The lady was rushing us. She kept asking if we were ready and kept asking "is that all" we asked to redeem one of our reward items and she told me you can't give your rewards code then give a different code to redeem. This McDonald's really needs some help, like help from up top the management chain. We went for breakfast the other morning, took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru line. Only to get home to notice we got someone else's order. Wasn't even close to what I wanted 😕.

I ordered a coffee. They sent my payment thru then when I got to the window they said the machine was cleaning & it would be 6 minutes. I was headed to work so this was inconvenient. I left and came back. It still wasn't ready. Then I watched a guy who obviously had been burned try and make it , I actually saw his fingers go into the coffee. I felt bad for him because his fingers were burned and he didn't have all his fingers. So instead of saying anything it took the coffee and left. I threw it away.

Worst McDonald by the freeway - takes time to deliver the order - in store order or mobile order pick up gets delayed a lot - staff is nice and plenty of parking. Restroom needs some attention. There’s an outside seating area but inside seating arrangement is small.

I waited over 20 minutes for my order, only to receive cold food and limp, unsalted fries. There was absolutely zero urgency or care about the wait. Not to mention, there were bugs crawling on the floor and counter. This is now ranked my least favorite McDonalds. McDonalds Cantrell - you are off the hook!

Worst McDonald’s in the area. Service is average at its best, food quality has been steadily declining, and they are constantly having problems. Their system will be down, fountain drink machine will be down, they’ll be out of drinks, fries, or something else, pretty regularly. Needs a complete overhaul.

Went through the drive thru and sat there for a few minutes and the employee never said anything so I said hello then she said hold on a minute so I sat there a few more minutes. No response so I had to go inside and order.

My expectations at this McDonald's are always low, yet the few times a year I decide to give them a chance they somehow fail to meet expectations I didn't know I had. This trip Fries were cold, tasted like the mystery fries you found under the car seat and the burgers were as tough as jack links Jerky. I actually turned around and went in as i also didn't get a straw(even though I asked at the windows) and hoped theyd maybe top me off with some fries made this decade, but unfortunately everyone was to busy avoiding eye contact so I left the fries on the counter in case a hungry sea gull came by, as a seabird 800 miles from the ocean might be the only thing to actually finish them. Shame it cost me $11 to experience car seat fast food.

Wishing I could take stars away. This place don’t deserve a star. I thought I’d give it one last try and absolutely just threw 56$ in the trash. They serve your food sloppy and half made as if you’re inconveniencing them by ordering food. Not to mention the staff and management have absolutely no customer service skills. Ordered the featured BBQ Bacon Quarter pounder… The Angel Reese special… What a joke!! Got bread meat and BBQ sauce. Try explaining to them what’s wrong with your order.. and they argue you down that the Bacon don’t come on it . Done!!

Was laughed at by management, over 5 minutes to get order, as usual they won't fill up your drink, food was sloppily thrown together. Avoid both arkadelphia McDonald's and avoid all stores owned by cthe franchise named montgoméry. I think they have a store in hope AR also
