Arrived during late night🌙 with my mobile order🌮. The staff was friendly & when I got home the order was all correct so a big thanks to your Night Shift 🤗
The lady working at this location Friday November 20th was by far the best customer service person I have ever encountered
I was REALLY sad when Taco Bell stopped their breakfast menu during COVID. So I was REALLY happy when there breakfast menu came back. The breakfast food at this location has been great, the staff is friendly and gets the orders correct. Love it! :) *I have noticed a few negative reviews for lunch & later. The morning staff is pretty consistent, and I have not had any issues. Also, I used the drive-thru but that wasn’t listed as a choice on the review for some reason.
They still owe me 3 crunchy tacos and other things because they left them out. So double check your bag to make sure you have everything
The food can be a limit warmer, the dining area was dirty, need to clean in eating area more, fountain area as well.....
I placed my order to my place order at 5:15pm and ended up waiting until 6pm while asking for updates and when I asked to speak to manager Jared he did not attempt to speak to me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful and then I received my orders I received no apology. Only reason I found the name of the manager on the shift is from asking the front worker.
Rude lady in the drive-thru had bad attitude I told her I ordered the Mt. dew Baja Blast instead of regular mt dew. She said "mt dew & Baja blast are 2 different things" I told her Mt Dew MAKES the Baja blast flavor. I got a mexican pizza combo & doritos taco combo, food was thrown together sloppily & barely had any meat in it. Terrible. Lastily the total was 24.01, we gave her 25.01 & she didnt give us the $1 dollar back OR the receipt. Highly DONT recommend 👎👎👎
My family has had it with this location. They never get the order right, or miss items entirely Do not Uber Eats/door dash from here because they WILL horrendously mess it up It happens so often you almost think they do it on purpose, cause how could staff be so incompetent to do it repeatedly? This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have EVER used. That’s saying a lot for Taco Bell, or any fast food chain for that matter.
This is absolutely the worst taco bell I've ever been to they always miss something in my order if I don't check before I leave I shouldn't have to do that it's a 20 minute 1 way drive for me I will never be spending my money here again it's a waste 38 dollars for almost nothing and they can't even get the order correct
A Frustrating Experience Over a Simple Drink I came into this Taco Bell just to grab a drink. No food, no combo—just a quick Dr. Pepper. I figured walking in would be faster than waiting in the drive-thru. Turns out, that was a mistake. As I walked in, I could tell I was being ignored. A short, chubby lady with glasses stood about 15 feet away in the back, watching me but not approaching. Eventually, she called out—not nicely—“Are you here to order or pick up?” I said I needed to order. Her response: “Then you can turn around and order on the kiosk.” I asked, “Even for just a drink?” She replied bluntly, “Yes.” I followed up, “But are you just going to give me an empty cup?” She ignored that and repeated, “You can order on the kiosk right behind you. If you need help, he can come help you.” I turned around, clearly frustrated, and she loudly said, “I hate how people think they have to get an attitude when I tell them to use the kiosk. Just do it.” Okay… maybe it was your attitude that triggered mine. So I used the kiosk. Scrolled to drinks, selected a large Dr. Pepper. Easy, right? Nope. Had to skip through prompts asking if I wanted a side, a snack, to sign up with my email. Finally paid. Took about a minute and a half, which isn’t terrible—but again, I was the only customer and just wanted a drink. While I was at the kiosk, the young guy she mentioned came over and asked if I needed help. I said, “With what? Using the kiosk? I needed help with someone taking my order.” After waiting a few minutes, they called my name—because yes, I had to type in my first and last name just to get a drink. The young guy handed me an empty cup. I said, “What’s this?” He said, “Your drink.” I replied, “No, I ordered a Dr. Pepper. She insisted I use the kiosk, and I selected Dr. Pepper. So go ahead and fill it the way I ordered it.” He did, and I told him I wasn’t mad at him—just frustrated with her and the whole kiosk situation. Whoever thought forcing every customer to use one kiosk—even for something as simple as a drink—needs to rethink that. It’s inefficient, impersonal, and clearly not customer-friendly. Even if you had five kiosks, it’s still a bad system. You’re pushing people toward the drive-thru by making the inside experience so unpleasant. The food at this location isn’t great, which is why I usually just stop for drinks. But after this, I’d rather drive six minutes to the Taco Bell in Brazos Town Center. They treat people better and don’t make a simple drink order feel like a chore.
They only give two sauce packets per item I'm assuming this is a franchise or something? Because that doesn’t even align with corporate policy. Sauces are normally out in the open at every location. The kid gave us some sauce, and then (what I’m assuming was) the stingy manager came and took them back. Pathetic behavior. It’s not coming out of your damn paycheck. Stop being weird. lol thankfully i was only visitng this location from houston so i wont ever bother coming again. i ended up going to my local one and getting a handful from there AS IT SHOULD BE❤️
Absolute garbage. Picked up an all-vegetarian order and one of the items given was non-vegetarian, and they wanted me to drive back to get a refund for the item. They expected me return to them so that they could rectify the "inconvenience". Expect to play Russian Roulette when you order from here.
I can’t tell you how many times and how much money I’ve spent on extra stuff on my items and not receiving it, not to mention missing item’s entirely. I’ve been getting food here through the drive through and ordering here on Uber and it is consistently wrong. The last two and a half years have brought me to leave this review because order after order it seems to be getting worse. I don’t understand what the problem is and it’s either ordering online or it’s customizing items but even if items aren’t customized they’ll be missing regardless. I understand ordering is expensive for additional charges and fees but if I’m paying for $60 to 70$+ for multiple people, you would think the establishment would make sure the order is right especially for those paying more. If this establishment can’t uphold quality and commit to providing the customer with what they pay for there’s a problem. I can’t continue in good faith to keep giving this establishment my business because I’m not getting anything near what I pay for.
This Rosenberg Taco Bell food is horrible. I would give it a zero if I could. I knew something wasn't going to be right because the food was ready by the time I got to the window. The food was cold. The tacos were split and torn apart because the bottom of the taco was soggy and sticking to the paper. The challopa shell (bread)was cold and a little hard, like it was pre-made and sitting there. I asked the server to please do not put the nacho cheese on my 5 layer burrito ,just put shredded cheese. Well ,I guess I was talking to myself. It had nacho cheese on it. But the only item that was hot was the burrito, and that was because the nacho cheese was hot.. Please understand that when someone spend their money on food when they eat out, they expect their food to be FRESH AND HOT!!
