I thought this food was under average for a Mexican restaurant. Because of its location, I know I shouldn't have my standards set so high, but compared to other Mexican restaurants, it has some things to work on. We ordered Beef Fajita Ranchero and Caldo De Res. While we waited, Chips and Salsa came out, I asked for Queso on the side. The salsa had a little kick, so I thought that was good. The queso was disappointing. It tasted like Velveeta cheese, which was melted down with some bell peppers thrown inside. The Beef Fajita needed a better cut of beef and better seasoning. I know this soup is generally meant to be on the lighter/healthier side, so I'll hold back on that. Customer service wasn't bad nor amazing. As far as setting, it's was cozy in the inside -nothing spectacular like live band or extravagant decor.

Very disspointed, we got our drink right away I asked for a spoon for my coffee, she didn't bring it until she took our order 20 minutes later by than i was done with my coffee she didn't even refill my coffee. I used my knife to stir it. Our food took longer to come out, I had to get up to ask how much longer. If our food wasn't ready I offered to pay our drinks and leave. I waited for her to bring our check. She never came, I had to go to the front. When I complained the guy at the front gave me a look and being a little bit rude. I told him no need for that look he gave me. I will never go back there again. The owners need to hire people with better customer service.

BEWARE of this restaurant! Absolutely overcharged at checkout when ordered off menu price! I asked for the owner or manager to rectify the overcharges but to no avail. This is False Advertising! Evidently the checkout prices are higher than the stated menu prices. When you get ripped off in this fashion you tend to want to let everyone know, hopefully the owner has enough balls to reply back.... I'm guessing that probably won't happen...

We came in glad to find them open on Thanksgiving for lunch. I’d ordered a tostada only to find a long black hair in my food. No hats or hair nets on any of the employees. Absolutely disgusting - Avoid this place if you’re looking for somewhere even relatively sanitary.

Ordered a chicharron taco. Pretty sure someone just grabbed some old chicharron, poured a little salsa over it and put it in a tortilla. It wasn't cooked much so the chicharron was tough and chewy instead of soft. Absolutely horrible! Do not understand how this place is still in business.

I give one star because my enchiladas were in flour tortillas. That is definitely not what we wanted. I deserve my money back.

This is literally the last time I'm eating here! I normally give great reviews but after so many different orders and disappointment I've had enough! I ordered two tostada's with everything but pico and the best part is the crunch! They had so much pours on these two that were in the same plate I had to eat them with plastic wear as they were soggy and falling apert... I have never had such a sloppy tostada and this is about all of my plate I can consume. . JUST A MESS!!!! Whoever is working the kitchen needs to take more responsibility and pride in there job!!! Let me just add that they put all three plates ,sauces and chips with an extra bowel of cheese tied into one bag so when I got home 3 streets later the bottom plate which belong to my son was completely flat!!! I did not bother to contact the restaurant as it seems it doesn't change. I'm sticking with La Casona and Rita's they got ten stars with me!! LITERALLY DISAPPOINTING!

As we first walked in and saw all the dirty tables and straw paper trash laying around is when we should have turned around to find another restaurant. When we picked a seat, the table was dirty under the napkin/straw holder. The menus were dirty. The salsa is full of chili powder; which is the only flavor in it. My husband wanted me to just give it a try. So I chose the enchiladas (cheese, chicken, ground beef) in a green sauce with cheese, rice, and refried beans. Usually that is a choice that can't really be ruined. There was absolutely zero flavor, the corn Tortillas tasted like they were not all the way cooked. The beans were almost a runny texture. This was probably the worst meal I've ever had. I took 1 bite of each thing and could not attempt any more. When the server came over to ask how it was; I explained that I didn't not like it. She just took away my plate. Didn't ask if I would like to try anything else. Never came back except to give us our check. Also very important, watch what you are charged for. She tried to charge us $5 for fountain drinks when we only had water. When paying, I told her that she charged us for fountain drinks. She never looked at me or apologized. She just said, I'll take care of that. I did give her a tip because it's rude not too. But I found it disheartening that no one even offered take off any amount for the meal that I didn't even eat. They had no concern or desire to make anything right. I would NOT recommend this restaurant ever. Bad food. Bad service. Unexcepable on cleanliness.

Awesome food ruined by bad service!!!! The girls there can't get anything right always leaving something out and rather talk amongst themselves then doing there job!! Also found hair in my food!
