My go-to Burger King, always a pleasant visit and the employees there are quick and accurate. Very clean during covid with table cards for clean tables. Excellent idea!

Addendum: new visit.... Clivane is the reason for why I am highly satisfied with my visit this time. Clivane provided excellent customer service despite that she was working the drive thru and the front counter by herself. My food was fresh, hot and exactly as I ordered it. Bathroom was spotless and clean. Restaurant was clean. Pretty fresh flowers on the table for a nice touch. First visit: Very friendly, quick service, hot food.

I'm very happy with the the Burger King on Jericho Turnpike. The staff tries to be as quick as possible and courteous. Burger King always sends Us coupons which is a plus. Also if you download the app you can get additional coupons and some really good discounts. The fries here are perfect.

New trainee Alan was so sweet and he brought out my food nice and hot and fresh. His manners were on point.

For some time now, Burger King has been my first choice for a burger, fries and a drink. It is not because the food is better than other fast-food chains nor because the service is faster, smarter or mistake-free. It's primarily a matter of value for my money. Their coupon deals make a combo meal significantly less expensive than other burger chains in the region. I paid less than $8 (with tax) for a "large" meal that costs more than $11 at McD's or Wendy's for similar-sized items. You can feed three people for about $15. Where else is that possible today?

Burger king in garden city park I love the fact that they dont use latex gloves on food ( I'm allergic to latex ). They use vinyl gloves . I will continue to eat there ,every time I visit the area. The manager & employees were super helpful in checking on the type of gloves. Even bringing the box over to show me . Thank u !! Ps. It was thoughtful that when I return a couple of days later, they acknowledged that I came back .

I've been coming to this Burger King for years and recently when I returned and visited, it was just as great an experience as I remember. There is a large lot and plenty of parking, along with a drive through. The staff were good about restrictions and other safety precautions and they are very fast with their services. I enjoy this location very much.

MUCH IMPROVED!!! 😃 I've been coming to this Burger King for years just out of convenience and I've never been terribly impressed, but today's experience was much better. There was very good and friendly service; they even brought our food to our table because there was a little bit of a wait due to our special requests. The food itself was far better than I remember it. The meat in particular was tastier. I find this is often hit and miss at Burger King, where some locations seem to use a better quality meat than others, and today this one was in the better category. They even added some nice touches like real flowers on the tables. And even the music was a much more adult mix of several decades, rather than just the obnoxious hip-hop they were playing on the regular. My wife and I are quite pleased with these apparent improvements!

Ordered an impossible whooper meal on Burger King app on Monday at 11:39pm through drive Thru. Customer service was excellent. Even closing time was only 20 minutes i got my meal freshly prepared. Definitely coming back here and recommending this place to my friends too.

Fresh and hot value meal. Lots of fries. Was a hot day, I needed additional cup with ice. I was accommodated without question. Nice shaded parking lot to eat.

Just your average fast food experience. We got what we ordered in the drive through. Tasty chicken fries, fries, and beverages for a girls road trip.

Quiet Burger King in the morning. Had to wait a few minutes for a counter person to take my order, but after that, service was good. Food fresh. Wish coffee was a bit stronger. A good Burger King overall.

Clean. Young woman behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I did go at an off time so it was empty. I wanted to try the Impossible Whopper. 👍👍👍👍👍 Here's the catch though: if you think you're saving calories, or WW points by having the plant- based version, think again. Do your nutrition research. That said, tasted just as good as the beef Whopper.

It’s a Burger King what can you say about it. This one was clean, and the staff was confident. In fact, they handled and unhappy customer, particularly well I was impressed.

Off Jericho. Lots of parking. A little outdated. Workers are friendly. Food is fast. Mobile ordering is a plus. Prices are better when you use the mobile app coupons which is similar to the ones you find in the newspaper. I'd find a way to to come here again.

This burger king location very nice in my opinion. The establishment itself is is fairly clean compared to other fast food restaurants. I've never had issues with ordering from this burger king, in-store and drive through. The employees are nice and aren't mean or rude (most of the time). Overall, I've had good experiences here. This burger king isn't perfect, but its definitely one of the better fast food establishments in the area.

The burgers tasted good. However, they were sloppily made. The condiments (pickles,tomatoes & lettuce) were bunched together on one side of the bun.

Watching local newspapers for "two for one" Whoppers, we occasionally indulge in this time-honored indulgence. Always use the drive thru, no complaints. But there is ample free parking if you prefer to sit and eat.

Oh Burger King....so bad but so good. This particular location is really a horrible drive-thru as the last reviewer noted. I ordered a Whopper meal and as I pulled up to take my bag and got something completely different ( think is was a chicken sandwhich not even close). The communication between customer and the teller is getting worse. I would go through the details of the comical conversation but it goes on too long and boring. ('large coke please'. Large coke? 'yes'. Large? 'yes'.) You eventually get the right Burger King order but in the end it's just Burger King and you should not have ordered it in the first place. I mean, those Whoppers are soooo packed with artery clogging goodness. I mean, it's like lifting a couch to your mouth sometimes.

I ordered food here recently. The hot sandwich wasn't very hot or fresh. I asked for an iced coffee with sweetener and no milk but they forgot to add the sweetener or give me any. They put milk in the coffee which I didn't want. Their french fries had absolutely no seasoning on them.

The burgers seem to me to be under cooked the few times I have gone here. The store looks run down and it really needs to be renovated.

The 2 stars is for the lack of attention to details. If you order anything always double check your order before you go. This is the closest BK to me, nearly every time I put in an order that involves more than one "meal" they nearly always leave something out. Just ordered delivery for 3 Whoppers, 3 Hamburgers and 3 fries and nuggets, and they left out a whopper and the nuggets. They consistently always leave something out, so always check before you leave. If you order delivery be prepared to have to go get your missing items yourself.

Food is always good, my gripe is with the seemingly random times my order is screwed up. I can't honestly say my drive through order can be consistently correct all the time. And it's not some once in a blue moon occurence either, it honestly feels like it's once every 3 or 4 meals.

Drive thru took more then 10 minutes even though there were a only 2 cars ahead of me. Normally, they are relatively quick. The place does seem to have new staff on training lately.

Food is luke warm. They always run out of ice for the drink machine. Service is not the quickest. Yet, the manager is always helping the line. But, it's not busy, go figure. I'm always stopping there because of the coupon deals. But, sad to say in this case, you get what you pay for 😔.

Thanks for making my breakfast sandwich without any eggs on it. I loved my sourdough breakfast sandwich without any egg. Just a slab of cheese lazily slapped across the sausage was so delicious!! Good effort! Maybe next time I can try it with eggs!!

Great service, however the men's bathroom was not very clean and there was no paper towels to dry your hands after washing them. The top of the toilet seat was just gross.

Went at 11 pm on a saturday night. An employee told us they were closed. The hours clearly state that this location closes at midnight. NOT COOL.

Store is currently scamming customers by taking app orders when it is closed. App support refuses to process instant refund. Manager no show, employees are waiting outside.

This Burger King needs some serious help. Place seems to be understaffed at night because it takes 30 minutes at the drive thru. When I went there was only 2 people working and no manager. By the time you get your food it is either cold or old. The food was mid but the service even worse.

What can I say junk food I was there this evening. I ordered 2 fish sandwiches, large French fries, small cheeseburger no pickles and 8 piece chicken nuggets and guess what I got 6 impossible burgers, 2 8 piece jalapenos and a large French fries. this is not the first time they messed my order up what's up burger king people.

Parked the car and got the family and baby out. Just to find out all doors are locked. They only accept drive-thru. Seem like this place isn't even prepare how to handle the on-going pandemic. Zero signs on the window or door to tell customers anything. We needed to use their restroom but figured it's too much for them to handle and left.

Drive thru line was 20 minutes… not the first time. Happen once then twice, and then I stopped coming from almost a year. Came back a year later and same waiting time. Cars waiting, most leaving and still waited 20 minutes just to have my order taken.

The worst Burger King ever! Drive through took 10 minutes to take our order and waiting for the food is another 15 minutes. I wish that the waiting was the only problem, the burger was so bad that we had to throw it.

I drive 15 minutes to go get my wife Burger King go to the drive through give an order to the lady I read the screen and the order is all wrong then a guy takes over the order and does it correctly . I pay get my food and drive back 15 min my vegetarian wife takes a bite and says this doesn’t taste like it normally does I look at it and it’s not an impossible whopper it’s a regular beef whopper. She almost threw up cause she’s never had meat before. I drive all the way back and in front off me are two other people complaining about the wrong orders. I go when it’s my turn and I say hey here’s the receipt here’s the sandwich with one bite missing you guys gave me the wrong burger and my wife just ate meat after 30 years of her life cause your mistake . Without saying a word they checked and the right burger was still there siting on the back they hand me the right one in a bag and I said that’s it ? Like your not even going to say a word to me after you wasted 1 hour of my time and made my wife eat meat. The guy says well “it wasn’t me who took your order” I said I understand but I’m not asking you for money or anything a simple apology would be the right thing to say then him and the lady said “sorry that people are in training “and I left. But it’s common sense to say that without me asking for one all they had to say was “ I’m sorry I didn’t do your order but I apologize for the inconvenience”

This was the worst experience I've ever had. They didn't put my hamburgers in bags. When I called, they refused to pay me, and I finally managed to reach a manager. Because of my accent, she spoke to me in a racist and mocking way. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

The wait time was horrendous. Then they almost gave me the wrong order. When I got the order it doesn't ask if I want ketchup but sauce. Suggested zesty sauce put on the tray. I still needed a straw and napkins. Next I sat down I started eating my food was attacked for my food. Someone ran up to be grab sandwiche ate it. Ate onion rings I had throw the food kept running back ran grab my bag as though it was getting ready to rob me and no one asked if I was okay or bring food to me Then I was attacked by bathroom one and threw water on back and fluid on what was left of my food.

*1/5 Stars - Disappointing Experience at Burger King (2351 Jericho Tpk, Garden City Park, 11040)* I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this Burger King location. I ordered a Big Fish Medium Meal with a specific request for the fish to be cooked out of the fryer, which I verbally confirmed with the staff at the register (Order #405 at 3:30 pm). However, when I asked the staff member to inform the kitchen about my request, he seemed uninterested and instead chatted with his coworker. When I received my order, I questioned the staff member about how it was ready so quickly, and he falsely claimed that the fish was cooked out of the fryer. Unfortunately, when my wife checked the food in the car, she found that the fish was indeed cooked in the fryer, the food was cold, and the fries were soggy. As a regular customer who always orders the same meal, I'm frustrated that this isn't the first time I've experienced issues with my order, especially on weekends. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer service is unacceptable. *Suggestions for Improvement:* - Train staff to listen to and follow customer requests accurately. - Ensure that orders are prepared correctly and meet customer expectations. - Improve food quality and temperature control. Until these issues are addressed, I would advise others to be cautious when ordering from this location.

We just came through the drive through to pick up dinner. When we got home we saw our order was complete wrong so I called the store. When they picked up the phone I asked to please speak to a manager about the mix up and was hung up on. When I called back I was told very rudely that there was no manager there. Guess I’m calling tomorrow but they need to hire better staff no need to be nasty over a mistake with our order they caused.

Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior by Alan. We politely asked for our coffee to be remade because it was overly milky. He said “okay,” took the drink, and handed us back the exact same one. When we asked a second time for a fresh one to be made, he said he wouldn’t take it back because we had taken a sip—which we hadn’t. When we asked a third time, again explaining that we hadn’t even drank from it, he then said it was premade. The entire experience was frustrating and unacceptable. We won’t be returning to this location.

Ordered 11/13/24 at 2:53 pm one whopper and it took 12 minutes for my order to be fulfilled. There was nobody ahead of me in the drive through and I was waiting by the window for 12 minutes wondering why it took so long, then I saw the employee bring out multiple orders to the window. She prepared everyone’s orders behind me at the same time. And so as soon as i drove away with my order, everyone behind me got their order instantly making it seem like the wait was due to me. This tactic is dishonest and irritating at my expense. Making someone wait 12 minutes for one whopper at the drive thru while an employee catches up with everyone’s orders behind that customer.

Non English speaking manager will mess up the order and then pretend to not understand when asked to fix it. Also, if you’re allergic to eggs/ mayo DO NOT eat from here they will put it on every time and you’ll have to return to have them fix it or refund you. They’re not very polite or friendly either just go up the street to McDonald’s or get a slice of pizza it’s several good pizza places in the area. don’t waste your money!

Wow...restroom was horrible. Urine and toilet papers all over the floor inside the restroom and the lobby floor was sticky. We ordered the taco hoping for a good experience...lol NOPE! Photos to follow. And they dont have taco sauce! The actual taco failed the window pic miserably. We shall never return.
