Place is clean. Service was courteous and swift. Food was piping hot. Those tenders are really good. Try dipping the cheesy bacon burger into bbq sauce they have. It’s really good. Mellow Yellow limemade was bomb! Fries were hot. Nothing went wrong this visit!
Wendy’s is always a solid choice when I want fresh, quality fast food. The burgers taste like real beef and are made hot to order, not just sitting under a heat lamp. The fries are crispy, especially when dipped in a Frosty, which is always a must. I also appreciate the variety on the menu, from spicy chicken sandwiches to fresh salads that actually taste fresh. The staff is usually friendly and keeps the drive-thru moving quickly. Overall, Wendy’s consistently delivers good flavor, fair prices, and a dependable experience every time I stop by.
Great service dinner service on December 9. The workers were very friendly and nice, especially Ethan. I will definitely be coming back here.
I came here yesterday and it was very busy the employees are hard workers they got my order wrong and Ibrahim an employee got my order fixed fast and was very nice got me out❤️❤️
5 cars ahead of me and still got through the drive through in under 4 mins. Food was delicious, fresh, and accurate.
12/16/24: Stopped by to pick up a late lunch to go and met Zack. He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable of the menu. By the time I filled my drinks and put them in my car, Zack met me at the door as I was going back inside. My order was accurate and the food was hot. I'm grateful for Zack for his great customer service demeanor. He made me feel like a valued customer. The bathrooms were clean, and there was plenty of parking outside.
Whole experience was just meh... Food is average. Service average. The building is nice and new, but every time I've been in there the floor is sticky/slippery. The condiment counter is a mess. One of the drink machines has been out of order for 6+ months. No lids for my cup. The dinning room is always empty. Wonder why? Nothing has changed.
I go through drive through. I start to place my order, the lady couldn't understand anything I was saying to her. I ordered 2 ketchup only burgers and she was marking them down as chicken.. so I asked to pull up since there were no other cars in line. I start to place my order and the people working there didn't know English that we'll, I had to explaine how to make a plain cheese burger or ketchup only burgers, I had to explain how to make the double bacon burger which is on their menu. It took two people to get this order made. I get home, and my husband's burger was made but it had no condiments on it, they forgot one of three of the fries, and instead of a plain cheese burger because my daughter can't have tomato, they smothered ketchup after I said multiple times no ketchup please. I drive back to get it correct and I walk in. The drive through girls and the register girl were standing there laughing and talking , they looked at me and went back to talking. One of the cooks came up to me to help. For the fact she noticed I was upset, she did give me an extra burger, the people ladies working there shouldn't be working there at all. Now I know why this place never has traffic and we no longer will be going there. FYI, the prices are way too much for the plain unflavored food. I will say the chili is still top notch.
Went through the drive thru on a Saturday night - looked as if there was only one stressed out young man working. Had me and two other cars parked and waiting for about 6-10 minutes. When my food arrived, the order was wrong. Genuinely not a single pleasant thing to say here. Management, I sincerely hope you read this and have a wake-up call. Probably not.
Horrible experience fries were under done. Staff wasn't helpful manager was the only one working.
This visit was very rude. The woman was very disrespectfully inconsiderate. Lacked ALL COMMUNICATION SKILL & it wasn’t even worth dealing with. Pulled up in the drive thru and was out on hold twice. What seem like the manager (lady with thick accent) began to take our order. Told us “thank you pull to the window” before we could even finish. We started with the student meal. As I am a college student online. She still wouldn’t allow for us to order the rest before abruptly walking away from the widow twice. I started to go online to get my school info and she then came back to the window to tell us to come inside to order. We left and got no food. We chose Canes instead across the street. It’s not that serious to be rude over not knowing if a student meal is valid. Which it is but she’ll never know because she chose disrespect. Places like that deserves no one’s money. That also was my first encounter at this Wendy’s.
This has to be the worst Wendy's around 😡 Cold French fries, and also can't get a order 👎👎 Threw it away 😡
I work late. I only have a couple of options to eat cheaply. I mobile order and y'all are closed 10 minutes early. I work in food service, y’all can stay open until y’all actually close. Had to cancel my order. Garbage service.
Every time I come here it’s always something. I work up the street so ive been here quiet a few times and each time my order has always been messed up or service is slow. I give them the benefit of the doubt each time but you can beat a biggie bag🤷♀️ it’s the management they always got time to be in the back laughing it up while they take their time servicing ppl.
I’m not sure what happened or maybe it’s just the Wendy’s here in Murphy but things have definitely changed. I’ve been there two times over the last couple weeks the other day the service was slow at best and very rude customer service. Went there again today for the baconAter fries,cheese not melted lid not on the fries. It’s pretty sad. I think I am done with Wendy’s at this point
We ordered from the drive thru. The black boy taking our order either had hearing problems or just can't understand plain English. Every single item was messed up including drinks. I even went in side and explained our order correctly again. Still wasn't right when made the 2nd time, so a 3rd time our food went thru the grill, same thing again food still not right. I was so frustrated I gave up and left. I'll never go back there ever again.And I will make sure anybody that listens to me.Here's what I say about that place
WARNING: Avoid this location—they cheat! The service here is terrible. I ordered a 6-piece chicken nugget meal to go, along with other items. When I went to pick it up, something felt off. I noticed the employee putting sauces in the bag along with my order and even went out of their way to seal it with a sticker before handing it to me. Sensing something was wrong, I opened the bag right in front of them to check the contents. Before I could even look inside, the employee immediately apologized and said, 'Sorry, looks like I only gave you 4 nuggets,' then added two more from the box. This shady behavior has made me lose trust in Wendy's. I’m not even sure if the nuggets were freshly made or if they gave me old ones. After this experience, I’m hesitant to return to this location or trust Wendy's again
I’m CDL driver i travel all all in the US I try Wendy in all states all the time i always order ghost pepper ranch but at this location the taste is not taste, not look like a ghost pepper ranch It taste weird I try at this location three or four time all the time I realize that that’s why I put this review on this location today I open that and see what inside and I see this is not like ghost pepper and anymore and Buns are so hard and last time when I visit her the chicken was soggy And I talk to area leader I think so. He is making money from outside things like buns, sauce, and chips .He arguing with me for soggy chicken.
Tried this location many times... it just gets worse. Today, they kept making the order wrong. We waited for a few mins before someone even acknowledged us because they were dancing. The manager was on her cell phone, on speaker, very loud. The furniture is rusty and dirty. My chicken was cold.
Ordered 2 small Frostys, one for me and my daughter. I get home and she complains about there being something in there so I take a look and find strands of metal in it and in mine as well. I even emptyed it out looking for more and found bits of metal all in the bottom of the cup. I will say I called up at the store right after I found it and the guy was very apologetic and grateful that I called to tell him and assured me that they would figure out what happened. Definitely concerns me as a parent because im not sure how much of it she ate though.
As bad as we feared. We've been waiting 15 minutes and still don't have our food. This is ridiculous. No one is managing this place nor helping other employees with problems--they're just standing around. I want a refund!!! 10 minutes later...the place just had a fire and we had to evacuate. No joke. Twilight zone.
After waiting 15 minutes at the drive thru I then had to wait 6 minutes for my homestyle chicken sandwich with cheese! I just KNEW the chicken sandwich would be blow-ably hot, cheese sinfully melted. What I got pissed me off to the point of I dont need to talk to a soul until I calm down, so I took pictures. The order was for 1 spicy chicken, 1 chicken wrap, 1 homestyle chicken sandwich with cheese.
