I mean what else can you give a Taco Bell especially since I have been frequenting here since highschool. The place is nice to sit in and there is usually ample parking though the drive through gets busy at times. The staff are awesome enough and don't skimp on sauces either. Nostalgia and overall quality and service makes this a 4 for me. Other than that, it's not very special as Taco Bells go but a great option in the area for something quick

Basic Taco Bell. They didn’t have the nacho cheese fries becuase the “machine” wasn’t working. Leaving neutral review because the food just tasted like a normal Taco Bell. Updated review 10/26/24 Taco Bell staff is very attentive and polite. They are always nice and courteous when I am here and have a positive demeanor. However the food is still just ok. It was one of the worst experiences from this location! Because this location has a tendency to mess up the orders and 9/10 time i get food from here, something is wrong. I ordered food from drive thru at 10:30pm and wanted 7 layer nacho fries with chicken instead of beef. But however, they gave me beef which I found out after I got home. So I went back to get a replacement and waited another 30 mins only to find out at home again that they made this one with beef too. I went back the third time and I didn’t wait in line instead went up to drive thru window, and they gave me a replacement with less than half the quantity without chicken which is what i asked. The picture is provided below. Horrible service. I know they don’t do refunds and it was already 1:30 am, so I didn’t bother going back for 4th time.

In fairness, this review is based on one menu item along with my customer experience with the drive thru. I ordered a crispy chicken burrito which has been promoted extensively on their commercials and at their restaurants. I did like that they took the time to crisp up the tortilla on the outside. However when it took my first bite, there were parts of the burrito that were lukewarm and others were completely cold. Also the breading on the chicken made me feel like I was chewing salty gravel. I couldn’t finish the burrito and threw out about half of it. This Taco Bell has an AI ordering system that takes longer than a regular human and asks you if you want to add extra money to a charity. From my perspective, I just want my order to be fast and accurate. Please don’t ask me to donate to a charity, even though you are probably getting paid by said charity. I will not go back to this Taco Bell in the future as the food quality is so far below what I expect and I despise their AI ordering system at the drive thru. I miss the way Taco Bell used to be from 1995 to 2005. It is a shell of what it used to be.

Despite reviews I have to give this place a try. Wrong move. I got there and started to order and the lady was adding things to my order. Eventually she just said “my system is having issues” and then when I told her the correct order she just said “drive up” gave me the wrong drink twice, forgot my nachos and I go inside to get my nachos and SHE gets angry at me for her mistake. Never going again. They need new staff.

Walked in at 5:45 on September 12th walked out at 6:30 and all I ordered was 2 tacos. Completely unprofessional and shitty customer service. The lady at the front has such an attitude and I don’t think she understands her job. Everytime I go in, there are more employees eating on the table than actual workers making the food. Can’t even call this location fast food. They also ignore everyone when you’re trying to get their attention and just stand in the back and laugh. And once I got my food, there was chicken literally outside of the wrapper and absolutely zero toppings. This also wasn’t the first time, has been multiple instances where I got the wrong order or got beef when I asked for vegetarian. Staff is incredibly disrespectful, aggressive, lazy and incompetent. When I asked about my order after waiting for 20 mins the lady says “ you’ll get it when you get it.” Fire the whole staff + clean the place and restart or just close for good 🙏. Go to floral park location 100 times better.

Unbelievably bad service. I ordered over $40 and they gave it all in a thin bag. I asked for a box at least 5 times and they refused telling me that it comes only with 12 tacos. 3 people including the manager, were trying to convince me that they only put 12 tacos in box. The 12 tacos in box are half the price of what I paid and they advertise customized boxes. Not an option on the computer how to pack what you choose. Why not? I had 10 tacos and 2 big fries, 2 cheeses, a bag of 12/cream puffs and a drink. All too heavy for a thin bag and on top of each other melting the crisp tacos. It was impossible to get a box to arrange it all properly, I left aggravated and ready to throw everything in the garbage. Horrible attitude and disrespectful to client’s reasonable wish. Taco Bell Must change this incompetent manager. They all should be trained to deal with clients and know English well.

Ordered lunch from this location via Uber Eats. Honestly, I'm thinking it would be wise to file a complaint. Advertised crunch wrap supreme is loaded with vegetables and choice meats. What I got was basically a hard tortilla wrapped in a soft one. And this location is not the only one doing this. Other locations are doing the same thing. They are skimping us out. I am super fan of Taco Bell. But this sort of thing should not fly. Especially if we are paying for it.

First of all, if 0 stars were an option…it would be a 0/5. We walked in, and the employees saw us and we decided to go to the new kiosk. My go-to wasn’t added and so i stood on line for 10 minutes with employees back turned and not greeted once. A lady came and I approached her with a “Hello”, and she completely ignored me. There was 8 people working and absolutely no one in the store but 2 customers already seated. My partner proceeds to ask them to take our order and a lady responds “Use the kiosk”. We told her the situation and she gave us attitude. A different lady took our order and asked me multiple times on my order and i corrected her 2x. (She still got it wrong even after we both went over it.). One of the foods were very unappetizing and looked unpleasing. The name literally had “melted cheese on top”. Rude employees, terrible customer service, uncleaned environment and bathrooms, and poor food quality. dont bother coming unless you want attitude.
