The man who helped us at the front counter was very nice. My mom is older and second language so it was nice of him being patient and helpful.
Customer service was absolutely absolutely amazing. Everyone is so kind and so friendly the food came out super hot. I was very satisfied. I would definitely come back here again.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great First-Time Experience! Had my first visit to Popeyes at Benton & Winchester 79 today and it was awesome! Elliot was extremely professional and friendly from the moment I walked in. He patiently walked me through the menu, offered great suggestions, and made sure I had a great experience. The food was fantastic, and his service really made my day. I’ll definitely be back!
I had never used the drive-thru at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, however as I was coming home from work, I decided to get some Popeyes Chicken to my family, it was surprisingly cold and raining. When I drove up, I was a little surprised that there were about eight cars waiting to be served! So I adjusted my mind to be patient, in what might be a long period. I got up to the Order Speaker, and was placed the 10 piece chicken meal, and told the cashier I had a coupon, and provided the 4-digit discount coupon. I expected to be told, that a coupon could not be used, and was very surprised & very pleased that did not happen. As I continued to proceed to the cashier, I began to wonder, will the cashier actually allow me to pay the discounted price. Surprised again, and again very pleased, that I did get the discounted price, and I did get to keep that coupon, for another visit to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen for my favorite Popeyes Chicken! And I do love your hot Apple Pie! Very, very delicious!
I ordered the 3 strips combo. The chicken was not hot, not even warm. This restaurant often serves food that is not the correct serving temperature. You are supposed to keep the hot food hot and the cold food cold. That does not happen here on a regular basis. You should not have to remind them every time you come, to give you some hot chicken. They FAIL.
I love Popeyes, this location, not so much. ordered via the AI menu. I had a coupon, and when. I arrived at the window I told the lady this. She told me that I should have said that to the AI and I said "she didn't ask". Then we got into a staring contest because this woman thought I was going to pay full price! No ma'am! I suggested that they put a sign on the menu to state this..no reaction...I said we'll I guess we need to re-ring my order. She was not happy or nice about it. When done I said "have a nice day" .. no reply! The nerve. Of course I received a mangy piece of chicken..
Took a while for someone to ask if I was ready to order. Manager was talking down to her younger staff. Chicken was very dry and fries not cooked enough.
Manager kept coming our from behind the counter and greeting her friends with hugs and giving away other customers food. My food had said it was ready for 20 minutes but they couldn't give it to me since the manager gave my food away more than once. As a regular here I'm very upset.
I asked for a 3pc tenders meal with ranch and a coke. When I went up to the window they told me they didn't have any ranch, i just have one question, how is it that it's 12 pm and you're already out of ranch. How does that make sense?? they also didn't offer me any other sauces for my food. They gave me the wrong drink aswell, i asked for a coke and got a dr pepper. I just tried to live with it and kept eating. I found a long black hair in my fries. I have short brown hair, my mom has short ginger hair. I threw my food away, it was disgusting.
I did not like having an AI girl talk to me at the drive through. After I paid, they had me drive around and park out front to wait for my order. I was one of 6 cars waiting there for their food. I had to wait over 5 minutes. When they brought out my 5 piece chicken meal, I checked and there were only 3 pieces. And there were no dipping sauces as ordered. I had to send it back, good thing I checked. To top it off, the french fries were not hot, only warm.
Make sure you check your chicken because I paid $40 for little chicken wings when I specifically asked for half thighs and half legs. Host name was “Ginikachukwu”. Plus there’s having too much fun dancing in the kitchen while they made everyone wait more than 30 minutes for your order. Lol who ever manages this places needs to be fired and replaced ASAP
The food is great if they get your order right. Check your order before you leave, don't just count the boxes. I usually do, but had a SUV full of stuff. I'm in the process of moving, so have gone there twice this week. Both times they messed up! Today they got the order wrong over the speaker & fixed it to a higher price at the window. Which is understandable. Then they gave me one 4-piece meal with two sides. Instead of another 4-piece meal with two more sides, they gave me a box of cold fries. Plus there was barely any macaroni & cheese in the second side.
This is by far the RUDEST and most UNPROFESSIONAL experience I have ever dealt with. I am not even sure what the name of what I am assuming is the manager, but I am sure you can find out with the order time roughly around 1pm on Feb 09, 26. I get home and a bunch of items are missing. I call to the store and barely get a word in, and she already knew my order was messed up before I even said much. As I was about to talk, she says are you going to let me speak? She kept up with that attitude and when I say anything she would just reply with "ok, ok, are you going to let me speak now or what?" After I initially accepted she would give me the food, the insanely harsh and rude attitude made me not want to go back there so I asked for a refund and she said go through the website then. We have been here so many times as a big family and honestly, reading through the other reviews, this is the owner's fault. You should be ASHAMED letting your customers be treated like this and allowing this rude behavior towards people who are excited to stop by and pay you. I go to places like chic fil a and the people there make sure you are having a blast. What is wrong with this place? Its like they are doing me a favor by making me food. Safe to say, not coming back and I know you do not care (because if you did, you would not have those people working there) but you did lose guaranteed money here as I, and my family will not be coming back. Also save your AI replies with the big fake em dashes that you (owner) going to reply with. I see the AI throughout all your replies you emotionless robot. Just shocking.
I would never go back here. Manager whom was apparently the general manager was unwarrantly rude to my roommate and myself at 2 different occasions. She was skimping on sauce for the chicken tenders and expressed that my order doesnt come with ANY, and that i have to buy it. She constantly cut her employees off that were talking to me and was a horrible example of costumer service. I have tried reporting it to the website but have yet to get a response. I suggest for people to go spend your money elsewhere.
I went to this Popeyes and the manager Vanessa was really rude and disrespectful I ordered a family meal through the drive thru and they told me it was going to be a 20 minute wait and I said no problem I will park and wait, all of sudden Vanessa the manager she is coming to different cars saying what is your order I don’t have time for this I was so confused because service has always been good at this location and today was pure chaos I’m pretty sure you we’ll get a lot of complaints because she does not know how to manage that business. She would bring 1 bag out and ask every car what is your order? I went inside to make sure my order was coming out and after I told her my order she said no that I had custom order that I had to wait another 30 minutes because there were other people she had to attend, I told her that I had waited my turn and she was refusing to service me. She was yelling and making a big scene and I was very patient and she was over whelmed and there was not a lot of people there. She needs to be trained and learn how to speak to people properly. I ordered a 10 piece meal and paid for it and ended up getting a 8 piece meal I was so disappointed I just wanted to let you know. It the past you had another manager that was very attentive.
It’s a rare time I have a bad experience but I went and was trying to order through the drive through but the machine had fallen over and they couldn’t hear me even tho I was yelling they would just say to speak up. That’s no big deal I get. But when I get to the window to place an order the Employee was very short and rude. I was trying to explain that their machine was on the floor and they wouldn’t even acknowledge I was telling them anything. Rushed us out and told us to go wait in the lot. No big deal but never asked about condiments and didn’t include any. The Mac and cheese is just noodles with a giant block of cheese on top. Usually service and quality are in point but not tonight.
The order was done online. The quality of the chicken was substandard, not fresh and unacceptable after I and my family ate the chicken. The manager was arrogant when asked about redoing the order for fresh chicken. My wife ordered the chicken online but time of the order did not coincide with the receipt. We will never order chicken from there again and I will be sure to let others know how we were treated.
Horrible experience! We walked in and female manager yelled use the kiosk right away prior to us looking at the menu. I haven’t been to a Popeyes in a long time. The issue wasn’t using the kiosk but the demeanor. After we place our order, we heard the female yelling at the staff and made it very awkward during our dinner. During that time, we saw an elderly couple wanting to order from the register and she refused for the staff to place the order at the register and directed them to the kiosk. Never again
My family and I stopped here to dine-in. I used one of the kiosks to order and it gave an error. An employee told me that happens sometimes and asked me to try the other kiosk. The same error came up on the second kiosk so I went up to the register and waited. An employee came up from the back to ask if I was here for a pick up. I told her that I want to place an order because none of the kiosks were working. She simply said "ok" and went to the back to pack more orders. Another employee just stood there and watched. I told my family (they were already seated) that maybe we should just go somewhere else and they agreed. We left without a single employee trying to take our order. There were no other customers inside so they couldn't say they were too busy inside.
I stopped by this Popeyes and asked for a few sauces. The manager told me they only give sauces with chicken tenders and not with anything else on the menu. I ordered a big family meal and asked for three sauces, but they said they could only give me two. It felt a little unreasonable, especially for a large order. Just wanted to share my experience.
Every time I come here the kiosks never work properly. I place my order and when I go to pay I get an error message. The staff doesn’t want to help and insists the kiosk works. Myself and several others were getting the error message. Day one of the Freddy box launch and they are already out of everything. We were unable to order it. We left and will not be returning until management fixes the issues.
Went to Popeyes Winchester The chicken was so greasy I actually had to spit it out. Call the store to speak to with the manager and he didn’t apologize or anything. I will not return to this Popeyes again
So first of all about two weeks ago, I placed the order and picked up two chicken sandwich, deal old and also a family meal of chicken tenders. Everything by the chicken sandwiches were fine with the chicken sandwiches were all bread and no chicken so I called and told the manager what happened and they said that they could remake my order that same day. I told them that I wouldn’t be able to come back that same day so she took my information down or said that she did I went back today to go pick up my remake order and no one wrote any of my information down like they said that they would the manager on duty was rude as hell and extremely unhelpful and told me she would take my number and call me to come back if everything checked out why would I drive back-and-forth for a chicken sandwich so I just left obviously their communication within the staff is nonexistent
6 piece chicken tenders and 6 wings. Went to customer service, and they gave me points equal to a 3 piece tender, but they're just gonna give this trash again.why are the tenders smaller than the wings. Absolutely terrible. How can you give this out and think its acceptable for $30? What a scam. Would give 0 stars if i could. Need a refund. Literally scammed us, they only gave us points to get more garbage. I used to love popeyes but i keep getting disappointed by the same stuff like this
