Usually has attentive and quick service. I have had waiters and a great 2nd shift manager personally ensure some food I ordered was cooked specially for some older people who had no teeth. Pretty good of them. Polite and friendly.

Our visit was great! Immediately we were greeted on the speaker with excellent customer service from Rusty. She spoke clearly and nailed our complicated order, an order that was completely correct when received. Our service was good all around and we had no complaints about our order either! :)

My only complaint was I ordered a #3, $11.50 I believe. Tax maybe $13, It rang up as $16 something. I was born at night but not last night.. I asked to speak to the manager but nope they didn't want to come out, but I know what happened my order got rang up separate, so individually priced items instead of the combined price... You gotta watch bout before agreeing to overpay something,,, order in the app. Well some people like to order in person or with cash like th old days .. I will go back just need to pay attention to the price

Food is great and service is usually pretty good. Everyone has their off night - and this IS a fast food place, so mistakes are bound to happen. Carhops are always pleasantly surprised when you tip for good service. Note to travelers: A little hard to get out of their parking lot if you need to turn against traffic - get in the middle lane and then scooch over.

This review is more or less point out how places seem to overcomplicate things. What happened to the good old days when you order a number seven it’s a combo meal with fries unless you ask for a sub. I tried to do that. I would like a number seven with the peach mango water.. And she Tells me what I like the burger or the combo. I said yes, the combo the number seven. With a really rude voice, I hear yes but would you like the combo and I say yes I said I want the combo. And then since she’s not talking clear and is obviously frustrated very easily sounds like she’s saying you have to sign so I’m waiting because I thought she was talking to the lady that was actually at the window to sign a receipt or something. And she lets me sit there for a minute or two before finally saying you still have to have a side so That’s what she was saying, not sign. So I say yeah, I would like the fries. I don’t know I thought when you ordered A combo it was a combo. I didn’t realize you have to say I want a number seven and I want to combo it. If I want just the burger, I would’ve said I want a garlic bacon cheeseburger. I mean, that’s how it’s always been but these days you can’t tell. I just don’t understand how they get so easily frustrated and have an attitude when they’re supposed to have customer service I shouldn’t have, tipped But I didn’t. This place is to have really good service. They had a manager that was always on it. And when they did mess up, he took care of it. I don’t know if he’s still here but this young lady that was working this Afternoon about 11:30 needs to check her attitude before she comes to work.

For whatever reason, their food cools off really fast and it becomes unedible. They also nickel and dime their coupons where you can't get a half-price drink and something else off of the deal.

We went through the drive thru to order for 2 people. The lady took the first meal and spouted out the total and all and disconnected all while my friend was trying to say I have another order ma'am. He was able to order at the window and was happy with the food. Mine was just okay. They don't use the same ingredients as they used to now that there's a sonic on every corner so it's just not good anymore. Bring back the old burgers and fries!

No one taking orders at drive thru. Pulled up to window and still no service. Tried to give me someone elses order. Watched them and their standing around talking. Strawberry limeade had no Strawberry.

I'm rating this a 1 star, due to 1 issue that seems to happen every time I go there, or even bring my wife and children there with me. That issue being that the service is always extremely slow. Whether there are a lot full of cars, or not a single vehicle in sight. Most of the time we order only drinks, but occasionally we order food as well. I'm just not understanding why or how it could take well over 5 minutes to bring out 2-4 drinks when half the time the drinks we order are the exact same. Not to mention, when we order food, we are always sitting and waiting for the food for well over 15 minutes. Never fails. I'm not sure if it is just us or if it is happening to everyone else, but I know that it shouldn't take that long to make drinks or even food for that matter. I know this personally because I have worked at many different fast food chains and never have I ever had this happen to me each and every single time I go to this location or any location around the area. On a positive note though...the drinks are always good. The food is just as good.
