Above average pizzeria/restaurant. Superb experience. Chicken Parm Platter w/side Linguine white clam sauce. Spinach/Broccoli Rabe kinish type thing. We left there completely satisfied with the food & service. Will definitely be back. So we’ve been back twice since my 5 Star review above was posted. Disappointed each time. Now both times the White clam sauce is now just one notch above being plain hot water and the baby clams are now something unrecognizable. Won’t be back for awhile. And $$$$ !!! Mama Theresa’s in Garden City Park.

We went as a big group for a family dinner. The waiter was attentive and patient. We asked if we could split the bill, and after a lot of back and forth, we ended up not splitting the bill. There was a large menu with lots of options, including gluten free. Dessert looked good too but we didn’t try it.

Mama Theresa’s in Garden City Park serves up a solid Sicilian slice, but while the crust had a nice doughy texture, it wasn’t as crispy as I’d like. The sauce was a bit underwhelming—nothing terrible, just not particularly memorable—so I’d rate it a 7/10. However, their grilled chicken panini on garlic bread was a standout. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy, paired with melty cheese and packed into buttery, flavorful garlic bread—easily a 9/10. Whether you're searching for the best pizza in Garden City Park or a delicious panini, Mama Theresa’s is a reliable spot for Italian comfort food.

Very nice establishment, the staff is super nice and friendly. They really make you feel welcomed with their interactions and treatment. Food is also very delicious. They overheard of talking about how good their garlic bread is and they brought it over to us at no cost. That was such a nice gesture in itself. Recommend!

Often super busy, especially on weekends. Food is not chesp, but quality and taste make up for it. Portions are very generous. They are always willing to customize your orders. Workers are polite. I've never had problems coming here. It's a great establishment.

This Is a very Nice restaurant, I just think its over priced, the amount of food they give it’s not as good as the other “Mama’s” restaurant, from the same franchise. The flavour it’s ok, the ambience is good, the service its excelent. We were 3 people eating and it was a $100 bill, so for a normal type of restaurant feels a little bit expensive. Not bad, just need to improve on many things.

Good food, but the people who take orders on the phone mess up orders so often to the point that they have to be screwing with me for fun, and I’m not assertive enough to say anything because I don’t like to cause any trouble. It doesn’t matter how clear I am and how simple my order is, they’ll mess it up most of the time

Ordered a neopolitan pie and for the price, I expected a pizza that could at least hold itself together. Instead, I got a glorified cheese puddle on what I can only assume was a whisper of dough. The crust was so thin it felt like a rumor, barely there, and certainly not sturdy enough to support the sauce and cheese, which seemed to be clinging on out of sheer desperation. Flavor? Meh. Structure? Nonexistent. Value? Laughable. If you're into edible paper topped with regret, this one's for you.

I ordered white clam sauce cooked with parsley and no added salt. They never cooked parsley but no salt was OK. The waiter Nicolas said "This is how the make it" as if I couldn't have it with parsley cooked in it !!!!!! No one came to see if I wanted any more water or anything else. My waiter was involved with a table of 4 people near me, like I didnt exhist. I asked another woman who was clearing tables bringing water she acted like she didnt know the word "water" I had asked another person who spoke English How come I can speak simple Spanish ????

I never leave reviews, & I’m also a recovering anorexic (I have epilepsy and a side effect of my medication is severe weight loss). I mention this because the serving sizes are so small - they didn’t even fill me up lol. When it doesn’t take a lot. Honestly, this was terrible. Not only was the food terrible & didn’t taste fresh and like it was frozen/premade, the serving sizes are so small - 5 pieces of stuffed pasta for 28 dollars - and there’s no way that pasta is fresh. That is insane. Idk what’s happening & why people’s standards are lowering so much, but this is basic pizzeria food. That pasta should have cost 12 dollars max. I won’t even get into the premade, old meatballs on the sub. Their sauce is also def canned. Please do not waste your money here. It’s literally being robbed. The best thing were the garlic knots - no complaints there.

The reason why I’m giving this review is because my family and I got the worse experience coming in here and not to mention it was our first time Anyways everything was fine since we arrived the counter guys were very nice with us we ordered a few slices of pizza rice balls the food was fine, we were almost finishing I still had half of what I got before anything we asked the counter guy if we could seat anywhere since they also have table service, so we still had some food left to eat and one of the waiters come to us Asking if we could move to another table because he needed to setup a table for 6 ppl. I mean what kind of service is this you’re still eating and you ‘re asked to move tables!!! Honestly we got up and left with our food still in our hands because we felt very uncomfortable!! Sorry mama Theresa we really wanted to give you a try but the experience we got was a no no we are never coming back here! I’m giving them a three star because of the counter guys were very nice and the food otherwise I’d give them one star!!

Since mamma Teresa is nearby and we’re passing by, we order pizza. Yesterday we ordered a Sicilian pie. When we opened the box it looked like half a pie or the box was too big. There were 8 portions. My guest and I only ate half of one portion (paid $25.50). Sorry to say but, there was minimal sauce and an abundance of tasteless cheese. Sauce makes the pizza. I was embarrassed to serve my Italian friend. mb
