I came in tonight about an hour before close and I felt bad not wanting to inconvenience the staff too much but the lady who helped us at the cash register was so kind and helpful. We mentioned the mac and cheese pizza which was not out at the time and she overheard and insisted it would be no trouble to make it. She even brought some to us at our seat! I wish I had gotten her name but she had purple hair and she made our dinner so wonderful!

Come here usually once a week and am giving a 5 star for Kendall who works here. She is very friendly and has great work ethic. She always has a beautiful and friendly smile whenever she’s here and makes an effort to make sure everyone is happy with their meals. She’s easy to talk to and has a very contagious positive energy, I always enjoy my visits here more when she is working.

The manager Alexa was great, we were greeted as we came in… she was Very attentive! Restaurant was all clean including bathrooms. Food was all great & fresh. My favorite was the cheese sticks, buffalo pizza, & salad bar. Definitely kid friendly, games available for some fun. Plenty of seating available.

This was my first Cicis Pizza experience in YEARS. My first ever here in New Braunfels. The food was really good. I found out they offer crustless pizza as an option! Anyway, in an Era where bad attitudes are everywhere, this place had good food, smiles from the employees, everyone was working hard... it was a great thing to see and experience. I will definitely be back! Update: We came back! And the same great service still experienced! Food was great, my kids were super happy. Manager was awesome. It was close to closing time, but she never hesitated in getting us anything we asked for to make our experience better. She even made me not one, but two crustless pizzas so I could stick to my low-carb-ish diet. If anything changed, I think it might have been brighter and cleaner than last time?! Great experience overall, highly recommend.

Always a good time at Cici's. Can't beat the price for a buffet. Some hours are a definite no go if you want to get a decent amount of food without waiting an hour like after work hours... about 6-8. Visited recently on a sale day. Super good deal.

I wish the ranked were spaced out a little further, don't really like the family next to me bumping into my chair and my body everytime they decide to get up every 10 seconds, and wish the row of pizzas to choose from was a little longer. Aside from that, the facility is clean, and good location. The staff is friendly and helpful.

They have renovated so much bigger game room. The food is okay. I would say though the best part of the experience going back after several years is the service, both of the managers or manager and assistant manager were so super friendly. One approached me at salad bar asked how I was doing and because I was friendly and responded with conversation she said can we make anything for you told her basically came in for the Bavarian dessert pizza she asked if I wanted her to make one I told her I'll ask for it after stuff my face with salad and pizza and that I was going to just purchase one to take home. She took it upon herself to have them make one anyways so I could get some while I was there. I just found this to be most pleasant experience I've had there. It just seems like they have everything more put together and better now. Keep up the good work. Great team work going now.

The pizza was fresh, the staff was friendly. Good pizza variety. ~However, the cleaniness of the place needs attention. The floors were dirty, & the person cleaning the tables wiped the leftover food onto the floor & left it there. 3 stars for food quality.

Its alright for what it is. Almost 10 bucks for a kind of lacking experience. Good for a quick lunch if youre in the area.

Pizza was very bland (no taste), service was slow on personal request, bar not stocked, had to continuously ask for items such as wings ordered, refill the ranch, personal pizza took 30 min to get, staff was rude. I had to take then boneless wings back because they did not taste good and was asked if "I have even, ever tasted their wings?" Not a good experience at all.

The cashier Kendall was so sweet from the moment my partner and I entered the restaurant. It’s our first time in the city and the manger, Alexa, rudely threatened to call the police on us because my partner had grabbed lemonade in a water cup. We just thought it was a little weird because everyone around us had did the same thing, but she only approached us maybe because of our race. I will not recommend this location especially if Manager Alexa is working. Very disappointed.

I am absolutely shocked at how badly this place was… I haven’t been to cicis in YEARS so I was looking forward to eating here. As soon as we walked in the place was messy, tables had not been cleaned & there was no where to sit, I had to ask someone to clean off a table so I could sit down with my kids. There was almost no pizza to choose from except pepperoni & cheese, & when we tried to ask someone to make a certain pizza we ended up waiting 5 minutes before someone acknowledged us. When it came time for us to eat dessert I noticed they had no brownies out, so we asked them if they had any & they cut them straight out of the pan & handed us a few…. Let me tell you it was the NASTIEST, coldest, most inedible thing I have ever put into my mouth… even my 2yo who eats anything especially sweets turned it down after having a bite… so I went back up there & asked for them if they have warm brownies… the manager (didn’t get a name but female manager with dark hair) said they don’t make the brownies warm that the only reason cicis has “warm brownies” is bc the heat lamps they sit under on the line… so I asked her if she could buy them out on the line to get warm… she very rudely said she was not going to be doing that since no other customers were asking for brownies… I WAS IN ABSOLUTE SHOCK! People probably didn’t even know the brownies were available since they weren’t put out, but to serve brownies that were so cold that I wasn’t sure if they had just taken them out of the cooler is absolutely not okay! I wanted to be happier about having Cicis again but unfortunately I was extremely disappointed… makes me wish they had never closed the one in the forum down.
