Even though the fires were happening and a lot of their crew was still evacuated, service was still quick, food was good and the waiters were friendly. Still in good shape even with all the chaos, would give 6 stars if possible lol
Good food with reasonable price. Excellent service with friendly waiter. A pleasant stop before going to Charles M. Schulz Museum
I went there for dinner the service is very nice. Our server is so welcoming. I actually finish my whole food. And so was my mom and dad.
Out of all the restaurants in Sonoma County , the employees at Ihop, were extremely polite, provided speedy customer service, and offered free refills. The cuisine served was utterly fresh, flavorful and filling!
The man serving me literally raised my credit score by Nine million points. It was 7 AM on a Monday. The cooks were absolute angels. I saw the wings on a dimension not seen.
When you're hungry, and it's 2 in the morning, there's really no substitute. When you have twenty of your closest friends with you, you usually can't get food in less than a few hours. Unless you come to this place. They had one waitress and one cook, but they put up with our ruckus and rolled with it when we ordered family style--3 dozen eggs, 2 dozen pancakes, 2 dozen hashbrowns. Some grilled cheese mysteriously appeared at some point. The waitress could not have been more helpful and they were really friendly.
Food Is good although there are lots of bums around that try and shank you for your wallet, puse or cell as you enter or leave. I have found that wearing a couple jackets blunts the knife thrusts. Also if you throw some of your left overs to the ground as you leave the bums fight over it giving you time to run to your car. Don't mace the bums or the police will arrest you (even if you have stab wounds). The bums aren't ihops fault so please go in for their great breakfasts!
Great place to meet and greet. Great food, good variety, and excellent staff. This is a good place for a meeting.
Had breakfast here with my wife and son on late Saturday morning (close to Noon) and we thought the food and service were excellent. The atmosphere was calm and the operation seemed well organized.
Service great! Guy at front very nice and accommodating. Prices a bit high for take out, but I've noticed some TV ads for specials so maybe need to eat in! My daughter said the breakfast potatoes were very tasty!
My server was incredibly fast an incredibly attempt I was so appreciative to get that much attention
The customer service was fast and friendly! When my food arrived, it was hot and fresh. My server was very kind about me special ordering my pancakes! The pancakes were delicious! I had to drive a little out of my way to go to IHOP instead of Denny's because their food often tastes stale to me. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Great place Augustin is the best server ever
I have not been to an IHOP in a few years. We decided to stop and check it out and see what all the hype is about now with the burgers. Of course we ordered some of their breakfast it was amazing as always. The burgers were also outstanding I really like the selection and I am glad that they spiced up the menu a bit. I definitely recommend everybody come check it out sometime.
Very friendly staff and clean environment
So easy to order from new menu. Accommodate meal preferences like no carbs but salad or fruit.
Nice, friendly people- owners. Very professional, polite and go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Service is excellent. Regular customers make it delightful as well. Took biscuits and gravy off the menu though.
The server who took care of us tonight was named Emmanuel, and he was fantastic! He was incredibly chipper, helpful, and courteous. We couldn't believe that he was new to serving! He made sure that we had a wonderful experience, and we'll definitely be coming back the next time we're in the neighborhood.
Went in on a busy Sunday morning. Got seated pretty fast. Server was quick and polite. Food was so good!
Great food... patreons are alittle Squirrelly but Masedonio was aamz8ng..tha k you!!
Seated nearly instantly. Food came out nearly instantly as well which is a relief since I was by myself because It seems apparent my wives either can't hear or don't know to listen to what can be heard out loud and or in background sounds or music
Great waitress , food and quiet.
I haven't been to an IHOP in at least 20 years. The service was excellent and the place was clean too. Food was cooked well, eggs and hash browns were delicious.y daughter has the chicken and waffles with bacon. The coffee was fresh. Overall I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the place. I will be back again soon. Thank you.
I had THE VERY BEST WAITER EVER!!! The attention to details and to me were remarkable. If you come here, see if Alejandro Q.’s section is available. I had a very good meal of French toast combo with blueberries and lemon ricotta spread. Highly recommend this restaurant!! Thanks Alejandro for looking after me.
We were unaware it was free pancake day and it was pretty busy.... however, first, the manager was explaining to a lady that there was a wait because they had tables, but that he only had 3 servers and didn't want to overwhelm them which is automatically 5 stars for me. Your employees are lucky to have a manager that cares. The place was also very clean and we were taken very good care of! The food was amazing and the service was absolutely worth mentioning. Our server was Augustin and he was very interactive and friendly. First time at this location and I'll definitely come back. You guys did a great job today.
Thanks to this place. Very yummy pancakes
I have always loved Ihope and I will always love it there
Agustin was our server and he went the extra mile to make sure my son had a great time. He checked in early for our drink order, and gave us time to figure out what we wanted without pressure. He helped my son get into the WiFi network (meltdown avoided), so we all had a chill time and enjoyed the pancakes. Thank you, Agustin!
Don Agustin was very friendly and attentive. The food was hot and we were quickly served. I appreciate servers like him.
Augustin was a great server. Very friendly and accommodated my waiting for my friend. This IHop location is very homey! I like the ambience, and the food is so, so yummy as normal :)
My order was delicious and my Server Augustin S. was very efficient and courteous. I recommend this IHOP to my friends and family!
Coffee is hot and tasty, try the fish and shrimp...on par with fine dining establishments.
Great place for pancakes and good variety of breakfast foods. Service was excellent. Friendly and fast service. Great atmosphere, clean and reasonable prices.
Great food, good service, clean environment, literally no complaints.
Agustin is my waiter when I go to ihop he is always checking up on me and my family if we need anything always a pleasure to have a conversation with him. He is always smiling and has a good vibe
Fast and reliable food. We took breakfast to go and the service from Leticia Q arranging our take-out was amazing. She made sure we had everything we wanted and was so professional and polite.
I don’t leave a lot of feedback but I really wanted to get on here to say thank you to this 4th street IHOP. I had an issue and it was addressed and rectified immediately by the manager. I often order from here and seldomly there may have been a slight over sight or mistake. This isn’t anything that is often encountered when I order from here but I can say if there is an issue it isn’t anything taken lightly. The staff seems to honestly care about their overall quality, respect and service. Thank you. Special thank you to Sandror J. and Shane. Thank you for your immediate attention to my concern.
Just coming into town on my way to somewhere else to see someone about something other that what you might expect, and thought I'd stop and grab a couple of sandos. Well, I thought I'd go to that little spot next to the creek, but there wasn't a place to park! Then I saw the IHOP! ..And outa nowhere started singing... You can rock it..you can roll it..you can stomp it..even stroll it at the Hop...oh baby let's go to the HOP! SO...I did, and got a couple of Amazing fried chicken sandwichs to go, they were Spectacular! ☆☆☆☆☆
After 5 years of eating at this specific IHOP, I still admire it's charm. Service has stayed consistent and the food always makes it to my plate. What more could you ask for
Good service. Huge portions for a $13 breakfast. The spinach and mushroom omelette was very good. Loaded with cheese and veggies. Kid friendly.
My mother Terry Manley used to love to bring us to IHOP. My sister liked to get crepes and she liked the multi flavors of syrup. I sure miss those days when my family would all be together. The staff here was super cool to me. Even while my 19 month old son Henry terrorized the establishment. Lol. They took it with a smile. And i do appreciate that so much. Its hard taking care of a little one by yourself. But my omelet was delicious and Henry liked his happy face pancakes.
Service was awesome food was average. Had the berry salad, very bland, fajita omelet, ok but would not order again.
My spinach omelette was delicious! Our server was nice and attentive. Didn't even have to ask to have my drink refilled....he saw it was empty and took care of it. 😀
Now this is a good IHOP. We went in around 3pm (table for 4). Only one other table. Our waiter was friendly and once he caught on we were all just being goofy, he was fun as hell. Good came out promptly, it was tasty and hot. Nothing spectacular, it is IHOP after all, but none of us had a complaint. Would go back if I ever had to go back to California.
Love to go here for some basic breakfast food. No fancy concoctions, just home-style dishes. They suffer from low staffing issues, so services wasn’t great. Atmosphere is what you’d expect from an IHOP.
Food was good, service was courteous but it took a long time to get our food. My baby was getting very antsy. We went on a Monday morning. Also, I couldn't pay with the app.
They brought me the bill without me asking; they were practically rushing us out.
Consistently decent, not phenomenal. Service time was relatively fast with one check-in after delivery. Coffee always promptly delivered. I had the chicken tenders and shrimp which were good but I skipped the fries which were decent.
The food was decent. Nice fluffy eggs, bacon crisp, and the sausage was cooked perfectly. The salsa, on the other hand not so much. It tasted like ketchup, spicy. I love the heat of salsa but not like ketchup. The service was great.
The food was tasty. We enjoyed a mushroom spinach omelet, cubed potatoes (home fries?) And a fried shrimp platter Service was fine, but not exceptional. But the atmosphere was kinda yucky. When we walked in, we could smell the bathrooms. They are located in the front, near the "wait to be seated" area. The 1s thing you get blasted by is all the fake chemical smells used to clean and cover up odor. Then you smell the odor. 🤢 We were only 1 of 2 customers in the whole establishment. So service was prompt. The music was so loud and NOT conducive to digestion. It was 90's pop/rap genre. I would hope for something more calm, or simply instrumental.
Food was as good as IHOP food is for breakfast. Fluffy pancakes, eggs were well cooked as well as breakfast meats. Service however was lacking. We ran out of coffee, water refills didn't happen, only checked on once. Restaurant was not very busy.
This is the perfect spot for delicious pancakes and a wide variety of breakfast options. The service was exceptional friendly, efficient, and attentive. With a welcoming atmosphere, spotless cleanliness, and affordable prices, it’s a breakfast experience you’ll enjoy.
We had a great experience today on Veterans day. They comped my husband's breakfast for his service and I enjoyed my breakfast as well. The server was prompt. The food was as well. I would recommend breakfast here for sure.
Honestly a good iHop restaurant, with very nice staff, but I was disappointed with the expensive prices and the lack of flavored syrups that they used to have available at every table. Apparently they removed these as some COVID related excuse, but it's just the company being cheap, despite the menu prices being sky high for being very basic food. If the prices were a bit cheaper like they used to be, I would be more satisfied
Waiter was average , there was no silverware whatsoever until we asked him right after we got our food. The guy seemed very dysfunctional in his workplace as if his mind was somewhere else! Very awkward
It was not what I expected, definitely not as good as Denny's, did not live up to hype of other ihop restaurants. Food portions were small and not much variety for sides. The waiter was good but the whole place seemed dirty, not blatantly, but just like not thoroughly clean, prices high, for food quality not worth it. Nice place for groups though since it's never that busy. I would highly recommend Ohana's Family Hawaiian BBQ just down the street or even Safeway's deli food is better deal.
Just plain and food seems like I could just do better at home bacon was thin and seemed cheap even though price is too much for what you are getting
I don't expect much from iHop or Denny's, but this place always seems understaffed no matter what time you go. The food is good for what it is usually, but the last few times I've had to ask for new silverware and a new mug, there were still food on the flatware and lipstick on the mug.
Had not been to an IHOP for about 25 years. Was somewhat surprised. Plain Pancakes were quite good. Syrups were still dreadful but the sugar free wasn't as bad this time around. Also, you can use the jelly instead of the poisonberry. Overall OK for institution food.
Went there on a whim and was disappointed that they no longer do the crepes or the Swedish Pancakes. I did end up having a salad that was very good. The environment was not the classic IHOPS of old, but then again, I'm old. Miss that whole old timey experience. Never tried the pancakes, so can't speak to that.
It is one of the classical IHOP experiences, good food in large portions. :) The only problem is the service was extremely slow and we had to wait for ordering the food and it took almost 25 minutes to have our plates served after the order. It may be the morning rush hour. Also, we couldn't see the outdoor seating which was a negative point in Covid context.
Usually we have great service here, but this time... The food took FOREVER to get and we were one of TWO groups there. The waiter was possibly on something and was "so hot" that he literally ran out of the door to get some air. Then he came back in and turned on the AC....... It was dark outside, so the weather was cooling off already and my kids were super cold. We finally spoke up and he turned it off, but it was literally the worst experience there so far. Usually, I'd give this IHOP a 4/5 stars... Maybe even 5 some days. But this day.... It was a 2/5 at its best. But mostly a 1 star experience that night. That's the reason for the 3/5.... Mostly good, but that night... Not so much.
Typical IHOP, but great waitstaff. I stick to the regular menu, the special pancake menus seem filled with way too many carbs. The clientele is nicely mixed, all ages, cultures feel welcome. Again, I love the the helpful, friendly staff, who check on us more than once per visit - better than Stark's Steakhouse service, by far.
thought it would be a quick affordable place to eat, now it's too expensive. bought lemonade for the kids, and it cost about 6 dollars each. WTH!!! 20 dollar for and omelette!!! Wasn't anything spectacular for the price. should've known something was wrong when the place was cricket silent. I think they lost a customer, corporate greed at it's finest. if you are going to raise prices, at least make it worth it.
We ate there about 2 months ago. It was later evening and not much was open, but we were tired from driving all day so we went there. There were only maybe 2 or 3 other tables occupied when we got there. It took forever for someone to notice we were there and it took a long time to order and get our food. The food itself was good, not excellent, but good. Then we had to wait to be able to pay as well.
I don't remember IHOP being so expensive. Food was all right. Not the same back when my kids were younger.
Clean, comfortable, and IHOP good food. We were unfortunate enough to get the one staffer that apparently didn't want to be there. Attentive yes, but macabre attitude and impatient. Roll the dice. There is a fair chance you won't get Wednesday Adams as your server. Again food good.
At $20 per person minimum and $7 glass of orange juice I will not be returning to IHOP for any reason. They do have wheelchair accessible parking as well as wheelchair accessible entrance. The atmosphere is loud and chaotic with all the sounds of an uncontrolled preschool. If you are looking for a nice meal with a special someone or with visiting family or friends, this is not your place. Main reason being this is NOT a wallet friendly restaurant nor is it a comfortable environment to enjoy a over priced meal. The service was friendly and provided the minimum amount of service that should be provided. I can't recommend this restaurant for any dinning out needs. No sign of the IHOP I remember.
My wife and I were shopping nearby and decided to stop at IHOP for some breakfast. It is not fancy, but we were seated fairly quick. The waiter was attentive and the food was good in a decent portion. What really impressed me was that we ordered from a section of the menu that had $7.00 meals that were advertised on TV. They also have a senior discount section.
Went on veterans day for the Red, white and blue meal. Thank you for supporting veterans.
The food was ok, But the service was poor and the food wasn't good. They should let you eat before they give you the bill because always enjoy food and that wasn't enjoying food. They give you the bill when you start eating 👿👎. Creek side Cafe and Black bear dinner is better. 🐻
The service was atrocious, ordered breakfast at approximately 2230. Server did not bring water although we asked for it when he took our order. Long time to receive food, it was cool requested hot sauce & jelly but had to find our server as he never came back to our table. He was sitting with two customers shooting the breeze. It's not as if he was "In the Weeds" there were only four tables & maybe ten customers in the restaurant. Eat there only if it's the last place open. Personally I think I'll go home and make myself a grilled cheese sandwich.
I went in there on August 30 at 2 pm and was seated by the male waiter and he ask what drinks de would like we answered him and he walked away. We sat patiently waiting and for 15 min to bring our drinks, he only had one other table. He proceeded to walk around sat at a table was on his phone. We waited for ten more minutes with no drinks or acknowledgement we were still there. So we got up and walked out and as we walked by him he said nothing and continued to ignore us. I will never go there if he is working there. I never got his name because he avoided us.
Well, I'll be as kind as I can be with my experience with IHOP in Santa Rosa on 4th Street. We ordered for delivery which we were told it would arrive between 4:16pm to 4:27pm, it was 3:50pm when we ordered. We live 5 minutes away, my parents are older and cant take the heat, so, ordering in seemed to be the way to go. Sorry to say this decision was a failed mission. Our food arrived at close to 5pm and was stone cold. Our order for 3 was missing a whole meal. I shared my sandwhich with my mom and none of us wanted the cold fries that came with it. My dad's eggs were cold as well as his one and a half strip of super thin bacon. His toast was hard and cold with no butter on it, which was an option on the menu. The order was delivered without side containers of butter, jelly, catsup, or eating utensils... not even one napkin. I'm beyond disappointed I'm actually a little upset because we paid $44 for the worst service and lunch meal I think We've ever had. Shame on you IHop for serving something like that and charging that price for what you are putting out as a meal. I will never make this mistake again!
Breakfast for 2 $63.00 Could have gone across the street for REAL FOOD for less money. I was beside myself.. 2 Omelets $40.00. NOT HAPPY we go there thinking it's cheaper.. WRONG! Pay at your own risk...
Only one waiter and cook for the whole restaurant tonight. Not the employees fault, he did great. My burger was the exact same size as my daughter's burger and hers was off the kids menu, yet mine was twice as much $$. Because my dad is a senior, his soda is way cheeper than mine, by almost 3$. 👎👎
I order chicken and waffles for 15.99. I got 1 waffle that was served 5/7 minutes before the chicken. The chicken was 4 tiny pinkie sized strips. I had to ask my wife if I ordered off the kids menu. Wil not ne back.
Is ok I came back for the 1st time since March. Leticia was so rude when the baby we had spilled the coffee. She didn't even try to help. I have never seen this before in any restaurant, she is very rude.
This establishment has cooks in the kitchen preparing food NOT wearing mask. It’s the law! Customers are wearing masks , why aren’t the cooks. I spoke to the manager on duty and he had nothing to say. No response! My family will not be supporting this establishment.
This Despicable waiter had the audacity to come up to me and my friends and say “I will not split checks. This will be all under one payment” me and my fellas straight up left the establishment when this happened. The ihop on Fulton road has Much better customer service and will actually split checks. The inside of the restaurant was dusty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. Our table still had crumbs on it. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR IHOP. This is not ok for an establishment charging 17.99 for a chicken friend steak to be doing this.
Horrible service. We were sitting at the table for 20 minutes and our waiter did not come by once. We had to flag a bus boy down to get coffee. 15 minutes later we finally got our drinks, but still no waiter in sight. We did not order our food until 45 minutes after we got our table. We spent 2 hours getting breakfast in a restaurant with open tables.
I went on Veterans Day, to see what I would get being a retired US Navy veteran. I had to ask for coffee and water. I was wearing my Navy Cap. No server welcomed to IHOP. So I order a combo breakfast plate. When I was finished they presented me with a bill with no discount. I told the server to give the bill to the manager. The server then acted surprised and told they were only giving Veterans two pancakes. Did I want the pancakes to go ? No I paid bill and left zero tip. I will NEVER go back. I shouldve been informed immediately.
Had fish-and-chips fish was Gray nasty service was horrible. Waiter was listening to his phone way too loud. I wouldn't ever go back there again but that's just my opinion so take a chances good luck. Maybe you'll get better service probably not.
Stopped here for dinner out of desperation and it was everything I thought it would be; awful! I’m sure breakfast is great, but don’t eat dinner here. Entire experience was forgettable.
Food was disgusting. We had to call our waiter 2 because he was focused on his phone. Food was cold and burnt, bathroom sinks didn’t have any water in them. The guy who cooked our food wasn’t wearing a mask so if me and my family get sick I know where to go. And if I could put 0 stars I would.
Took my family there for breakfast. We arrived first and this other family arrived second (5minutes after us) the waiter noticed us and told us to wait while they clean the table. The same waiter sat the other family that came SECOND first. Mind you they are lighter skin color. I informed the waiter we arrived first and he looked at my family and says “just sit wherever”. While he sits the other family and provides them waters. We sat and waited for an additional 20 minutes. I asked to speak the manager and another waiter attended us and said “it’s okay he choose them since they give a bigger tip”. I got furious and told him this isn’t right. He told me to calm down and he was happy to take our order. The point is this wasn’t right. Just because of the color of my skin they are going to treat me second. Def go to the IHOP near Stony point than the one on 4th street. THEY ARE NOT FAIR!!! Your a server your job is to attend ppl. I’m a nurse and I wish I could decline someone if they look like they can’t afford their hospital bill.
Our server, Alonso, was extremely rude. We wanted to place an order to go after our meal came. We called our waiter over to let him know and to bring us a menu. He walked away saying he would return when we were done with our meal. He didnt even wait so we could ask for the menu and to let him know we wanted to place it right away. We are now stuck here waiting for our to -ho order. We wanted to avoid wasting time waiting for that part of our order. He came back telling us he us he didnt have time to wait, that he was very busy. No customer service skills! We did ask to speak to the manager and she was extremely nice and said she'd be doing some coaching with him. She knows that they are in the customer service business and that they need to give their customers a good experience. Thank you to the manager for making it right.
They have roaches, food was nasty seen someone drop toast on the ground and still serve it. They don’t clean or sanitize anything always dirty tables. Managers are never there especially at night only servers. Smells like sewage.
Terrible experience. The server (an older lady) was unwilling to give any updates on my order. I waited over 30 minutes for a simple to-go order, even though there were only three dine-in customers and the place was not busy at all. Every time I asked, she just said, “I can’t do anything.” Completely unprofessional. I won’t be coming back.
Got crepes with hashbrowns eggs and sausage, the strawberries were all rotten and one had mold on it, the hashbrowns had hard pieces of burnt bacon in it and were not cooked all the way, and idk how you can mess up sausage but it wasn’t cooked in the middle as well. Don’t eat here unless you wanna stay in the bathroom for the whole rest of the day. They need a new cook.
