Delilah was by far the best server at Applebee’s in New Rochelle because she always went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for. She greeted every table with genuine warmth, remembered regular customers’ favorite meals, and made sure orders came out quickly and correctly. Even on busy nights, she stayed calm, organized, and attentive, never letting anyone feel overlooked. Her ability to balance friendliness with professionalism created a dining experience that stood out from the usual chain restaurant visit. Many customers left not just satisfied with their meals, but also impressed by her kindness, energy, and dedication, which made her the kind of server everyone hoped to have when they walked through the door.

Came last night for a quick dinner and we order bbq boneless chicken wings plus mozzarella sticks and they were truly amazing, food was so good soft and fresh that for sure we are going to stop by again. We sat in the bar, Aaron took care was us very nicely drinks were just perfect, we took bahama mama, just delicios, sweet and very quick. I am extremely satisfied with the service overall, manager as well showed up to make sure everything was all right. Restaurant was very clean and atmosphere just perfect. We will definitely come back more often for the happy hour.

My friends and I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Kimberly during my visit, and I can honestly say she went above and beyond to make the experience outstanding. From the moment we were seated, Kimberly was warm, welcoming, and attentive. She anticipated our needs, checked in at just the right times, and made excellent recommendations that really enhanced our meal. What stood out most was her professionalism paired with genuine kindness — she made us feel truly cared for and valued as guests. Our drinks were always full, our food arrived promptly, and any questions we had were answered with knowledge and enthusiasm. It’s rare to come across service that feels this effortless and sincere. Because of Kimberly, our night was not just a meal, but a wonderful experience. If you have the chance to get her as a server , consider yourself lucky!

Came out for a mommy daughter date. We were greeted and asked for our drink order. When the drinks came out (which was quick) we were asked about our food order. The food came out just as fast. Monica the manager checked on us the entire time, she is so nice. She was definitely a great reflection of the rest of the staff as everyone we came into contact with was so nice and polite! The place is amazing, the waiter was nice and professional. The food was good, yet my burger was a bit too greasy, and had a little too much mushrooms. However, the atmosphere is pretty nice, and I actually started jamming to some of the music in the restaurant. I'd have to give this place a good ol' 4 out of 5 stars.

The food took a while to come but I don’t blame them, there was minimum staff at hand and they definitely looked hardworking throughout. The food was as expected, nothing too crazy. Everything was very filling and is worth coming if you are very hungry. The prices were also $20+ for each dish.

I must say in this location the food was rather delicious. After the movie we attended an associate’s birthday celebration there. The ambiance was great. Our waiter was wonderful as well. Very courteous and supportive. Then we left to the outside patio cuz I didn’t notice it when I came in that there was a place with flowers to take pictures. Yes we utilized it quite well. The birthday girl had a great time.

Have not been to Applebees for many many years so from my past experiences I didn’t expect much today! Surprisingly all 4 of us with two kids really enjoy all the dishes they have crafted for the special menu, cooked perfectly as well, I thought the prices are so reasonable also received wonderful service from Helen S. We came here after watching a movie, and unfortunately, it wasn’t the best experience. When we walked in, the place didn’t look very clean, and the tables were sticky, which wasn’t a great first impression. The service was slow, and while it was somewhat busy, it seemed like they were short-staffed. Our waitress tried her best, serving several tables, but she seemed distracted and overwhelmed. The steak was disappointing—it was very fatty and parts were a bit chewy. We had the 12 oz ribeye, but it didn’t taste like a ribeye should. The quality wasn’t great, and we even sent one steak back because it wasn’t cooked as requested, and after trying it again, we just didn’t want it. At $30.99, it wasn’t worth it. The mashed potatoes and broccoli, however, were really good—honestly, the best part of the meal. We also tried the Brew Pub Loaded Waffle Fries, but they were soggy with too much sauce. The cheese was fine, but everything was drenched in sauce. I had the Boo Lagoon for $5, and I couldn’t taste any alcohol, even though it’s supposed to have two rums in it. It tasted like pineapple and blue curaçao, but that’s about it. The tables were also cramped, which didn’t help the overall experience. I’m not sure I will come back to this location.

They had a rat running around. I was nice enough not to announce it loudly. They had the audacity to still charge me, and I was still nice enough to tip. It's cheap, so good food wasn't expected anyway. I don't blame the staff for poor management. It was conveniently located next to the trampoline park, but I would never tell anyone to go here. The health department needs to do a better investigation. The tables next to the bathrooms need to be inspected under the corner black cloth.
