One of the most flavorful vegetarian pho's I have ever had. The vegetables in the dish were also so fresh. Good spice options on the table to add. My son also really enjoyed his chicken pho. The ambience was okay, nothing special, but every staff member was friendly and helpful. While the prices were not unreasonable, I think it is a little expensive for college students compared to some of the other surrounding options. It would be great if they added some ideas more in line with college pricing for the students. I think they would have a lot more business. A delicious meal and I would highly recommend.

Great food and feels like home!

When I walked in we were seated immediately. The waiter was nice and we got our food within 15min of ordering. I got the #19 Pho Tai which is a noodle soup with sliced beef. The broth was very flavorful and the beef was so nice. The place itself was nice and cozy. I recommend this place to people who like Vietnamese food or live noodles.

Waitress here are super nice. Pho beef is delicious. Very Friendly to kids. And very close to the college. On the Main Street. You may want to try this place while visiting new paltz town

My wife and I were driving through, admittedly to head to a different lunch spot when we saw this place and decided to stop here instead. We are super glad that we did! Food was absolutely delicious, we got the spicy shrimp pho the bun dac biet vermicelli bowl, and the grilled chicken spring rolls. All dishes were delicious, spiciness of the pho was perfect, the grilled pork in the bowl was super tasty, large portions, and fresh toppings! Definitely a spot we will come back to, and has officially trumped our old go to, which sadly has fallen in quality a bit since covid.

Visited this place 8/28. Always drove by this place but never been. Me and my best friend decided to pop by and man am I glad. Great food and just as great and friendly service. Our waitress was very attentive! And the prices are beyond reasonable for the amount of food you get. I had enough for left overs . I got the vegetable dumplings and special beef pho. The flavours were so savoury and the beef was so tender. Wow. They provide sauces for the food (I used Hoison Sauce) and extra sides for the pho. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. I want to try their other items in the future. I now get why this place is always crowded whenever I drove past it. Note: I want to mention you can choose your own seat instead of waiting for the waitstaff

Came in an hour before closing, was glad we did. They didn't kick us out either. The food is so good and portions size of the pho bo is huge and fresh. Love that they have a page full of vegetarian options as well. They also have boba! There is outside seating with a ln electric heater for those cool nights. Inside, It's very homey. Sot wherever you want and the server will bring you menus, the service was friendly even though they were almost ready to close. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

I had a wonderful meal at this pho restaurant after a trail walk. The vermicelli I ordered was delicious, and the outdoor tables provided a perfect setting to enjoy the lovely fall weather. Highly recommend!

This is the go to place for whenever my family comes up to drop me off or visit me at college since my freshman year! Time really flew by quickly.. My family would always order the same dishes as seen in the photos(I don't remember what they are called) and I really enjoy the Thai tea here(I LOVE it).

Our server first greeted us then got us waters. She got 1 less then our group size, but once notified immediately rectified the situation by producing 1 more cup of water for our table! I visited IPho yesterday with my wife and we had appetizers and 2 bowls of soup and wow. It’s funny because I always watch Vietnamese cooking on YouTube and wondered what the soups would taste like. It was all fantastic and big servings. Worth the trip, worth the time, worth the food. I’m definitely coming back with the family this time. Don’t doubt it, make a point to go out and eat at IPho.

I love getting the pork vermicelli. They don't miss because every time the quality of the food is great. Through the space is a little small and a little dark, they manage to make a very homey environment and the servers are always very nice.

This place completely exceeded my expectations! I had a craving for Vietnamese food, and drove almost an hour to get to this gem. The food is spectacular and I'll definitely be back. We ordered the fried egg rolls, the shrimp summer rolls and 2 bowls of pho. One was spicy, the other regular, both had the sliced beef, meatballs and brisket. Both were exceptional!!!! We also ordered the passion fruit bubble tea and to finish off, the Vietnamese coffee. Everything was off the charts good! They were definitely worth the drive.

The pho is very customizable, and has a warm authentic flavor. You have the option to add vegetables to a meat pho or to add meat to a vegetable pho. We didn't have to wait long to get seated, even on a Saturday evening. The atmosphere is relaxing and chill.

My group and I just came back from a hike in the area and were really hungry and we were all happy to find this little joint in town. It’s right by the university too! The prices are so good for the amount of food that you get. We got an order of beef stew pho, grilled chicken and garlic butter rice platter, and two orders of regular beef pho which comes with the most amount of meat. The seating options are great for indoors and outdoors and although the place is packed, speedy service and everyone was polite! The food tasted great and was traditional. They try their best with modifications as well! Would definitely give this place a try and would come back to visit this whenever I’m in the area! Along with the great portions, if you leave a review you get a bubble tea too for free!!!

They have a lovely array of flowers around their fenced area and the benches outside are protected by large umbrellas. If it gets a bit chilly they even have outside heaters. And by evening they have cute outdoor lights that warms up the atmosphere.

Came here after a long hike. I was in the mood for soup. I had their PHÓ CHin- Beef Well-Done Brisket Noodle Soup. My only “complaint” was that the noodles were broken. I like the classic long noodle in the pho, not sure how they were broken but I got a lot of short noodles. My friend ordered the grilled chicken summer rolls and the BÁNH Mi GÀ NUÓNG which is their grilled chicken, cucumber carrots & daikon, cilantro pickled carrots & daikon, pickled carrots & daikon sandwich. Driving through the small hamlet of NEW PALTZ. What use to be a infamous pizzeria is now IPHO. This place was packed full when we was there, we have to wait, the food was good, Bánh mì was short but packed full of meat until other place I got, Bún bò Huế was ok not a lot of noodles, not original tradition don't have bone,aka pork hook/knuckles. Is more like Pho they just add different spices to it so it look like Bún bò Huế.

Food is pretty tasty albeit not 100% authentic taste. Friendly staff and service though they never gave us napkins until we asked for it and forgot about our appetizer until we asked.

A lot of meat in pho so the price is reasonable. The broth is quite sweet. There is a nice outdoor seating. Service was very good because a lady was walking like a race walking athlete and checked all the tables by herself.

Good value overall, though this is the varsity market “get in, get out,” attractive also to hikers bound for or from the nearby trailheads since dress code is informal. Al fresco seating when weather allows, and paved parking lot. Four stars because there is a way to account for the open-air tables without imposing on customers to remember their table’s number, as is presently the practice.

After a great hike or visit to one of the many beautiful state parks, I always stop in at IPho to eat before heading back home. Summer of 2022, had my meal inside the establishment, food was great even their garlic fried rice. The server spilled some of the food on me without comping our meal or apologizing for her error. Our second visit was summer of 2023; food was delicious as always but the servers were extremely inattentive. Forgot our drinks, straws and even took a while to get our check.

We tried IPho today for the first time. It was lunch time and it was busy (that's a good sign!) but there were still a couple of tables open. We were seated quickly, but it took a fair amount of time before somebody came over to take our order. Once we ordered we got our drinks and food pretty quickly, but they forgot our appetizer and just came out with our main dishes. The waitress that took our order didn't write anything down and did it by memory, while other waitresses were entering other people's orders directly into a tablet. We ended up with three different waitresses as they must help each other out. One waitress took our order, a different one brought us our food, and a third brought our bill. That being said EVERYBODY was friendly and working their tails off! The food was absolutely delicious, authentic, and tasty, and we can't wait to try other items on the menu!! The inside of the restaurant was cute, and it's also nice that the restaurant has their own parking lot, which is a very welcome thing for a restaurant on the main drag in NP. Would have been a 5 star rating except for the missing appetizer, but still highly recommended! Give them a try!!

We had takeout here and enjoyed! The banh mi was tasty but smalllll. The vegetarian pho was good, too but I was confused as some of the tofu was crispy and other prices raw. The flavors were good but I’d recommend the spicy broth because it was bland without some seasoning and spice. I reaaallly appreciated how they packaged soup, broth and toppings seperately for maximum freshness. We also had taro bubble tea and Thai iced tea which always hit just right! Overall an OK take out spot!

The food was great but the service was slow. The owner may want to consider hiring one more staff. Update: As some mentioned, the restaurant offers a free boba for leaving a Google review. That probably explains the high number of 5-star reviews. I was incentivized to leave a review, but after giving four stars, I was billed $3 for the bubble tea. That surprised me, since the policy posted on the wall doesn’t explicitly require a five-star review. The food was great but I wasn't happy with the service because it took a very long time to order. I took one more star off because the restaurant can't seem to acknowledge there's room for improvement. Even though at the end they didn't charge the bubble tea, they didn't seem apologetic. Worse, the bubble tea isn't that good to worth the trouble ordering, asking, and ruining the night.

Don’t waste your time with this place. We were told 20 mins even though their was an open booth. We waited for 20 mins and then another table came in. 3 waitresses took the booth and sat down to eat while there was 7 customers waiting to be seated. I have never seen such bad behavior in a restaurant. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and am shocked!!!
