Mr. Able the manager, was very accommodating to me. Even though I was about almost 10 miles out from the truck stops. He had found someone to help deliver the pizza. I'm giving a shout-out to Miss Charlie, who was the deliverer of my pizza! Thank you guys and many blessings!

Loved the quality of the pizza. We really enjoyed stuffing our face after a hard day of work!
There is not one person twiddling their thumbs inside. Every single body in that building is making sure every customer receives hot and fresh pizza! I’m the gal who trusts the store to provide me with what I’ve asked and not double check if my order is correct, but I did this time. As we were opening boxes, we realized there was a mixup with our order. The Pizza Hut team kindly asked me to wait so they can prepare the correct pizza. They were also very kind enough to compensate us for the mixup. The gentleman who helped us at the register was very apologetic and sincere. Definitely a good team they have! Will always order from a place with phenomenal customer service!
Normal chain pizza nothing special. Biggest problem I have is all the employees (delivery people) park in the front taking up all the parking. The location gets overwhelmed easily on a Friday and Saturday so be prepared for a longer wait. I would suggest ordering online and using the pizza tracker :)
I Love the pizza! And the awesome crew members. It has a big dining room so u can definitely have a kids bday or even go up there and watch the game with buddies why the kids eat, there are tvs u can ask them to change the channels at anytime! Food is yummy and definitely a place to bring the kids and while family
I felt bad for ordering at 9 PM but they had it ready fast and were very polite. It was delicious, I love the pasta Alfredo and the cinnamon buns and they always hook it up with the breadsticks when you get pasta! Several delicious vegetarian options where in Needville Pizza Hut is the only place you can get vegetarian comfort food:)

My experiences have shown me they have a great new GM and the morning crew (I only go during the day) are amazing!
I Love the pizza! And the awesome crew members. No sauce and thinnest pizza I've ever seen
I ordered through the app and when my pizza was delivered the order was incorrect. I called the store and the woman who answered was ready to take my order until I told her my order was wrong. I was placed on hold and they never picked back up. It's already very drastic to spend $70 on pizza for a small family but when it's not made correctly and goes unaddressed, it becomes very frustrating.
If you call to order, it's answered in India. Don't be surprised when the info given is incorect when you pickup. The food isn't great, but there is a lack of pizza options in town.

Took over an hour and a half to pickup pizza in the lobby area. We, with over 16 other people waiting, were in there forever. They weren't getting orders out at all. It took over 30 minutes for them to just get one pizza out. After waiting for so long, people started getting their pizzas and left; even people that came in to pick up after us. Then people that ordered and then sat down started getting pizzas before us. Finally we get our pizza. It's wrong. The girl, Bianca I wanna say, was absolutely fantastic and did really great with accommodating us after she saw how long we were there for. She took the food back and they remade it and gave us a refund, which was very appreciated. She was the only one that apologized or helped any one, the two other girls at the register couldn't even say 'thank you for waiting' or 'so sorry' it was very unprofessional. The food ended up great and we will definitely order again, just not at 5 pm on a Thursdsy.
I have had the absolute BEST service when ordering online or through door dash. HOWEVER, in store, I had the WORST experience. The first issue came when i ordered. The registrar had a boyfriend hanging out in the lobby and was completely distracted by him. So much so that when I came to pick up my order, it was not complete. I was there with my friend and specifically asked for 1 large cheese and 1 large pepperoni pizza. This woman gave us only one pizza at pickup. I had to order another even after she denied me the deal and a first responders discount. Later when I went to to pickup my cheese pizza it was found that she was smoking cigarettes in the bathroom, further delaying my order even after it was ready. The food is always great and ordering online is definitely a go to. DO NOT order in store for Ellie will completely screw up everything for you. Furthermore, after arriving home i noticed that i received less sauces than what i had paid for. The level of service in store is absolutely outrageous. As i was leaving, Ellie’s alleged boyfriend threatened me and my friend even though he was not employed with pizza hut. You need to get rid of this person ASAP because she is ruining your business. Props to the cook tho, foods fire as always.
Pizza tastes ok... but they usually screw something up every time I order. Ordered online for a birthday party and scheduled for 11:45. Pizza was very late. Update. The cheese pizza was burned. They delivered it anyway. Another update: They sent me another burnt pizza. It's like they don't look at them before boxing it.

If I could give them 0 I would. I ordered pizza for my co- workers at 3 in the afternoon, it was a delivery for 8 p.m. , they never showed , they lied said the pizza was in the oven and it would take and hour. They called back and said it was going to be a longer wait so I canceled . I still haven't seen my refund. Pizza Hut very very very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE got all my co workers hungry and angry at me . They just gave up and didn't care NO RESPECT , NEVER AGAIN pizza hut , thumbs down all the way.
After many chances, and after many Messed up orders , I still decided to do business with pizza hut due to the small town loyalty BUT after tonight I will be done. I will happily drive to Dominos from this point on. There better and cheaper as it is. Tonight my pizza again was wrong. It did not have extra cheese and extra sauce as it was ordered that way online. In special notes, i even put it again to please put extra sauce and cheese . The manager said that there was cause usually they come with very little sauce and cheese and it's mainly dough on a pan pizza and refused to remake it AFTER I told them I'm bringing it back to be replaced. How the heck are you gonna serve a pizza dry and cheese less normally and admit that it's more dough! You can see the dough threw the cheese! The manager refused to take the order back to remake it. So because of the uncaring of the manager and horrible customer service and horrible quality food, I will now stop giving pizza hut my time or money
Recently ordered a large stuffed crust Supreme and had it delivered. It took about an hour for the pizza to get here. Once it arrived and I sat down to enjoy my meal I noticed that somebody had taken a bite out of one of the pieces and put it back in the box. I'm probably not going to order pizza from Pizza Hut anymore
We live in an apartment in needville and alot of my neighbors dog not drive or have a vehicle.. we used to order alot of pizza but after several repeated food poisoning issues we now order dominoes and drive to pick up or simple Simon's. 🙃 its just not worth the risk of your stomach...
This is the second time in a row I’ve tried to give this Pizza Hut a chance — and both times were a disaster. Tonight, I ordered at 9 PM for my kids and their friends — two pizzas and wings so they could eat together. After an hour went by, we called and were told it was on the way. Two hours in, we called again — same answer. Almost three hours later, I called a third time, only to be told by the answering service that the store had been closed since 11 PM. So my kids and their friends sat around hungry all night waiting for food that never showed up. This is the exact same thing that happened the first time I ordered from here. This location clearly doesn’t value their customers’ time. If you care about feeding your family on time, go somewhere else.
The absolute worst. Was told 25 mins. Still do not have an hour and 30 mins later. And trying to find someone accountable is impossible. No one has any capacity to think. Or fix anything.
I only continue ordering bc it's our only pizza delivery option here. I've had several instances where pizza delivery has been cold & took way longer than quoted, or wrong. Today, I went to pick up my carryout and they made my pizza wrong. I waited for them to make a new one, got home and my traditional wings were boneless, lol. I know, my fault for not checking before I left but not surprised. Looking forward to simple simons opening up.
This place is horrible. General manager has no idea how to run store and has to steady call someone for help. The employees are nice but clueless. Food is either undercooked or over cooked. Always late and employees cuss a lot. The new gm is actually very rude and needs to be fired. The newer employees arent good like the old ones.
Ordered a simple order of wings, paid for online and etc... Arrived to find the employees and manager was arguing and cussing back and forth with employee while 2 elderly customers were sitting there waiting on their orders as we walked in. We immediately walked right back out and left to another local location in town for dinner. So yes, I left there w/o my food even knowing my food was paid for online. I wasn't about to sit there and listening to them argue much less subject my 6 yr old son who was with me to that type of environment. Pizza Hut needville needs some serious help and management is probably a good start.

The app never works. The website won't allow you to order. You Can't get the same deals if you call in.
