The food was spot on, chicken fried steak was amazing! And very well cooked. Props to the cook in the back and the service was great. The server seemed to be still in training and the Caucasian lady that was with her kept trying to instigate and argue with the new lady. She was acting as if she was more superior than her, though that might be the case, treat your associates with respect and have more patience. In this world of employment is really hard to find good people.

Came here for breakfast. I ordered the simple combo (eggs, bacon, hash brown and pancakes) and my wife had the garden delight omelet. Food was the usual IHOP fare. Good but nothing to rave about. Service was exceptional.

A trip to Napa with a stop here for breakfast! Crowded to begin with but service and breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and made the experience pleasant. The crowd here goes out the door so something to consider if your coming here!

Clean clean! As a restaurant service individual i notice clean! Trust me when i say that many dimly lit high end places are no where near this clean. Erika was my server and I would snatch her up in my high end restaurant in a moment! She was fantastic and I'm super demanding. Its ihop so the food is ihop food...its good and basic.

Went in for the German Pancakes with logenberry butter. Haven’t had them for years. We were seated promptly by a very nice server, given coffee and the OJ came quickly. When the young lady came back to take our order, I was told they no longer served German Panjes. Again, the G.P. Was listed in their menu. Very upsetting!!

Generally this place is quite good, but this time I had the new Stuffed French Toast which was served less than warn and was so tuff to chew. You definitely needed a sharp knife to cut through it. I just ate a little. The waitress did offer to replace it but I declined. The person I was with had the blueberry pancakes which by her excellent.

I have had a difficult relationship with IHOP. I love the idea of a restaurant focused on providing a great breakfast all day long. I've never been wowed by any of their non-breakfast options. And even though I usually love their pancakes in all their different iterations, I still mourn the amazing Cream of Wheat pancakes they discontinued a decade or so back. But for a good breakfast, well-prepared? This is a great place. This particular IHOP has two things in common with every other IHOP I've been to in recent years: the aforementioned fantastic pancakes and service delivered at glacial speeds no matter how busy or empty the restaurant. During meal rush times, the wait for a table can be an hour or more, which would be less frustrating if a quarter of the seats didn't seem to be perpetually open. Lack of wait staff perhaps? But still, when they are busy, this could be excusable. When the seats are filled and there are twenty groups in line, a long wait for seats or food is reasonable. But why does the food always take so long? When you are seated in a mostly empty store and you still have to wait 30+ minutes to get a stack of pancakes, that's unacceptable. It is, however, what seems to be the norm across the chain. Regardless of how busy or empty, regardless of the size of your party or the simplicity of your order, you probably will have time to go to the Denny's across the street, be seated, order, get served, and eat in the time it takes to get your order at IHOP. So my advice is to go and enjoy some great breakfast food, but don't go during peak hours and don't go if you don't have a LOT of extra time to wait.

Clean, staff is great, service ia great too but wait time is terrible. I've waited for 30minutes just to get my order served to me. Considering that there is 2 servers and 4 tables. Extremely frustrating and ridiculous. I'd have to go to Denny's the next time.

I usually like Ihop, but this location hasn't been upto the standard. The food we ordered had strands of hair, and the server did not apologize for the foreign particle in the food. I went to pay the bill and the cashier did not apologize even after telling them about the hair, however they did not bill me for it after complaining.

Waitress last night was great but there was a roach on the floor of the lobby right in front of the host stand. The floor in our area was filthy, despite being on the side of the restaurant that was not being used that night. The booth we were sat in had food scraps on the seats. The coffee cups had stains that were not from the coffee I drank. Management needs to do better in cleaning and bug exterminators need to be called. Who knows if there were more in the kitchen area.

My family and I arrived, checked in, and were seated within 15 minutes during busy hours (11am on a Saturday)... Really great, and the reason why they are receiving one extra star. It took 15-20 minutes, after being seated, to call our sever over for drinks and place our order at the same time. We received our coffee shortly after, however, we waited 45 minutes and never received our food or an update on it.

I Went on a not so busy day with my kids,the waitress took our order right after seating us which I was impressed about. She brought our food and never came back to ask if we wanted refills on our drinks or how we were doing? We kept waiting for 2 items that were missing from what we ordered while our waitress was talking to someone in the back. The white couple sitting behind us was asked repeatedly by her if they wanted something else. I sensed some ethnicity favoritism there. I dont think ill be going back to the one in Napa

I just got back from making an online order.. They literally messed my entire order up! I ordered over medium eggs, they gave me scrambled. We ordered the cheesecake pancakes and stuffed French toast and NO whipped cream on either order!! I came to IHOP for the sweet pancakes and whipped cream. I also didn’t get my vanilla topping on my stuffed French toast my and husband didn’t get powdered sugar on his pancakes. I called and they didnt even offer to do anything to make it right, and laughed as I was exposing how my order was messed up. Not to mention, the portions were so small, I didn’t even get full after ordering $30 worth of food for my husband and I! Will never return to ‘this IHOP again, horrible experience for my first time eating at IHOP!!

Typical iHop: some are great, others (like this one) are poorly managed. Waited 50 minutes for food to arrive. Judging by the empty tables, many other folks were waiting as well. Toilet was in need of cleaning. Staff overcharged me on a standard item on the menu, which the Manager had to remove.

We got there and were seated right away, the problem was that after that a waiter never came to our table. We got coffee served by some rude guy in the kitchen, the restaurant was not as busy but there were about three waitresses serving and attendig to other people that got there after us and nobody ever came to our table even after that. We asked the hostess who was cleaning the table next to us and asked him who our waiter was and he said that she would be with us in a second, we waited another 15 minutes after this and had to ask a waitress if she was going to serve us, she said no and gave us a name and pointed at one of the waitress that was serving two tables down from us, she was ignoring and serving some other people that barely got there when we were waiting for a good 25 minutes already. After that we waited another 5 minutes and we could tell that she was ignoring us. We had to leave since we were ignored and for some reason denied service in a very subtle way. This Ihop; never again!

Management is not organized , this IHOP is ALWAYS running behind, it does not matter if there is people in the dinning area or not. Somehow they always seem to run behind. I waited 30 mins for a pick up order. You need to hire more efficient cooks, were time management is not a issue .

The very worst service I've ever received. The waiter was constantly yelling at the cook and all the staff were fighting like children. It took 45 minutes for them to bring out our food and they gave me the wrong order. Top top it all off the waiter lied to my face and told me what I ordered wasn't on the menu. I ended up eating an item I didn't order because I was hungry and simply wanted out of that pancake hellscape.

I walked in around 1130am and there was barely any cars parked outside so i thought this would be a quick trip to pick up and go. Once i entered nobody greeted me(which is fine) so i sat down cuz there was a clear sign that said "sit and wait to be seated" and yet i waited there for a while and not once was i asked if i needed a table or Wanna pick up. Probably like 10 minutes later a couple walks in with their baby and right away one of their workers came and got them a table. Then right away ignores me. Another women walks by to ring out the customers who hate and she also walked away from and went to go argue with their cooks about orders not being done. So not only did i not get sever but they only had close to 6-8 people and couldn't even get their order right. I left because my dad and i came back from work and we were really hungry. This is place to me has gone down hill. The workers there now don't care about customer service in the slightest.

We got here with a table of 8 people when we got here there was one whole side empty we got sat and more people started coming in with in 10 minutes the section was all filled the servers went to everyone who was sat after us and took all there drink orders and food orders before we had our drink order taken then people who got here after us started getting food before we even had our drink orders taken worst service I ever seen food was good but service is horrible I'm still waiting for my food as I wrote this and been here over a hour barley had my order taken

My family an I ate there on 7-10. For breakfast. I had ordered scramble eggs hash brown bacon an sourdough bread. Instead of sourdough bread I got regular white bread, an instead of bacon I got some nasty sausage. The waitress told me oh well its the same price an sausage an bacon are both pork so it didn't matter which one I got. I know next time I'm in Napa I'll not go back here again. The only reason I went here in the first place is that it was where my Parents was wanting to eat at.

They have awful cooks and awful customer service. The waitress spilled water all over the table and then just left a pile of napkins at our table, expecting us to clean it up. Much worse, I ordered eggs sunny-side up and it came back with the yolks as cold as when it came out of the refrigerator. I sent it back twice and when the third time it was still cold I gave up. They are simply incompetent people and are frankly a food safety hazard. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

She was talking to me from a distance and I couldn’t hear her so I was respectfully waiting till she walked up to me to ask me what the order was. My family travels a lot and always eat at an IHOP in different states. This is the worst one we have ever been to. Service was extremely slow and they were not even busy. I’ve always been able to substitute the meat on my pancake combo for either another egg or hashbrowns and this location said absolutely not. 1 egg or hashbrowns is definitely cheaper than bacon. Will not return to this location ever.

I don’t like writing reviews but I think it’s necessary for other people to know NOT to DoorDash from here. Yesterday I ordered my daughter a pancake combo, and some flavored pancakes for me. Only reason I could not go in person was because she was ill. This is the second or third time they completely mess up my order. They charged me $70 just to give me regular pancakes and to not even include my daughters meal. Last time I door dashed from here they gave me regular pancakes too. I had given them another shot yesterday but I just got completely disappointed. Won’t be coming here anymore. I really hope after this review they pay more attention to what there doing even if they are extremely busy.
