Love take and bake pizza. Honestly, you can't find good pizza on the west coast. Not like a slice on Times Square or a pie in Chicago. Or Federal Hill in Providence. Papa Murphy's is a good stand-in, fresh and hot out of my oven!

We called 5 min before closing and they took our order, we told them we were on our way and would be there before they closed. When we got there we saw there was a special for Tuesdays and added to our order, the two people working were very nice and made our order with smiles!!! The pizzas were great!!!

Tried their online ordering it worked great. After work all I had to do was stop on my way home, run in pick up my pizza which was ready to be picked up and continue on home. This place has always been one of my favorite places to go for pizza.

My pizza order was ready on time from a friendly staffperson, and it was delicious.

My hubby and I had a fantastic time! We really enjoyed the experience! The ladies were very helpful and fun!! They made our time very memorable!! Thank u ladies!! The blonde one and I believe our hostess was Sophia. We will take another drive from Chino Hills to Markham!! We'll be back for more bottles of Muscat Blanc!! Yum!! Thanks again for such a wonderful time!!

These guys always do a great job and you can't beat their prices for fresh pizza! It feels cleaner than takeout pizzas - less greasy - and their weekly promos are a killer deal.

An employee accidentally gave my pre-ordered pizza to the wrong person. Mistakes happen. But the manager decided to give me a free container of chocolate chip cookie dough. I didn't even ask. I thought that was pretty cool.

Pappa Murphy's offers customers the ability to pick up a fresh premade pizza at decent cost. Their building is clean. And their staff is friendly.

While it's not authentic Italian/American pizza, I like that I know that the veggies and other toppings are fresh. They also have great salads and little kits for kids so that they can build their own pizzas. The prices are terrific and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Pizza was great. Tastes better than Papa Joes. We did a side by side taste test. The sauce on papa Murphys was great. Not enough on the other.

Showed them my confirmation email and it was made in less than 15 minutes. thank you to the two that helped me tonight!

If you can't wait and you want a great pizza that won't set your pocketbook back, I highly recommend to go to PAPA MURPHY'S on any Tuesday because on what I call Pizza Tuesdays you can pick up any pizza they make in the Large Size for about $14.00. In orderedthe Sicilian Chicken and it was a beautiful and tasty Large Size Pizza. Any other pizza place in the area would charge close to $40.00. It is a Take and Bake so you take it home, heat your oven to 425 and it takes between 14-16 mins for it to be turned into a beautifully baked and carmelized pizza. Num, num.

These two employees are just fantastic, Jesus and Nancy always greet me with exuberance, kindness and by my First Name. Soon as I walk through the door, they go and get my pizza. I don’t have to tell them my name. How many other fast-food places do that? They make it a joy to frequent Papa Murphy's in Napa CA. These employee’s go far, above and beyond. Papa Murphy's needs to recognize these two. Thanks guys.

Nice place very friendly not supper fast seems like the kid making pizzas was new so it took a long time to see him making the pie but tested really good very friendly place but dont come.if you're in a hurry

I had ordered with in the store. Received my order within 10 minutes. The site was neat and organized with plenty of staff. Friendly staff as well.

Talk about intestinal distress, and I'm a BBQ chicken pizza connoisseur. Don't go here unless desperate ish. Tastes good, bowels bad afterward.

It was alright. The dough tastes like cardboard to me, the toppings were just right! If the dough was better, I would definitely recommend this place!

I made a call on the phone and the guy said his name was Phillip. Answered the phone with papa Murphy's what do u want. Not cool at all.

When specifically asking for LIGHT RED SAUSE….. I don’t want to bit into a 5 gallon bucket of sauce… if light sauce means it stills poors out of your mouth then that’s not “light sauce”

Would not honor their posted discount in the storefront and via text. Said my pizza was not included in the discount when it was clearly stated in the small print on poster that it was. Will not ever return to this store after being a patron since this business opened.

The pizza is great, but the customer service is terrible. I love their pizza when they get my order right. Accidents happen, but this particular store just expects you to live with it when they mess up your order.

Last week they failed to put any meat on the Fritos pizza. When I arrived to pick up, I had to holler “hello” three times…finally, someone came out and glared at me. Two minutes later, someone gave me the defective order. This week, a request for double pepperoni resulted in zero pepperoni. I’m a local and will NOT be returning to this location for our weekly pizza.

Called me back and they immediately put me back on hold. When I was ordering the pizza, the person rushed to take my order and ended up getting the size wrong. When I arrived to pick it up, employee was on his phone. Took me saying something for him to turn around and actually get to work. Didn’t even put the instructions in the pizza. Not the end of the world but annoying nonetheless. You can do better.

I’ve always loved Papa Murphy’s when you have a group to feed or quick filling dinner it’s the spot. Service is not always the greatest and today was no exception. Sweet employee tried to check me out after coming to pick up my phone order. She asked the owner for help applying my coupon. After she did the total was still a little high so I inquired as to the amount per pizza. I explained that I had ordered two of the pizzas because they were on special. The owner intervened and stated that it was a promotion so I could not have the special and the coupon . I have come in to pick up a special and another pizza using a coupon in the past but I would have been more understanding had the owner been a little more gracious. Honestly the additional discount was only a couple of dollars and he could have just waived it and explained NICELY which would have been the appropriate customer service but instead was huffy short and begrudgingly gave me an additional dollar off and walked away . I’m only leaving this review in hopes he’ll listen . A little kindness and patience makes a lifelong customer handling misunderstandings appropriately is the mark of a good businessman. After the hundreds of dollars I’ve spent here year after year I’m honestly put off of this place and all over a few dollars .

Well, we are now ordering our pizza from the American canyon store. Napa store was not online(no one knew why) and would not honor the online corporate special. They became rude and beligerant. Horrible customer relations.
