Great location, great service, great atmosphere, great crowd, prices would be perfect if I got 2 for 1. Richie is a bar tender extraordinaire, he is not only knowledgeable of how to mix what you order, he can and will make his own creations. He is entertaining to say the least. I haven't had a chance to check out the back patio, he said it is great, I bet it is.

Casual bar with darts and the latest sports played on the tv moniters placed around the room. Drinks were good and the owner was there behind the bar chatting with people and serving drinks. I recommend this place to meet up with friends and have a drink.

Lonestar is a top recommended bar in New Braunfels. The atmosphere is comfortable, the bartenders are great and the owner makes sure you feel like family there. You can't go wrong at this location or the second one. Highly Recommend Lonestar Lounge.

Also they play the best music in town also! 90s alternative during the week and something you could dance to Friday and Saturday night. Also they have the high-end dart boards and circum luminator lights for the dart boards.

Drinks were on point. Bartender was awesome. This place is absolutely amazing and I can't wait to become a regular.

Parking is a pain, since you have to pay if you arrive before 10pm, but that isn't the bars fault. All the bartenders are nice and I enjoy coming here.

Cool place. One bartender , she was running the place by herself. No kitchen, but the barehand made some barbacoa in a crock pot if you wanted it. Highly recommend

Stopped in for a drink to cook off from a day at the Gruene Market Days. We had a great time and the bar back, Sarah, was AMAZING as always! Everyone was very friendly & welcoming! Will be going back for sure

Decent drinks including a very large selection of "martinis" (though they are pretty far from the classic formula). Lots of events each week going on so check their Facebook page. The music is a bit loud IMO; it can be really hard to hear someone right next to you if you're trying to talk.

Lonestar lounge is a cute little spot with a fun saloon vibe, and the drink prices were great. We were really enjoying the music early in the evening and settling in to relax. Around 9:00 pm, the music switched over to Tejano. When we politely asked if some country music could be added back into the playlist, we were told it would only happen if we gave a good tip. That response made us uncomfortable, so we decided to leave. It has a lot of potential with its atmosphere and affordable drinks, but the interaction around the music change ultimately cut our visit short.

I guess it was all about the bartender not the customers. Bartender was not personable and lacked customer service. It looked liked he was more attentive to his regulars. These days bartenders are getting to complacent and lazy with the jobs they applied for. Perhaps its time to find something else. Chances are we are not going back and I would not recommend this place.

Our first visit to this place. Atmosphere was nice. We sat at the bar and I noticed a floor fan up on top of the bar. Really? Not a great look and it was a bit cool as well. I guess it was all about the bartender not the customers. Bartender was not personable and lacked customer service. It looked liked he was more attentive to his regulars. These days bartenders are getting to complacent and lazy with the jobs they applied for. Perhaps its time to find something else. Chances are we are not going back and I would not recommend this place.

As for pricing: 2 Fireball shots, 1 Birthday Cake shot, 4 Bud Light longnecks, 1 Vodka/Cranberry, 1 Long Island and 1 Jack/Coke = $95!!! Comes out to almost $10/drink...that's NOT GREAT PRICING!! Then the bar had the nerve to add their own gratuity despite my having crossed it out on my tab as I'd been feeding the glass vase with $1's...NOT GREAT INTEGRITY!! Then there's the music: If only I was 21 again and wanted to hear rap/house music at a deafening tone!! NOT GREAT MUSIC!! (not to mention the shady looking clientele that frequented the place that night...sorry, baggy pants, oversized sweatshirts and sideways caps aren't my scene). Overall the place looks like fun, and maybe my experience was unique, but I don't think I'll be going back any time soon as there are other bars where the bartenders pay more attention to you, don't overcharge you, and genuinely appreciate your business rather than trying to STEAL your money with a hidden tip. CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS BOYS AND GIRLS!!!
