morning. They were delicious.

Wanted a hamburger at 2am. IHOP offered it on the menu. The waitress was very nice and friendly. The food came out of the kitchen quickly. The coffee was hot and the food was great. It hit the spot and addressed my craving for a cheeseburger at a breakfast place. I would give it 5 stars, but it just does not rise to that level of cuisine.

Pleasantly surprised. We were chiming back from the beach and needed hardy food. Our goal was met! I ordered their strawberry French toast - thick but fluffy. My little one ordered the kids French toast which was quite large, eggs, sausage.

Food was good once we got it. It did take over an hour altogether receive the food but we were seated right away. In general, the food and service were good but the pancakes were awful. In the pictures the pancake looks good but it wasn't ready inside... They have cancelled their delicious Gluten Free pancakes!! Our two kids who have Celiac are crushed. Not returning until they fix this. Too many other GF friendly places in MP.

If you are the general manager then you should know how to run your business under stress. Telling a customer to come in or order online just you are busy is not very good customer service when I’ve called in an order numerous times on a Sunday. I will never order from this location again. I’ll drive 40 minutes to the North Charleston location.

NONE of your apps work. your ihop website to order takes 10 years to get through it wouldn’t even let me place an order. I called to order and they told me to place an order through doordash because the app never works. I go to order on doordash and it’s DISABLED. i go to order on UBER and it says UNAVAILABLE but then magically works. took me 25 mins to finally place order ridiculous.

Dude 4 months I been trying to order broccoli and 4 months y'all haven't had it. Could have sent someone to Walmart to buy it at least 100 times by now. It's the one side I actually like and you NEVER have it. Take it off the menu or send someone to the store once a day. Y'all have the money. Jeez

We are traveling for work and do not know the area. We saw IHOP as we drove down the street. We were seated and waited over 15min at our table and no one showed up to even ask us if we wanted water, by the looks of it, others had been waiting longer for a server so we left. In the same shopping center, we saw First Watch and ended up going there even if never been here. Loved it so much more than IHOP. Food and service were top notch. Food was seasoned great. Recommend going here vs IHOP. Sorry for the bad review IHOP but you guys really failed this time.

We Love it here usually. Have not been in a while due to sickness. Got grilled chicken and there was 80 % bread and stuff. Extremely small pieces of chicken. Ridiculous. The waitress was rude about it. I have never been treated so unfairly. Will rethink coming back and will make sure my friends know.
