Quick service and great customer service. The app is super quick and easy to use coupons. Love the pizza tracker on a crunched timeline running errands and if you haven't tried passing the line, I highly recommend ya figure that one out to save ya more time. Time is money! So save some time and use the app and pass the line. Dinner is served!

Order ahead online and pick up your order at the pizza portal. It's quick and convenient especially if the store is busy. Only drawback is you have to ask for the sides of crazy sauce that you ordered. It would be cool if they could somehow add it with your order in pizza portal.

Holy cow.... this is the best little Ceasars I've ever eaten at. Yeah the lobby was hot but the workers were running sound around. My pizza was amazing and I really loved everyone's attitudes... very happy with my coves choice to go there tonight on a whim

Pizza was great.. Service very good.. Only issue was it was really hot in there .customers kept opening the doors to get fresh air and it was 90* degrees outside

There lines are long, but if you want some thing cheap and decent ... great spot. Wish the had more positions of pizza ready.

The pizza is great and the service quality is fantastic, but the building is a bit small for the amount of people that are sometimes there.

I really don't like Little Caesars, but ever since they came out with the Crazy Puffs I've been addicted. At this location the lovely young lady who is at the register on most days is wonderful by the way.

Its Little Cesars, and it's good pizza, believe it or not. Not the best, but definitely not the worst. Their deep dish, or what he's really called "Detroit Style" is very good. Great breadsticks, and very convenient pickup. So good in fact, you don't even have to speak to an employee, if you order online, and use the "Pizza Portal". Cheap and convenient.

They frequently do not have someone working the portal side and it will take a long time to get my piazzas.

The pizza is cheap and ready to go, but it's not very good. Their bread sticks are remarkably good, as are their dipping sauces. Their deep dish bacon heart attack provoking monstrosity is amazing.

Great service, gave them a 3⭐ because sometimes depending on how buissy they are, you'll find the wings are not well cooked. But I got to hand it to them they are quick with great prices.

On the best nights where the employees can't get my head out of the bucket, police are called . If I'm lucky I would have achieved unconsciousness from inhaling large amounts of thick red sauce. Medics reviving me will have me coughing up loads of partially digested sauce before my ride back to the state hospital, where there is a disturbing lack of pizza sauce. I need to breathe in the sauce. The Trout that live in my toenails have been begging for the sauce they use as fuel to power the machines that communicate with the motheship, currently in a decaying orbit over Earth. It it crashes into the planet, spores will release and and trigger an ecological disaster, mutating every terrestrial mammal into something extremely stupid. Which is fine, becuase I friggin hate paperwork.

It’s a Little Caesars chain, but it’s pretty reliable. My wife and I usually get a custom thin crust and it’s fine. The crust is pretty flavorless, but it’s crispy and thin. We typically order delivery. Honestly, it’s a fair price for a pizza delivered. Nothing fancy. Wish they didn’t cut thin crust like barbarians (grid cut). Gotta give them 3 though until they improve the cheese and thin crust quality. The crust is cardboard and the cheese is tasteless (it’s more of a glue to hold down the toppings). Still, again, it’s good price for delivery compared to pizza everywhere else.

We went there today. I ordered two pizzas and was told by the girl at the register that I will HAVE to wait ten minutes! I said no problem...which it wasn't. When our pizzas was ready the girl placed the two pizzas and our crazy bread on the counter and walked away. She looked at my direction but didn't let me know verbally that they were mine. My daughter had to ask her if they were ours and the girl said yes without looking at my daughter. Also, throwing the marinara sauce on the boxes. She odviously was having a bad day because her customer service was lacking a lot! The only reason I gave this place three stars is because the pizzas were hot and fresh. The pizzas are so much better than the little Cesar's in Vallejo. I hope the girl has a better day tomorrow. I can't tell you what her name is because we never got a receipt.

My extra most bestest pizza was over done and tastes like it has sat int he warming oven for well over the alotted time. My breadsticks on the other hand ... are excellent. Disappointed in the pizza which is why I rated 2 stars. I usually have no issues wth Little Caesers Pizza but tonight I wanted a noce greasy pizza and this just didn't cut it. only ate 1 piece of the 2 I put on my plate.

After calling in our pizza order (stuffed Hawaiian) and confirmed to pick up around 20 min or so...THEN Waiting in line that stretches out to the door WE were told that there was NO ORDER by the name nor was there ANY stuffed Hawaiian pizzas ready...the young lady at the counter insisted there was no order called in and we can just wait to make it....as if we were making it up. Apparently the other young lady who took our order had already left for her shift and didn't follow through with the order... WE were not compd in any way for the inconvenience of having to wait twice for one pizza. Every employee must have been under the age of 21...they were just kids really. PERHAPS NAPA NEEDS 2 LITTLE CEASERS PIZZA PLACES with THAT MUCH business.....LOL.

I was on hold for 10 minutes 1st call. Hung up and called 2nd time, phone rang more than 20 times. Hung up. Called a 3rd time, and they finally answered. I wouldn't have wasted my time if it wasn't for my husband wanting the pIzza.

Even with the remodel, the place feels dirty. The kids who work there seem to be mess in around a lot. Most cashier's are incredibly rude and just stare with RBF.

Cold pizza , they berly give you crush peppers and parmesan cheese.

Pizza makers were not wearing gloves, and soda machine did not work, so we went to Lucky's next door for drink. Pizza was food though.

Over an hour before closing and they're closed to online orders for pickup. Guess they don't want business that badly.

I just got back from stopping here. I went in, at approximately 7:25 pm, and the conversation went like this: Me: Can I get two cheese pizzas? Employee: (checks) We only have one. Me: Well, is another one about to come out from the back? Employee: I dunno. I doubt it. Me: Can we maybe check and see? Employee: No, we're doing orders right now. Me: I don't know what that means.... Employee: It means you have to order it. Me: OK, how long will that take if I did that? Employee: About 25 minutes. Me: Nevermind. I'll take the one (and in the future, probably go elsewhere...) I guess Little Caesars new slogan is "Hot and Ready! (in about half an hour or so. Maybe.)" It seems like you'd keep stock of the most simple pizza possible, if that is the whole point of your business (which is what Little Caesar's claims it is). So overall, a pretty terrible experience. Although "I dunno. I doubt it," is a pretty terribly hilarious thing to say to a customer, because it's pretty terrible...

Horrible wait everytime no matter the time of day. For a place that advertises hot and ready, nothing is ever ready not hot unless you wait. 20 min wait minimum everytime. Dont even think the portal will help, never up and running. You can wait 20 extra minutes, and still have to wait. This place sucks. No front end management, random people behind the counter that dont work here, always a dirty store. They talk about customers in Spanish, just horrible.

I called, and they are incredibly rude. I will call you, the president, and the "Better Business Bureau" about bad franchisee practices AND about my ranch.

Poor service while waiting in line behind another customer a third customer walks in the door past both of us right to the counter and pays for her Pizza she called in. Maybe if Carla AKA "the with little girl attitude" behind the counter didn't know this woman or if she asked us if we phoned our order in or if we were Hispanic we wouldn't have been passed up in line and treated so poorly. I truly wonder if any Asian black or white people are employed there #racistpizzajoint

Do not order delivery through the little Caesar’s app. I got the wrong order. DoorDash said they are not responsible and little Caesar’s said they are not responsible. I called little Caesar’s customer service and they don’t pick the phone. I left 4 messages and they never returned my call.

The employees don’t wear masks yesterday I saw one guy not wearing a mask at the back and the cashier does not wear a mask. I will report this place to the napa county health department 👎

I look up online they are supposed to be refrigerated at all times. They have them in a floor display. I tried to call to tell them they need to be tossed because they have been who knows how long out of refrigeration but they never answer the phones. Everytime i go here i have problems. There wasn't anyone at the store or busy at 8pm. I'm disappointed.

I a usually order through the app for portal pickup and every single time we wait for our order long after the notification was sent saying to come pick it up. They are rude, they won't cook your order after 930pm when they close at 10, and they do not enforce covid safety protocols. I.e. requiring mask for entry, limiting number in lobby, despite signage on door stating so. Only reason why they get 1 star is because they are only company location in town and they are still affordable.

I waited more than 30 min on my order because they had only put in one pizza in the oven instead of two. Never again it’s annoying how they don’t apologize or say what’s wrong and they just keep you waiting there. When I got my order one was burnt and they weren't cut all way through it was just annoying.
