In the afternoon, they rarely have my choice of donuts, but they're very generous with the munchkins for my granddaughters.

Placed an order for the Toasted Hummus Toast with bacon and a large Golden Peach Refresher drink. All was made to perfection. Friendly staff and they are quite detail oriented as to making sure my order was accurate & great tasting.

The young ladies were very kind and polite to my girlfriend and I, they gave us a pup cup for my pit bull soldier boy and he was in his glory looking forward to our next visit.

Clean, ample parking, rest room, practices safe social distancing. Zarif is awesome and seriously makes the coffee to perfection every single time. I drive all the way from Monroe just to go to this location. He's fast and professional. Jada another employee (new to me) is really nice and remade my drink after I ordered wrong. She made it delicious and without making me feel uncomfortable. Fast and delicious 😻. I would highly recommend people to go to this location. If you are looking for a dunkin that actually makes good drinks, friendly, and are professional go here.

The only reason I'm going out of my way to write a review is because of the one reason this Dunkin' Donuts stands out: Safiya. She always has a friendly demeanor and gets my order perfect every time.

Shane and Fabi absolutely killed it at this location this morning! Very quick service and they work together like a well oiled machine! A+, these two deserve praise!

A good DDs: drink came quickly and the food was just behind the drink. Staff was friendly and respectful, no problems at all.

This place has the best and the freshest donuts. I mean they ARE delivered at about Midnight nightly so if you get there early enough you are going to get the best of the best. YUM YUM YUM.

I absolutely love this Dunkin the workers are so nice and make the food super yummy ! I go in there everyday to get my breakfast and I’m just very concerned for the workers it’s 84 degrees in the store today and the workers were sweating I felt so bad ! The managers or corporate NEED TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE AND LOWER THE TEMP IN THAT STORE! The workers are so nice I feel bad for them!!!

Best Dunkin Donuts in the area! The food is always hot. The drinks are always made properly and the staff is very pleasant! I gave it a 4 star simply because it doesn't have a drive thru which would be beneficial.

One of the better Dunkin Donuts as far as service and food. Unfortunately it is the worst as far as location, being nearly impossible to exit into 5 corner traffic. I would reccomend parking in the Price Chopper parking lot near it and walking up and around.

The staff and service are amazing, this is the 2nd time that I've gone here and my coffee is just been awful. I don't know what's up with the cold brew at this location but like coffee flavoured water.

Years ago, this was a very good DD. Although it isn't bad now. It is nowhere near as good as it once was. I still stop in now and then. But I no longer go out of my way to go there. The service and employees seem way less friendly or happy to be there. (just my opinion) The products seem of a lesser quality, but still demanding the extreme prices DD demands. Again, this is still a decent place to stop. It's only that it used to be a great place to stop. Now it's average at best. Again, just my opinion.

They had the donuts mixed up. We both got wrong filled donuts!

Didn't have caramel or Boston cream doughnuts. No drive thru either.

Went to DD and purchased a box of jo and a dozen Donuts, placed them on a table and the table tipped over, everything went to the floor. Wouldn't you know it the table was missing a leg. I informed the three workers of the broken table, needless to say no one did anything about it they just left it there for someone else to tip tip it over and possibly hurt themselves or someone else.

It's not like any Dunkin donuts is worth much but this one is frustrating. It's a pain to get in and out of. But it does see a lot of customer traffic. Maybe that's why they are always out of what I want. O well

I buy coffee every morning there but the young lady. Is always on her phone in the back of the shop never in front to serve and with that i call out to her and still on her phone in back teen are worse people to hire for these shop cause their brain is lavking so much really she very poor white kid with tatoo wearing gloves after grabbing everything with them and money thenserve you.

I found 2 hairs and a plastic sheet in my sweet black pepper bacon sandwich on Wednesday, June 2 after 2pm. I'm very unhappy with how sloppy my sandwich was put together and will not be returning.

This is the saddest Dunkin in the area. The only saving grace is the staff tries but let's be honest, they really don't care.

I had placed my order inside at 2:30pm on 09/27/23. A young hispanic man had took my order. He had one air-pod in the whole time and could barely hear me cause of it, which resulted in him placing my order incorrectly. When I had went to pick up my oder after he slammed it on the counter I noticed all of my food was cold. And the snackin bacon was barely full. I had told him I wanted two orders of everything bagels with cream cheese toasted and cut in half. But I had received two order of mini bagels cut in half. I told him and he said nothing. So I had told the other associate about the food and told her about his attitude. She said she would take over but he came over slamming everything while he re made the order. Ignored her completely when she said she could do it. And then slam the items on the counter after he finished. I understand people can have a bad day but that attitude was disgusting and unnecessary it took a lot out of me to not tell him off especially with how he acted towards his co worker. Hopefully something is done cause that attitude will create a hostile work environment.

Dunkin donuts introduced it's Midnight dark roast a long while ago and for me it's there best coffee and only hot coffee I'll buy at their shops. That being said, while it's a quick brew, some Dunkin' employees have mentioned that they are supposed to brew a fresh pot every time someone orders Dunkin' Midnight, even if it's just one cup. But they don't! Instead they'll sell you whatever cold, rancid and sickening cup size you order and lie to you if you question it's freshness. Normally I'll have 1 to 2 cups of coffee in a day. The days I want that second cup is because I'm rushing, really need the boost and/or the warming comfort to carry on with my appointment(s). Being met with a major disappointment from one of the ELEVEN Dunkin Donuts available within my local travels wasn't enough on Monday, April 1st I got sick immediately following the coffee that wasn't freshly brewed. The Midnight has a premium price of at least one dollar more than the regular brew, out of ELEVEN shops only one follows protocols (on occasion), now food borne illnes...nothing is worth that misery.

Extremely slow service. Order was incorrect, I ordered an iced coffee with regular but got three pieces of ice in it. Took about twenty minutes for the iceless iced coffee to be made. Store itself didn't look very clean either

If you can find another Dunkin’ nearby, skip this one. Or go to Starbucks literally next door. Or drive to Washingtonville where the staff is friendly & helpful! The cashier who took my order never had eye contact or interaction with me at all. She kept the lid of her visor down as to not use her eyes. The manager was standing right next to her and I guess this is acceptable customer service to her. The coffee was fine but the girl taking the order has no business working with the public. She had blue hair for reference.
