Good food. On the entrance, there is a screen to select your options and can pay online. They will call you when the order is ready.

Most of the time they give me what I order the food is good and they have a large menu 💯

Always fast, accurate, generous with the hot sauces, and taco shells are in tact by the time you get them. What more can you ask for from a taco bell.

I only ended up here after a show at Shoreline when I was trying to find an easy place to get an Uber ride home. The restaurant itself was closed, however, the drive thru was still open. Unfortunately, they would not let you order from the drive thru as a walk up. Numerous concert goers gave it a shot, but they all failed (even when they made car sounds at the ordering board). The grounds were clean and the workers inside were doing a bang up job cleaning while everyone was sitting outside waiting for their rides.

This had to be the cleanest most beautiful talk about I've ever been in. The staff was amazing and they also had a automated tablet so they can take your order yourself. It was really an amazing atmosphere for a Taco Bell.

Like most of the fast-food places on the area this taco Bell has added kiosk and reduced staff. The next result is that the place feels empty of staff. This is a plus if you do want to interact with people but makes the restaurant feel less inviting.

Fast and friendly service through the drive thru, contactless hand off of food for covid safety. Great experience picking up a 12 taco party pack all for myself, and I must say, no soggy hard shells, these were prepared better than most Taco Bell locations.

It's about time they replaced Wendy's! Missed having another option besides KFC, pizza, McDonald's and BK! So far, it looks clean (from what I can see from the drive thru), the workers don't have a "lazy, I don't wanna be here" attitude (yet) and its never crowded whenever ive been there!

Fast service, hot food, well maintained sitting area and restrooms. We had plan to go to another kinda famous restaurant but they only had takeaway or outdoor sitting at this location, chose this Taco Bell at the last moment for quick eat, no regrets.

The breakfast was really good. We ate here before a hike and the kids and I enjoyed it. I recommend checking it out if you would like to try a different option for quick breakfast.

I like the food they offer here, given the price it is pretty "competitive". The only drawback for me is that there seems to be not enough employees in the store so every time I walk in I gotta wait in front of the empty counter for a while.

I went for lunch but it took too long. Maybe it was because they were understaffed at the time. I think it's cool to be able to order from the kiosks and pay as well.

I love taco bell, bet describing it as "mexican" is like calling spaghettios Italian. However you can get some delicious stuff here. Even low carb choices like the tacos and salads.

Taco bell would be five stars but their prices dont reflect the quality of food you get.....when you drop your prices, I will increase this to five stars. Same food as it ever was, but not the same or even similar pricing for the same food that used to be. .49. .79. .99 cents. Now comes nowhere near this marketing blitz.

Who doesn't love a visit to Taco Bell every now and then? Ask for an enchirito; they don't have it on their menu but they will make one for you if you ask. It's a delightful cheesy meaty confection. Very tasty!

Easy in, easy out. This is a very clean store, with fairly quick service. The parking is adequate, but not great for handicap vans (1 spot). Employees were professional and friendly. The food was the same as most other Taco Bell stores. 4 out of 5

As far as Taco Bell goes, this isn't a bad location in my books. The food is on par with other fast food joints, and hey, what can you ask for when all you need is a quick egg burrito and coffee in the morning.

Nothing special, but nothing wrong for a taco bell either. Good fresh quality to the foods — never have I felt a taco left too long under a warmer was given to me, it's always freshly made to order. We kind of take these places for granted, don't we? It's not anything less or more than a very, very good Taco Bell.

The new $2 chicken burrito was tough to finish. Boring chicken with rice. It needed a lot more stuff for flavor. Their crunchy tacos and chips with cheese is always a good go-to snack for cravings.

Came here on a Sunday night and was helped out by a friendly cashier at the drive thru window. As soon as I pulled up to the window, I received my food 30 seconds later. I ordered the limited time Quesalupa, quesadilla, and beef taco supreme. I ordered the Quesalupa from another Taco Bell but I wasn't satisfied with it because it was cold. But when I tried the Quesalupa from this location, it was hot and tasty! Kudos to the cook for taking their time to heat the food up! I enjoyed my meal.

I prefer this location to the one on Charleston Rd; the staff are friendly enough and service is blazing fast. The only downside is they close at midnight, if you have late night munchies you're out of luck.

It’s difficult for me to rate food that’s at a fast food restaurant at any level close to a restaurant where you sit down and enjoy a nice dinner but my rating here is based on what is actually offered. This is a fast food restaurant that offers Mexican style food that is part of a chain. With that being said, the food is always hot. Well, this is a regular Taco Bell. It seems both a little run-down from outside and inside. Given its good location, this really should not be. The food is the quality of Taco Bell, within our expectations. I mean, what do you expect. The breakfast is served here, but if you go there for pickup, the door might be still closed. I used the drive thru to get my pickup.

The service and food was great, but my experience would've been much better if there wouldn't have been any questionable people inside. It would've been great if the employees had asked them to settle down or leave.

There are 2 checkout stands, can't print a physical receipt, and half the time the touch doesn't work.

It was as average as most other Taco Bell experiences. Mediocre flavor, overly wet meat, and weird ratio of cheese to lettuce. Inside was nice and clean and service was nice.

It’s a Taco Bell, not really much else to say except that this one has no breakfast, which is quite disappointing.

Food is typical quality, but the service is incredibly slow. I usually go around 1:30pm during mid-week, no one waiting for their order and no at the drive-up window.....yet it still take as long as 5-10 minutes to get my order (no changes, always right off the menu).

Attention. On Taco bell website as on Google says it is open until 1am. Actually it is open, but just the drive thru. The diner close already at 9pm.

We usually get good service and good food here but they often forget to ask what type of sauce to give. Not everyone wants mild. Edit: I don't know if you just went through a hiring phase but service today was terrible. Asked for no ice and got a ton, asked for a bacon breakfast burrito and got sausage. I am taking a star off my rating for this.

I see a lot of reviews saying this place was clean so I must have come in on a bad day! The bathroom was filthy with dirt (I hope it was dirt) splattered all over the sink, soap dispenser, hand dryer, and hand rails. The drink counter was flooded with various beverages so there was not much dry room to set your drink. The counter with all the sauce had food smeared here and there in multiple places. The individuals working were very slow to get to me or even acknowledge me. However, they took my order efficiently and accurately and it was very very delicious.

Service is really, really slow. Drive thru is 15 minutes almost every time. They put sour cream on everything when I always ask for none. But I will say that the Staff have excellent customer service skill.

They are pretty good, but let me warn you. The hours listed on sites such as Google and Yelp only apply for the drive-thru. The actual store closes around 10 pm. If you are walking to get food or trying to eat at the restaurant, you'll want to go elsewhere if it's later in the evening.

The taco and wrap were average, but the nacho chips was amazing! Service from staff was a bit on the rude side, but at least the food was finished quickly. I found it a bit unprofessional though that one of thr staff members' child was lurking around in the restaurant. Perhaps it was just a once-off incident.

This has always been my go to taco bell. But sadly the past two visits I had food poison symptoms. Last night being the second time causing me to throw up. :(. Makes me sad I can no longer come here.

Food is the same as every Taco Bell but morning shift seems to mix up orders frequently. Order steak, get bacon. Watch what you order as well. If you add options to your order you're probably not going to get them. However they'll be sure to charge you.

Really bad at getting your order correct (EVEN AFTER they confirm it correctly on the screen!) ... lately. But the staff seems to change every few months, and the staff before this one was way better, so maybe in a few months they'll go back to being better.

Gives you horrible stomach aches

Three very bad visits here, late night service sucks, food was horrible, beans and burritos always taste burnt, got my orders wrong twice, all three times no napkins, straws or spoons for my pintos! All around crappy, called to complain and got nowhere, not even an apology, not ever going back there!

The one thing about this taco bell is make sure you check your order and that every thing is made right the last time I went there it was horrible when I got home my tacos were all over inside my bag couldn't even eat it plus it made the rest of my order not able to eat was a complete mess so needless to say I have not returned dont like to order from incompetent people who cant take a simple order and get it right the thing is I can expect a kid but when adult sorry maybe a bit harsh but so frustrating so no I dont recommend this one

No 1 came to the drive through speaker. Took hella long for anyone to answer. Then when they did they started being hella rude saying hurry up I have other people to serve. "is that it"!? I told them never mind I don't want there service. Trying to rush us. No 1 even showed up at the window for our friends in the car ahead. I'll never go back because of some Spanish speaking male being hella rude. If u hate ur job, giants find another! Silicone valley is all about customer service. Am in the business. I RECOMMEND NOT TO COME HERE. I was scared they might just spite in our food since we we're an inconvenience giving them service.

This is another one of these Taco Bells that selectively gives out a "pin number" to enter their restroom facility.  I find this very annoying and obsurt. For the next customer here is your "top secret" 4 digits security pin to enter  their "secure restroom" 2626, whaooo I just breached security. I thought only my atm card was the only one with that many digits. On the other hand Supreme Tacos here are fair but  ambience here again sucks when you have to enter a "pin number" to enter a restroom totally obsurt and very inhospitable for businesses that are build based on hospitality.

Seriously - if you’re going to seal the paper bag before passing it through the window (like - are you expecting the food to be extra exposed between the cashier window and our car? Come on!) you’d think you could make sure you’re handing us the right freaking bag of food. I just opened to find someone else's meal. And when I call to speak to someone since I’m now 20 miles away no one answers.

If you order on the mobile app they will make the order right away and put it in a heater as opposed to making it when you pull up to the drive thru box as they should. Last 5 times I’ve ordered there the food has been luke warm and the shell is destroyed because everything soaks in.

Very bad experience with these guys. Ordered veggie food but received with meat. They made me go around drive-thru three times and didn't want to reimburse the difference in price. Not friendly at all! The guy insisted that I ordered the meat items while I am a vegetarian and it's a habit for me to declare it. Yhat way, I be sure to get the right stuff. I can understand misunderstanding but insisting that I ordered what they gave me was wrong and then making me go through three times was bad enough but then he was trying to charge me the same for cheaper items. All that aside, their food made me sick too and I threw more than half of it away. Never again for me!!

Standards for Taco Bell are pretty low to begin with, but at a minimum I expect to not have to wait over 10 minutes, not get charged for something without asking, not have food spilling out of both ends of every taco, not have the paper completely soaked and falling apart to the point where it's thoroughly mixed in with the meat, OR not have diarrhea. Sad to say this Taco Bell didn't meet the minimum requirements.

I don’t usually write reviews but I called to ask for help for a refund bc they overcharged us for an item we never received and got hung up on twice and the worker in the phone wasn’t being clear and she just just kept asking me questions that I couldn’t hear, plus we never were given a receipt

Broken shell tacos is the worst... especially when 10 out of 12 are broken.. The workers there look like they hate their lives.. just no effort at all... Is definitely avoid this taco bell

It’s really my fault. Every time- I say it’s the last time, I return to torture myself. My order is NEVER RIGHT. NEVER. I order at the drive thru. I repeat it at the window. There was NO one in line when I got there, no one after me. No one in the dining room. Still wrong. I shouldn’t have to open every item while I’m sitting there in my car. I get home and once again. ALL WRONG. Wasting my time and money.

order through the mobile app and the cashier was too ignorant to understand a mobile order. We ended up canceling it because he didn't understand english. I order 20$'s worth of food and he didn't understand how to take the order after i cancelled it he told me he won't honor anything the app says and he told me that he won't make my order how the app was I didn't get his name but he's mexican and the lady's who worked him gave him a weird look when he said they don't get mobile orders

Workers didn't seem to care. Never coming here again. Went in, no one at counter but there are four kiosks that said to order so I made my order. Chose to go option, chose to pay at counter. Place was pretty empty, as people come in they order and got their stuff. Some dude asked if I was waiting for my order and I said yes. He didn't say to acknowledge. Waited awhile then asked someone in the back where's my order and to make a long story short I just left.

Below is my former review. This place has gone to hell. 20 minutes in the drive thru There are two Taco Bells in Mountain View but only one is consistently good. This Taco Bell is the friendliest and most consistent I have ever been to. Makes it rather amazing the worst I have ever been to is on El Camino.

Pay $8 for a bell grande to have hair in it. Asked for lot of sauce. Didn't see any in the bag, so I asked for more. Very rude worker said that they were on the bottom. I said can I get some more anyway. When I got home there were probably 4 packets at the bottom. Why is it so hard to get enough sauce with the food these days. It's not cheap, would like to eat It the way I like.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. I ordered from the kiosk and waited. Then two people who ordered after me got their orders so I asked and they "didn't see the order" and now I'm going to be late for work. Thank you Taco Bell.

I’m a DoorDash driver, and I occasionally eat here. The old and grumpy man working there treated me with complete disregard just because I’m a DoorDash driver. Being a driver doesn’t mean we can’t be your customers. If you don’t like your job, you shouldn’t take it out on others. No one deserves to deal with your bad energy. I hope the owner of this place takes my comment seriously. That man is betraying his job. Nobody is superior to anyone else. It’s time to let go of that mindset.

This review is for who our receipt shows as our cashier, Yasmin S. Who worked 11-12PM shift 08/09/2025. I’ve never experienced such rude, dismissive behavior from a fast food drive through in 30+ years. Not only did she get my order wrong on multiple simple, standard items, but when asked to correct it, she impolitely refused. Her tone, demeanor, facial reactions were of disgust and contempt for customers. If I were the owner of this Taco Bell establishment, or even Taco Bell corporate, I wouldn’t want someone like that tarnishing customer experiences. 0/5 for Yasmin S at Taco Bell North Shoreline location.

This location has got my order wrong every single time I've ever come here. This last time I held up the line by checking each item was there without unwrapping them. Guess what? It was still wrong once I unwrapped them! One of the items was also so poorly wrapped and upside-down that it fell out into the bag when I picked it up. The employees here are often sneezing and coughing. This has been ongoing for years whenever I foolishly decide to give it another chance so I have to imagine it's the owners or managers.

Without exaggeration, I had the worst experience of my life getting food from drive thru here. The girl who was serving had an impolite tone while taking my order as when I asked her if she’d said orange juice was an option for the beverage, she said that she had just told me it was. The reception isn’t always the clearest through the speakers but I guess I’m sorry I asked for clarification? After we proceeded to the window and she was done handing me my order, I asked her if her name was Gabriela as shown on the receipt and she said in a snarky tone “No. Why do you need to know my name?...I don’t need to tell you my name!” I asked her to call over the manager and she refused. She said I could come inside to talk to the manager but she wasn’t calling him over. When pressed further about her name, she said it was Ashley and shut the window in my face. I went inside and asked for the manager, Ashley started talking in Spanish to her coworkers and it appeared they were talking smack about me. The manager or “manager” came over and hardly spoke English, so couldn’t really converse when I told him what transpired. I also told him they should be wearing name badges so they can be identified by name in the event of a complaint and he responded saying they don’t wear badges…what a silly response. He seemed dull and didn’t have much to say about my complaint either. It really seems they have a poor team here. Additionally, they messed up my order and gave me a bean taco instead of beef. What a god-awful experience.
