If only I could call in my order and save a few minutes of my life! But even though it takes me an old person trying to use NEKTER updated order system a long time to order, staff is quick! And delivers with a smile! My husband is in and out in a jiffy! Fruit is ALWAYS the best quality and as fresh as picked off the plants! I love it NEKTER! Wish I lived in town or that there was delivery service for up-valley!

Store is very clean and organized. I love the products here! The juices are great and not overly sweet. The bowls are yummy and filling—much better than Jamba Juice.

I was so excited to try the new chocolate covered strawberry smoothie only available through the mobile app. I was able to place my order, but when I got to the store to pick it up, there was no chocolate toping in the middle as advertised because they ran out. The server was very nice and friendly. He even gave me some $$$ off coupons for the next visit. He also said there was no way to turn off ordering this smoothie in the app, which is very disappointing.

About 30 minutes in, there were 16 customers in the place. Not a single one had their order. Half had started watching videos, and the noise was insane. So many people came in after us and got their orders before us. Everyone just sat and waited... or sat in their car and checked in every now and then. If you're going to service both app and in person orders, you need the staff to support both. If you keep trying to serve app orders over in-person customers, you'll continue to get some unhappy reviews. You claim to be the neighborhood juice bar, but we are your actual neighbors. This issue has been an actual conversation in the neighborhood. We decided to come back anyway and see if it's gotten any better. It hasn't. It took over 40 minutes to get 2 items. AND mine doesn't taste very good - the balance is off.

Came back another day, service was slow again which I wasn’t bothered by, but then other customers got their orders before us who came in after us. So even though we were the first to come in, they didn’t start making our drinks until after multiple people who were behind us in line. We finally got our drinks (the same kind we had the first time) and they did not taste the same as before. They were honestly so bad we had to throw them away. We won’t be coming back.

They charged tips without asking. First time buying here, bought one smoothie and I don’t usually ask for my receipt, but because I wanted to remember what I got in clase I liked it I asked for my receipt. I didn’t noticed until I got home, they charged $3 for tips. I mean, I only give tips If I love the service/product I’m getting. Definitely not going again.

To say the least I will not be returning.

Took 45 minutes to get a bowl of fruit because only one guy was working until the last minute another guy came in. And halfway through the register broke. The food was alright and they compensated one other lady but nobody else even though we all waited a super long time. Don’t reccomend unless you want to wait a hour for a bowl
