Absolutely delicious! The cheese foam is one of the best I have had in a long time! Excellent matcha. Decently strong. Boba was also really good quality and texture. The store was busy, but service was still very quick and efficient 👏

what a beautiful and aesthetic boba spot! I'm so happy there is a new location now closer to where I live so I can satisfy my boba cravings real quick. It is located in a plaza so parking isn't an issue. My go to is their brown sugar pearl latte and it did not disappoint. If you're a fan of mango, I highly recommend their mango milk bar since it comes with chunks of mango. Another personal fav is the Creme Brulee Pearl Latte if you love all things sweet like dessert!I can't wait to come by next time to do some work at one of their cute tables with good tasting boba.

I've had many milk tea all over the world. I began to appreciate Boba Bliss. First it does depends on who made them. Sometimes they may not follow the recipe exactly but so far, the milk tea is very well done. Just the right balance with the cream and the sweetness. Been to too many milk tea place, I always appreciate balance of sweetened and flavor. This is one of the few boba place I would recommend. One thing for those who tried Thai ice tea, 99% of them are way too sweet... But this place, again, proper balance. It's not overly sweetened.

I normally don’t leave reviews but this spot deserves a 5 star. Food wise, like all spots some drinks aren’t worth it—I would avoid the jasmine milk tea, which despite its good reviews tasted like mostly milk to my friend—but I’d say most on the menu are delicious, like the mango drinks/taro drinks/non milk teas. High quality fruits and reasonable California sizes/pricing (2 drinks were ~$12 for me.) The service is an absolute plus here—our cashier was highly attentive and didn’t leave anyone waiting, even when we were just asking for the bathroom password. Because my friend lives far away & didn’t want to go home disappointed we ended up notifying the cashier about the jasmine milk tea and he simply asked how we would like it remade, and actually allowed us to have a totally different drink free of charge even while the shop was pretty busy. He was quick, friendly, respectful, and overly reasonable when he didn’t have to be, even while rushing around because the store was pumping out drinks within 1-5 minutes of each order, so huge ups to the high quality service of the hardworking staff and their speed never sacrificing quality. So for those of you complaining that you didn’t like a certain drink, all you have to do is ask respectfully. Every restaurant has its not-so-great items and this place is proven they’re willing to help you find what you like. The store is also beautiful, music is great, making the atmosphere great for a casual hangout/studying/date stop as there are lots of places to stand or sit, including areas outside. Overall a great place for a quick visit if you’re in Palo Alto even for just 1 day.

Boba Bliss is my go to milk tea shop since is walking distance from work. The place is clean, modern and with plenty of in door and outdoor seating. Service is fast and friendly. Menu has seasonal items, coffee, teas and drinks that are more on the milk shake side. The tea is freshly brewed if you're like milk tea for the tea flavor. Boba is soft and chewy. Overall one of the best milk tea options out there.

This was our first time at Boba Bliss, and we had such a great experience! The guy at the counter was so nice. he took the time to explain everything to my husband and me, breaking down the menu and giving his honest opinions based on what I told him I liked. I ended up getting the Strawberry Milk Boba, and my husband got the Crème Brûlée Pearl Latte. We both thought they were delicious, but my husband was a little disappointed that his didn’t have a coffee flavor really at all. I, on the other hand, loved that because I absolutely despise coffee! So it actually worked out perfectly for me. Thanks to the great recommendations, I found a drink I absolutely loved! The staff even checked in before I left to make sure I was happy with it, which was such a thoughtful touch. Great service, delicious boba, and a welcoming atmosphere! I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Went to Target at Mountain View and my bestie said we should go Boba Bliss which was nearby. Her recommendation was excellent! FOOD 5/5 The brown sugar boba milk was so good! I have not been drinking brown sugar milk every where since they have been mid in many places even at those where I used to like. The boba was so soft and fresh. The drink was great, and unlike those watered down version elsewhere. SERVICE 5/5 Staffs were friendly and helpful. Drinks were made right, more than right ^^ AMBIANCE 5/5 Such a chill place and I really like the light fixture here. I wish there is a Boba Bliss in Palo Alto!!

Royal King Oolong Tea (Less Sweet w/ Boba) - Definitely a more mild drink. - A more standard drink to sip on. - Adding boba to this is a must! Natural Ube Taro Milk - Taro and ube drinks always end up being my favorites! - I just love the creamy tastes of taro and ube. - The perfect amount of sweetness - more of a mild sweet. Oreo Cookie Puff Cream - This was definitely more of a dessert drink. - Very sweet and delicious. - I loved the combination of the cookie crumbs with the brown sugar boba. - The house-made puff cream was perfectly creamy. I was invited to try the boba drinks here so I brought my boyfriend. We had a blast trying a variety of drinks from their menu. They had so many different options - it was hard to settle on just a few. The staff was kind and informed us of all the little details on each drink. Really cute interior and delicious drinks! We ordered the Lemon Citrus Tea and Tropical Passionfruit Tea. The passionfruit drink with less sugar has a tart taste which is my favourite. The boba was also the perfect texture too.

Boba Bliss is hands down my favorite tea shop to frequent each weekend. They don't use powders or syrups in any of their drinks, which is why I don't mind ordering a drink for my kids as well. The interior space is absolutely stunning and makes for the perfect place to bring a guest.

This is my 2nd time I've been here. Today I ordered Jasmine green tea with honey boba and salted cheese (no milk option). I loved it. Tea flavor was prominent. Honey boba was delicious, well-marinated and texture was perfect to me (not too chewy, not too soft). Salted cheese was also very good. In general, this drink was not too sweet or too creamy but so satisfying! The staff was great at their job. Nothing to complain about. The store is decorated nicely. Limited indoor seating.

Went there after lunch with my coworker who told me about Boba Bliss. We ordered 2 coffees and one of the fruity drinks with Boba. The drinks were super tasty, refreshing and perfect for the hot weather. This is a new store and the inside is very beautifully done. Service was super fast and convenient. Definitely recommend it.

I love boba bliss. I wish it was closer to my house so I can come more often. The first time I came, I had Cream Brulee latte. It was soooo rich, creamy and yummy. The second time, I ordered Oreo Cookie Puff Cream. It wasn't bad but I didn't like it as much as Cream Brulee latte and there wasn't enough Oreo to put Oreo in the name. Service is okay both times, not bad but not outstanding.

I don't like boba but everyone else does. At boba bliss i can enjoy a good tiramisu latte type drink (cold brew with cheese). Drinks and service were great.

I visited because of the ratings that this place had and was excited to try the mango sago. The after taste is chalky and the sago feels like a day old, not fresh sago. Probably wouldn’t visit again!

This place overcharged me for a black milk tea ($6.25 on menu, charged $7.25). When I asked the cashier why it isn't $6.25, she simply said she "doesn't know, $7.25 is what is in the computer, maybe the menu is outdated. " Very dishonest place with no apology or intention to make it right. With so many options nearby, I would avoid this place at all costs! --------------------------------------------------------- Hi Nikki, You claimed your manager offered a refund right away and offered an apology, which is simply not true. As I mentioned in my original review, the cashier did not recognize it was a mistake but claimed $7.25 was the right price, just that the menu was outdated. You are being dishonest again because I do not see any refund whatsoever in my credit card statement as of 6/21/2025
