Our cashier was super nice & patient with us while we ordered. We'd never been before so we took a while and asked a bunch of questions. The donuts were amazing and the pumpkin lattes were delicious. The pumpkin cold brew was a little watery and didn't have a bold pumpkin-y flavor but otherwise everything else was tasty.

Clean! Friendly! Fabulous donut selection and good coffee. Had to try the new "Beyond Sausage" vegetarian breakfast sandwich. It was awesome! Juicy, not dried out, and not greasy. Wish Dunkin was closer. Had to go to Chula Vista to find one. Worth it!!😜

Got the 2 for $5 croissant, egg and bacon, pretty good for what it's worth. Also got the mocha iced coffee, no complaints here. Parking lot is weird with the drive thru going through it so don't go during busy times or expect to get stuck trying to get out.

I don't really put bad reviews but my experience today was horrible. I decided to order inside because drive thru was long. As I walked in I was greeted while they busy at the drive thru. But I was standing there for awhile and non of the employee come up to me to take my order so I went ahead and order through apps. Waited for a long time too. Until I decided to asked if my order is ready. If I have not asked they wouldn't have made my order. I get it they get have a lot people in the drive thru but what you need to balance it with the people inside the store.

Ordered through the Dunkin app a regular coffee, and a blueberry muffin with butter on the side. Didn't receive the butter. Coffee was good and the muffin was fresh. Update: Got a medium coffee and a Boston Cream donut. Both were very good. Update: Got a medium coffee and a Boston Cream donut. Waited a few minutes for freshly brewed coffee. Well worth the short wait. Coffee and donut were very good.

Placed an order ahead of time while on a trip, and it was ready when I arrived. Wait: There was no wait in the drive-thru, but it was still fairly early, so I wouldn't know how it'd be later in the day. Price: I have the app and only paid $5.49 in total for a medium frozen coffee mocha with a bacon, egg, & cheese breakfast sandwich for free. Great deal. Service: Really nice and polite. Quick to the point, too. I'm fine with short transactions, so this was great. Taste: Wasn't my favorite, but it wasn't bad. I'm not much of a coffee person, but what I really look for is when the coffee isn't overly sweet like Starbucks. All in all, I was definitely happy with my drink. Might have to try those refreshers next. The sandwich was meh. Wouldn't get it again. The eggs were weirdly mushy(?) Overall, I would recommend this place for a quick, cheap visit. Excited to go again.

I'm a fan of another donut pad closer to my home, but decided, hey I'm gonna take a ride with my daughters for a snack there. It's been a good 2 years since my last visit (I think). Goodness, do you like Iced Matcha??? It was Perfect. Truly Matcha and not loaded down with sugar. Plz if you like Matcha, try it here before going to a boba place. Boba by the way is really caloric (or so I heard).🤣😂. Anyways, my daughter got the Brown sugar oat milk latte (iced). She rates it a 10 out of 10 and said if she could, she would drink it like every day. Wow. Well, someone in my fam took a big bite of my Boston Creme Chocolate donut. Where's the cream? I split my time between San Diego and New England and, after two visits, I can definitively say this location is unfortunately NOT up to par with Dunkin' Donuts in the northeast. My biggest problem is that the drive-thru wait is comically long. The average Dunkin' Donuts in the Boston metro area can handle a line of a dozen cars in about 5 minutes. They operate efficiently out of necessity, because native New Englanders like me lack the patience for waiting in drive-thru lines for any longer than a minute or two. (Don't get me started on In-N-Out.) Here, in National City, it takes 10-15 minutes for this Dunkin' Donuts to service just 3 cars. Just as disappointing, the coffee isn't the same. It is bitter, both going down and in leaving an unpleasant tinny after-taste. I wanted this location to be at least somewhat like the others, because I often get a hankering for Dunkin' Donuts coffee when I'm stuck here in San Diego amidst fancy coffee that doesn't satisfy my base, low-brow needs, but be warned that you'll wait in a line for an unnecessarily long time for an inferior product.

Unfortunately, they didn't honor my special price. Were they offering it? Although Jack was running to work, I wanted to stop by a Vego for a coffee, and they told me those prices aren't the same as in California. I’ve been to this location a few times since I live in the area. I stopped this morning on the way to work at 5 AM. I got two sausage breakfast sandwiches. I opened one of my sandwiches to put ketchup inside and there’s a piece of hair in my breakfast sandwich. Also noticed the person making the sandwich was not wearing gloves or a hairnet. So this really grosses me out and I have a picture attached to my review. So this really upset me, and now I wonder if the other sandwiches I ordered previous had hair in it as well.

I am writing to report an extremely unsatisfactory experience I had today, August 7, 2025, at approximately 10:27 Am I visited your establishment and observed a significant line at the drive-through. Consequently, I decided to enter the store directly. Upon entering, I waited for five minutes without any staff member acknowledging or attempting to assist me. When I finally requested service, someone began to take my order. However, a manager then intervened and refused to serve me. I find this level of service unacceptable, especially given that your establishment offers in-store service. It appears to be a direct violation of customer service standards and potentially your franchise agreement regarding service to walk-in customers. I request that corporate review the surveillance footage from today, August 7, 2025, at 10:27 Am, to witness how I, as a paying customer, was treated and effectively "thrown out." I insist that this case be escalated to the corporate level for a thorough investigation.
