This is hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in a long time! The service is spectacular, and the owner is incredibly attentive and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm, authentic, and inviting. The best kebab I’ve ever had. juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Their hummus is outstanding, and the most amazing part is that they bake their bread fresh in a wood-fired oven right in front of you. The bread is absolutely to die for! If you haven’t tried this place yet, you’re missing out. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great food and genuine hospitality! Best Mediterranean restaurant.

I came with my wife with an excitement to try persian food for the first time and we accidentally stumbled upon this wonderful restaurant Noosh. Very welcoming place and we ordered falafal for starter which was mindblowing and had chicken rice which was delicious along with persian tea (we can refill the cup) it was very authentic tea and we enjoyed the meal as a whole authentic persian food experience. This place is a must try when you are in Nashville!

My husband and I went to Noosh based on a recommendation. We ordered a myriad of things. We got a yogurt based appetizer with cucumbers, hummus, kashk, and tahdig to start. It was delicious. The tahdig Look different than what I’m used to, yet it was still flavorful. The hummus and kashk also came with pita bread. We were also seated next to the window so we could see the woman making pita bread. For entrées we had the lamb shank and my husband had the chicken and kubideh dish. I loved my lamb shank dish as it came with the broth and I had requested saffron rice instead of the lima bean rice. My husband‘s chicken and kubideh was also donuts-watering. Our waitress, Trisha, was great. I wish she had come to our table more often as I had wanted more water, yet we came at a busy time, so understandable. Also the owner Naz came in, saw us, which was wonderful. Lastly, we had the baklava cake, which was good too. This is one of our new favorite places, and we will definitely be back soon!

Was excited to sit down and get the full experience after coming to the launch. Place was packed on a Sunday evening, a great sign for a newer place! David our server did great during a bustling time. The food was even better than expected, highlights being the Saffron Chicken, Lamb Koobideh, Lamb Shank, and quite simply, the pita as a starter as well. Just the right portions in every capacity. Was hoping for white/yellow onion. Nashville has some great Persian/kurdish food, but nothing quite to a level this elevated. Closest thing to this is in Atlanta, so very pleased that we now have one right at home! Will be back soon!

Fabulous Persian restaurant in White Bridge!! We had a wonderful meal and experience here. It is a family run restaurant—the owners are warm and hospitable. The food is absolutely delicious. We started with the eggplant spread Mirza. For entrees, we got the Cornish hen, chicken kebab and one of the stews. The Cornish hen was amazingly cooked—so juicy and flavorful. We ended the meal with Persian black tea and backlava cake. The tea was great and we even bought a box that they sell at the restaurant! We will definitely be back and recommend others to go!

We recently visited a newly opened Persian restaurant in Nashville, owned and run by a wonderful family, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. You can truly feel the love and care behind everything they do. The food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic Persian flavors, fresh ingredients, and perfectly cooked. Every dish tasted homemade and thoughtfully prepared. What really stood out to us was the variety of drinks ٫not only unique, but also incredibly refreshing and flavorful. It’s clear they put just as much attention into their drinks as they do into their food. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and they were incredibly kind and friendly. You don’t often get that kind of genuine hospitality. If you’re in Nashville and looking for authentic Persian food, amazing drinks, and a place that feels like home, this restaurant is a must-visit.We will definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

With Shab-e Yalda, the Iranian winter solstice and longest night of the year, coming up, we had to celebrate with a classic Fesenjan and our first visit to Noôsh Persian Cuisine. The service was excellent, with beautiful attention to detail—from the cocktails to the tasting plates to the entrées. Every dish was thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. Our server, Brandon, was wonderful at anticipating our needs—warm, friendly, and attentive—making it a fun, relaxing experience for two ladies out for a low-key dinner. There’s truly something for everyone to enjoy, even for those with more sensitive palates or anyone who’s never tried Persian cuisine before. Fun atmosphere, stunning food, and a memorable experience. Highly recommend. Pictured here: Tahdig with Gheimeh (your choice of stew), Napeloni, and Rose Water Roulade. We got so excited about the Fesenjan we forgot to photograph it 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

My wife and I visited Noosh this week because we heard some great things about the place from others. It is without a doubt the best Persian restaurant in Nashville, and it's not close. I'm Persian myself and if you like Rumi's and Chello (in Atlanta) this place is even better. Their Joojeh Kabob is so juicy and the Chello is amazing aswell. A must-go place in Nashville!!! Food: - Wife 10/10 - Me 9.4/10 (I'm a tough grader; Rumis for example is an 8.6) Service: - Wife 10/10 - Me 10/10 (Our server Nathan was amazing) Atmosphere: - Wife 10/10 - Me 10/10 (Good for big parties aswell!)

This is truly one of the most authentic and best Persian restaurants in Nashville! Every dish is full of rich flavor and made with love. Their kabobs are hands down the best in town; juicy, tender, and perfectly seasoned. The hot chicken was a refreshing and a creative twist. They also have the best desserts in town. absolutely delicious! The service is amazing, and you can feel the warm family atmosphere the moment you walk in. Best kabobs. Best restaurant. Best mediterranean restaurant.

Family place that hits. Starts with amazing service from Mariam which was attentive and attention to detail was on point. No need to ask she just knew what the customer wanted before they ask. The food is great quality and taste and has been one of my favorite experiences in Nashville area. Wood oven is always a bonus too. BTW get the shaved ice and saffron ice cream combo you'll appreciate it. Congrats on the opening and think you'll have a strong following. Cheers.

You must try Noosh! The owner Naz has taken special care to share her family recipes so we can experience true, authentic Persian cuisine. Not only is the presentation beautiful and artful, the flavors are vibrant and fresh! It's hard to pick a favorite because the bread and smoked eggplant is so flavorful followed by the lamb kabob which is perfectly grilled, yet tender. My friend had the Fresenjan which is a luxurious stew of chicken simmered in ground walnuts and pomegranate molasses. Wow! The service is personable and very helpful. Reasonably priced and a good spot for a date night or family outing! Don't leave without trying the Chocolate Roulade. It's hard to put your fork down! Be sure and meet Naz! She's "family!"

This is my favorite new Persian restaurant in town. It was so good! The sheesh kabob is incredible and just melts in your mouth. Everything I tried was full of flavor and really fresh. The staff were friendly and the vibe of the place made it easy to just sit back and enjoy the meal. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to again and again.

What an amazing experience! Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The kebabs were juicy, the rice was fluffy, and the saffron aroma was heavenly. The staff were warm and attentive. Can’t wait to come back!

I love this place! Nashville needed this restaurant. I definitely recommend trying the feast for two for those that are new to Persian food so you get a nice variety of dishes to try. I loved the mirza ghasemi and the fact that you could tell the eggplants were smoked. Every dish is cooked with love. The Ghormeh Sabzi and koobideh were also excellent. This is the only Persian restaurant in town that makes its own bread. Saffron ice cream is also house made. I will be a regular here.

Absolutely the best kabob in town! Every dish at Noosh is fresh, beautifully seasoned, and full of authentic Persian flavor. The warm, elegant atmosphere and attentive service make it a standout dining experience — a true gem. I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying more of their menu!

My friends and I came to Noosh for lunch 12/11 and had excellent food and excellent service. Our waiter was extremely nice and helpful. We tried the stew sampler and all 3 were great but my favorite was the Fesejan, the lamb and salmon kabobs both great especially the salmon which was perfectly cooked and seasoned and two deserts which were not too sweet and very light which was great after a large meal. We will definitely be back.

The food and our server Nathan were top notch! We started with the Noosh platter (hummus, yogurt, and eggplant dips) whcih were all delicious. The lamb shank was fall of the bone tender. We will absolutely be backa again.

we enjoyed absolutely everything! I come from a Persian background and this is one of the only Persian restaurants in the area. It felt like home and what i’ve been wanting since I moved. We will definitely be back for the rest of the menu we haven’t tried and the service was fantastic! Trish and Naz were fantastic!!

Overall good. I would return again. It definitely has room to improve and i think it will with time. I have tried the zereshk polo with chicken, lamb dish with baghali polo, joojeh kabob with saffron rice, veggie kabob with adas polo, kashke bademjoon, and rollet cake with tea. All dishes were ok. The chicken with zeresh polo was a little dry, the lamb dish was tender and flavorful, the joojeh kabob a little under cooked but edible, the kashke bademjoon was a little watery and less oily, the rollet cake was beautifully presented, and the veggie dish was perfectly cooked with delicious adas polo. The service could have been better. The waiter forgot to bring additional sabzi with bread as requested. The waiter also forgot to box our left over kashke bademjoon as requested. The restaurant wasnt fully packed but busy. Still i dont think thats a good excuse. With that said, If you are craving middle eastern food with ambianc, this is your place. You wont be disappointed!

My wife and I found Noosh on Instagram and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Every bite was fantastic and had so much character! We had the Noosh Sampler (the Falafel👌🏼), I got the Zarehk Polo Ba Morgh which was a quarter chicken and rice dish, and it blew my mind! Our waiter was also outstanding. Add that the owner came and talked with us, and the ambience and layout was a perfect vibe. We’ll be back!

Wish I could give them 10 stars! Best Persian food in Nashville and the owner and her family are so kind and welcoming. Kabobs came out hot and fresh and of course we saved room for a few desserts. They have so many amazing Persian dishes on their menu and we will be returning to try more!

My family and I had such a wonderful experience at Noosh Cuisine. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and beautifully done. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and presented with such care. A very special thank you to our server, Melina, who made the evening even more memorable. She was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal and exceptional service.

Only got the appetizers. Which were the bomb! That hummus has beets and garlic in it. It is to Die for! The eggplant dip..... Savory and smooth like butter! Definitely have to come back and try a full meal! If the appetizers taste this darn good, I can only imagine what the entrees taste like!! The staff actually seems happy to be there! That's a telltale sign of the management! They need to be happy they have good leadership! They break down everything on the menu if needed. Which is another reason why I have to come back! Those stews are right up my alley! The Ambiance is very cozy! I dare to say even date night-ish! But it's very cozy and warm! Might need to come back with a boo-thing versus a friend LOL

Went with my family yesterday amazing food, great service, and such cozy vibes! The place was packed but they still found us a table. Loved the desserts, and that black tea was heavenly. We’ll definitely be back! PS: make a reservation ahead it’s always busy here!

Fantastic!! Nashville best new restaurant!! We had the trip sampler, all of them were so good!! We had salmon kabobs and Cornish hen. I am from SoCal and have had lots of Persian food. This rivals the best Cali has to offer!! Please don’t over look the saffron ice cream. The service was spot on and her suggestions and guidance for what to order was great!! I will be back every time I visit. Great job Noosh!!

Noosh is an amazing new addition to Nashville’s food scene. The restaurant is kept clean — you can see right into the stainless-steel kitchen where authentic Persian chefs grill the food fresh to order. The owner is warm and welcoming and the food is very well prepared. I’ve been eating Persian food all my life and was too excited when I saw a new spot opening up in the city. They start you off with a fresh baked thin bread topped with sesame, paired with cheese, walnuts, and fresh herbs. My friend loved the Ghormeh Sabzi, and my chicken and koobideh combo was perfectly seasoned. We also enjoyed the Mast-o-Khi’yar (Cucumber Yoghurt), Shirazi salad, and their unique cocktails — the Persian Jewel and the Sassy Sumac (vodka based). They have a seasonal soup called Ash Reshteh that wasn’t available yet, but we can’t wait to come back for it. We went with the Soup e Jo (Barley Soup) which was unique but in a good way. Dessert was a must — saffron ice cream and faloodeh were the perfect finish. My friend is new to Persian food and I love feeding people the food I grew up on so watching her try it and love it was enough to make me happy. Authentic food, great atmosphere, sweet owner, great prices, and genuine hospitality — it smells like home. I highly recommend Noosh.

Delicious! We tried a total of 8 different dishes (3 stews, 2 spreads, 2 kebobs) and everything was so good! Unusual to our palates which is a great thing. The staff could not be nicer. Everyone greeted us warmly and explained the food in detail and how to use the sumac to season the food. Our food came out very fast! Woodburning oven can be seen from our table and the decor looks authentic but modern. Excellent new find for us!!!

My family has a tradition where we visit a Persian restaurant everywhere we travel. This one was a charming spot in Nashville. The koobideh was our favorite and Nathan was a fantastic server. He was able to keep up with our quirky humor and contribute to a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Experience at Noosh Persian cuisine! What a great place! We truly enjoyed our visit to Noosh — the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully made. Everything we tried was amazing, especially the Barg Kabob, Koobideh Kabob, and the Rollet dessert — it was so delightful! The atmosphere was warm and elegant, and everyone was so welcoming. The owner was exceptionally kind and attentive, personally checking to make sure we were happy with our meal and that everything was perfect. We had a wonderful time dining here and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended!

Had lunch here as a group of 8. Excellent service, very nice. Large portions of food. Everything came out pretty quickly and was hot. They cook everything fresh and it’s very authentic Persian food. I loved the sultan kabob and the lamb shank. All the desserts are great too, you cannot miss with whatever you choose to try. Highly recommend. Next time we’re visiting we will definitely come back. P.S. we had a vegetarian in the group and they were happy with the veggie food options

We had a fantastic experience at Noosh. The food was absolutely wonderful, and the service was phenomenal. We felt welcome from the moment we walked in the door and everyone there made us feel more like family than guests. Our waiter was ever gracious and helpful on walking us through the menu, describing the various dishes, recommending pairings, and balancing the right amount of attentiveness and helpfulness. The food was absolutely delicious from the spreads and bread to the superb sirloin kabobs to the decadent saffron ice cream. We can't wait to go back and try other dishes!

My experience here was simply magical. It might be some of the best food I've ever had in my life. I had tea, hummus, saffron chicken with barberry rice, and saffron ice cream. The flavors are all brand new to me yet somehow familiar and comforting. The chicken fell off the bone and the barberry rice had little bursts of sweet and sour. The sumac on the table took everything to the next level. The ice cream was delicately floral. I wasn't sure what to expect when I came here but I am so glad I did. Server was friendly, helpful, and attentive. I will certainly be back and will tell as many people as I can to try this place!

What a gorgeous dining experience we had at Noosh -- from seating to heading out, we had amazing hospitality, thoughtful service and absolutely delicious food. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and the meals are plated in a such a lovely way! I am new to Persian cuisine, but am a foodie. Our server, Neema was a delight-- warm and kind and helpful as he explained the menu and enthusiastically answered our many questions. Naz, the owner, came by our table to welcome us and was simply amazing. What a gift to have this new spot in town-- Don't miss it! We enjoyed the beef kabob, the walnut and pomegranate stew with chicken, the yogurt and shallot spread, the sampler of spreads and the saffron ice cream (do not miss that!!). Everything was delicious and nourishing and it was so much fun to try something new in such a beautiful setting. We will definitely be back!

What an exceptional dining experience! The meal was both authentic and beautifully modern. Each dish was full of vibrant Persian flavors! The service was outstanding, and the cocktails were creative and delicious! I’m thrilled to have a Persian restaurant like this in Nashville, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The food brought back memories of my grandmother’s cooking in the best possible way. I can’t wait to return!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Absolutely Incredible Persian Cuisine I visited Noosh and had one of the best dining experiences ever. The food was amazing and truly reminded me of home. We ordered joojeh (chicken wing) kabab, zereshk polo, and the cheese flatbread, and every dish was perfectly seasoned, fresh, and full of authentic Persian flavor. For drinks, we had doogh, which was refreshing and paired beautifully with the meal. Dessert was just as impressive — the saffron ice cream and rollade were delicious and the perfect sweet ending. The menu is wonderful with so many authentic choices, and the decor is beautiful and thoughtfully done. Their authentically inspired cocktails were also a standout and added a unique touch to the whole experience. Noosh is a place that feels welcoming, warm, and comforting — definitely a spot I’ll be returning to. Highly recommend

This was our first time trying Noosh and we will definitely be coming back. Ana, our server was nothing but helpful, warm, and welcoming. We ordered the tahdig and shirazi salad as appetizers and both were very fresh and delicious. For our mains, we ordered the Chenjeh Kabob and Chicken Garb Kabob and those were delicious as well. Definitely check it out and enjoy yourself some delicious Persian food.

Great experience everytime! The food and atmosphere are fantastic. The service feels like a fine dining experience without the fine dining price. Shout out to Brandon, I dont know how he remembered all of our orders without writing it down, but he nailed it. The super friendly owner makes sure to check in with every table. Super cozy and familiar feeling while still seeming modern and new. Dont sleep on the deserts. My favorite dish is the fesenjan stew, but everything we've had has been great.

We loved our entire experience at Noosh. We ordered the Feast for 2 and our server Jacob recommended his favorite stews that did not disappoint! Our service was also steller. Pro tip, ask for the spicy green sauce to pour over your food; you won't regret it. We will definitely be back.

A beautiful restaurant with delicious food. Easy to have conversation with friends in a warm environment. My friend and I had the feast for two: appetizer, four kabobs, stew, rice and dessert. All of it was incredible. The meat, especially the chicken, was tender and flavorful. I inhaled the rice. The saffron ice cream was the perfect treat. We also got the chocolate cake. I will be coming back, and recommending it to friends!

They were out of my favorite kabob, Barg—which I always consider the true test of a Persian restaurant—so I ordered the Koobideh instead, and it was quite good. We also tried a platter of three famous Persian stews; while the sauces were flavorful, the meat in all of them was unfortunately rather tough. Overall, it was a good experience and likely the best Persian food I’ve had in Nashville so far.

J
Julie H

New place, I really wanted to like it. There aren’t many Persian food options in town and I was hoping Noosh would be the spot. Unfortunately, after paying higher than avg prices, the food was surprisingly bland and the portion sizes were crazy small, esp the protein. Even if the prices were reasonable, food was still disappointing. We got 5 different items, 3 were mains to-go. The amount of protein per portion was ridiculous. For one of the chicken dishes, I got the three measly pieces in the pic. For the second, I literally got a drumstick and thigh that had to be <100 grams of chicken. Just insanely small amt of protein Super disappointing. Highly recommend management revise portion sizes so they don’t lose more customers.

We were really excited to finally have a local Persian restaurant on the west side so we wouldn’t have to drive south every time we wanted Persian food. We genuinely hoped to love this place. Unfortunately, our experience with the food fell short of expectations. We ordered the stew sampler, which came with three small, shallow plates that only had a couple pieces of protein each and very little actual stew. The eggplant appetizer also tasted flat—we added some lemon to brighten it up, which helped slightly. The kubideh was more on the salty side without much other noticeable seasoning, and the chicken kabob came out dry. Both kabobs felt like they were missing the depth of flavors we were hoping for. The grilled tomato also ended up a bit mealy. One other thing we noticed was that none of the dishes arrived hot; instead, most were lukewarm or close to room temperature. And for diners who enjoy heat, the only spicy option available was Tabasco. With that said, there are some really lovely things about this place. The interior is beautiful, clean, and inviting. The atmosphere feels warm, and the hostess and staff were genuinely kind and attentive. The overall vibe of the restaurant is wonderful, and you can tell there’s heart behind it. We understand they’re still new, and we sincerely hope they continue developing the menu and execution, because we’d really love to support a great Persian spot in this area. We’re rooting for them to figure things out.

We visited this restaurant during our trip to Nashville. One of the dishes we ordered had a serious issue, which we politely brought to the staff’s attention, and it was replaced without any problem. However, when we later informed the manager, we were told they were already aware and that such things can happen. In our view, this was not an issue that should have occurred, and a more professional response would have been for the manager to personally come by and apologize, rather than waiting to see if we raised the concern again. We also expected stronger customer service, such as removing the meal from the bill. Even a dessert offered as an apology was initially included on the check and had to be corrected after we pointed it out. The replacement took longer than expected. At the time, we didn’t have many alternatives, otherwise we would have chosen to dine elsewhere. The situation could have been handled with much more care and professionalism. While mistakes can happen, how they are handled matters. Based on this experience, I would not return on a future trip to Nashville. I hope this feedback is helpful and supports improvements going forward.

We are persian and have eaten persian food all over the country. The gheymeh was watery and not good. Same for the ghormeh sabzee. Extremely thin and watery. Stew sampler very small portions for the price. For an "authentic" persian restaurant, food was extremely sub par. Atmosphere and service good. Too bad the food was not.

I went to Noosh for lunch on a Wednesday. There were 3 waiters for 7 tables but we still received poor service. Our particular waiter just was lackadaisical and seemed to be chatting and hanging out, mostly ignoring us. He was quite friendly when he approached and apologetic but was rarely at the table to check on us. We had to ask for our bread and tea several times. What should have been a quick lunch turned into almost 2 hours between waiting for food and for him to get out checks and pay. The food was decent but overpriced for the amount given. Our table ordered the Noosh sampler as an appetizer that came with 4 small triangles of bread, which was not enough for the hummus and other spreads. I ordered the stew sampler and it really felt like a ladle of each stew with one piece of meat in each of the 3 stews for $24 dollars. The rice was really nice and the ambiance was nice as well, but I would not recommend getting the stew sampler. I can't speak to the kabobs. I would like to give them a try but will likely not return.
