Was Kunden über Angelina Paris sagen
Angelina Paris offers a taste of Paris with rich hot chocolate, macarons, and pastries. The UES location is small and often crowded. Service is generally friendly, with some espresso inconsistencies. Limited seating and no restrooms are drawbacks.

I recently visited Angelina Paris and tried two of their desserts: the Millefeuille Framboise and the Cheesecake Cassis Myrtille. Both were exceptional! The Millefeuille Framboise was a delightful combination of textures. The crunchy caramelized puff pastry perfectly complemented the tangy, sour raspberry cream. Every layer was crisp and buttery, making it a decadent and refreshing treat. The Cheesecake Cassis Myrtille was equally impressive. The cream cheese mousse was light and airy, paired beautifully with the blueberry compote and the subtle sweetness of the white chocolate biscuit. The blackcurrant gelée added a tart finish that balanced the richness of the cheesecake. Overall, both desserts were refined and full of flavor, making Angelina Paris a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth. I can't wait to go back and try more from their menu!
Exquisite french desert shop in nyc. Thought limited seats like around 3tables Mostly you buy food for takeaway I like their tart pecan caramel, parisian bread and good taste of coffee
Lovely macarons and desserts. Tried something new forgot what it's called but it's like a Madeline n baklava had a baby the raspberry and blueberry are a delight~
Yay a slice of Paris in the UES. Not as big as the Bryant Park location, a couple tables inside. The hot chocolate here is so rich and thick, a small in plenty. Beautiful pastries and macarons. Enjoy!
I visited Angelina Paris USA in New York City and tried their famous hot chocolate, and the experience was absolutely exceptional. The café had a gorgeous Parisian-style ambience—elegant, bright, and charming, with a warm atmosphere that made the space feel inviting from the moment I walked in. The service was graceful and attentive, with staff who guided the menu and moved efficiently even during a busy rush. The hot chocolate itself was incredibly rich, velvety, and perfectly balanced—thick without being overwhelming, and served with the kind of presentation that makes the moment feel special. The pastries and small bites added to the experience, each one beautifully crafted. The wait time was reasonable, and once seated, everything arrived smoothly. Overall, Angelina Paris delivered a luxurious, memorable treat that lived up to its reputation.
4.7 :). Quaint and nice way to take a break. Service is super friendly and there are tables and chairs for you to sit in an air condition room. There are no rest rooms. Highly recommend the macaroons as it’s not overly sweet and pairs very well with black coffee.
A charming coffee spot with a Parisian vibe: cozy seating, a wide selection of desserts, and beautiful tableware. Huge thanks to barista Felipe for his kindness and attention to detail - he truly made the experience special A must-visit!
Had a croissant and hot chocolate served in a porcelain cup. Excellent service and quality. Only wish the space was bigger and that the tables and chairs weren’t so crowded together. Otherwise, a great cute little spot for a snack and drink

Best real hot chocolate in the city. I’ve tried so many other places and nothing compares. Real chocolate, thick, flavorful. The bakery is charming and the few seats are often taken by people friends chatting. Great vibes.
I LOVE this place! I am so happy it is right by me, and is a great weekend spot for me and my son. We are regulars! I really like their cappuccino, and the croissants are freshly baked. Once they brought one out right out of the oven and it tasted divine. Always packed, small place, great for pickup too. My son loves their lemon tart and my kids have had their macarons too. I haven't tried their desserts. Their hot chocolate is good too but a bit pricey and quite strong. I think they need to have a version with more milk, less pricey, and less strong. Overall I love this quaint place, and highly recommend them.
Excellent pastry shop and cafe! We love the desserts, especially the Trocadero. My one suggestion is to improve the consistency of the espresso drinks. Sometimes great, sometimes bad.

My friends and I were looking for a nice spot for a coffee / tea break in UES and I was delighted to find a new Angelina Paris had opened up! It was quite small with only a couple of tables inside and outside, but we were fortunately able to find a table. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff was so pleasant. I ordered the Mont Blanc ($12+) which I used to love, but it felt too sweet for me this time. I loved the chestnut cream on the outside, but the chantilly cream filling was too much for me. They still have many other beautiful desserts, so I hope to try a different one next time. The only downside to this location is that they don't have a restroom. So if you're looking to wash your hands, this would not be the best option.
This is one of the locations of the famous Parisian bakery in New York, but unlike their larger branches, this one feels more like a small pop-up. It’s quite compact, with very limited space and surprisingly no washroom, which was disappointing for a café. We stopped by for hot chocolate, but they don’t offer the full café experience here — no ceramic cups or signature pots — everything is served in to-go cups, which takes away from the usual charming vibe. That said, the hot chocolate was excellent, exactly as expected — rich, velvety, and customizable with the whipped cream they serve on the side. We also tried an éclair, which was good, though I’ve definitely had similar (or even better) elsewhere. I picked up a small pack of their chocolate cookies as well, which made a perfect little gift and tasted great. For the full Parisian café experience with more food options, ambience, and proper serviceware, I’d recommend visiting their other locations. But if you just want a quick treat on the go, this spot works fine.

Very cute little café. Calm and relaxing ambience with French style décor. It doesn't get too noisy here. Despite being so busy, I found the service quick. The hot chocolate is incredibly thick and delicious - I recommend getting a smaller size or sharing as it is very rich. The coffee here is not bad either!

Ordered a veggie wrap that was about 50% bitter greens and an egg sandwich that was too dry. Both tasted a little over-refrigerated. Coffee was pretty good.
Great hot chocolate, yule log and lemon tart. Check out my full review on Tiktok/IG: @snacks.andthe.city
Their pastries are great! However i started to notice some of baked goods have slight hint of floor cleaning detergent..how strong the scent varies but it happened twice and i think they might be cleaning the glasscase with detergent with strong scent….

The Coeur Fleuri (Flowered Heart cake, $11.50) pictured in whole and in part, was disappointing. I was hoping for a cake that I could give a five star rating. Instead, I could only give it a rating of two stars. The printed appealing ingredients (see photo) did not match the flavor anticipated. Before buying the Coeur Fleuri cake I asked the young lady behind the counter what the dominant flavor of it was, she said chocolate. From my sense of taste, the dominant flavor was a very mild coconut flavor. She seemed to know only the ingredients and nothing more about it, indicated by her lack of ability to answer another question I asked her about the same cake. I also tried their "Trocadero," a rectangular milk chocolate piece of cake (pictured). I tried it at room temperature rather than at the temperature it is sold at. Unfortunately I did not care for that.
Eclair - 1/5 - too dry, not fully filled, cream too cold. Tarte mont-blanc - 3/5 - ok we thought this was pistachio but definitely taste more like chestnut. Tarte citron - 3/5 - too sweet Overpriced. We are French

The Millefeuille is made with instant vanilla pudding instead of vanilla pastry cream (crème pâtissière). Even ignoring the outrageous price, it is insulting to do such a thing to a classic dessert hoping that tourists are simply to ignorant to realize it.
My friend and I wanted to sit in and enjoy and late breakfast, the vanilla latte had syrup at the bottom, wasn’t made properly, iced coffee was too watery and the seats are all close together. Chicken was green in the Caesar salad and given in a to go container, why was the Caesar dressing a solid mass? The salmon sandwich was not fresh. That’s the nicest thing I’ll say about it. Overall, too expensive and not worth it. Except the tourbillon framboise was actually great, just buy the macaron desserts I guess. Don’t waste your money on anything else.
